My wifes Mercedes was rear ended, and I took it to Hare Estes Collision center, I love the fact that there is Enterprise right next door, very convenient...... They did a phenomenal work, it looks brand new... Jason Story and the team kept us in the loop and we got our vehicle the day it was promised and it was washed and squeaky clean... thank you Jason and Hare Estes Collision... I hope we never need your services but if I do or know anyone needs body work I will send them your way.
UPDATE: The manager, Jason, was very apologetic and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He took note of my review and admitted where the areas of improvement were needed at the center. I appreciate the diligence in making me a happy customer. THANK YOU JASON!I was in a fender bender and decided to take my car to this place due to Enterprise being connected. I went in for an estimate and was told to return 8/10 to drop my car off. When I returned 8/10, the receptionist had no knowledge of me being scheduled to drop my car off. She made it sound as if I randomly decided to drop it off that day. Thankfully she got everything figured out with the estimator. Weeks went by and I didn’t hear from anyone. On 8/24, I received a text and a call from the estimator stating they had finally begun the repair process. My rental was set to be returned 9/2 and my car was supposed to be finished 9/3. I decided to stop at the collision center to get an update on the progress of my repair. I found out from the receptionist that my car definitely wouldn’t be finished on 9/3. While there, I spent quite a bit of time going back and forth with the manager on their lack of communication and trying to figure out my rental car situation. An agent at Enterprise made a comment about me being the third person that day so far to extend rental services due poor timeliness from the collision center. It seemed to me as if my car had sat for two weeks before they even started working on it. Manger claimed it took them two weeks to take my car apart and order parts. I will never know the truth since I never received updates during the repair process. Manager stated they would help cover some of the cost for my rental and I have yet to hear from him. I will say the manager, Jason, was very nice as was my estimator but unfortunately friendliness doesn’t pay bills. Gave them two stars for the actual repair and cleanliness of my car at pickup.
Estes Collision did great work. They worked my vehicle in earlier than originally scheduled. It is appreciated.
Took my car that is only a year old with 6500 miles in for hail repair. Literally as soon as I got said car back, my drivers side seat squeaks constantly. Update: The manager of the location reached out to me. We couldn’t figure out the source of the seat squeaking but they did fix two small things that were bothering me inside the car. They even gave me a ride home and dropped the car off for me. I appreciate them reaching out.
Scheduling the appointment was easy and quick. They were prompt and ready for my car when I arrived. Everything was clean, well maintained and professional. I felt confident in the services being performed and the prices that were quoted and charged. I know I will get reliable, dependable and professional service and value.
We had daily text messages telling us the car would be finished on time and when that day came, the car was still in pieces. Ended up picking it up a week later and to our surprise, it was missing a side mirror and wheel cover that were damaged in the accident. 2 more weeks!
Absolutly love this place. I’ve had my car taken in for quotes on damages and subsequent repairs two times now. They constantly update you with text messages to let you know which stage of repair they are in, always keeping you informed and up to date. David was in change of my processing both times and he is just the best, I can’t say enough good things about this guy. If you need a quick turnaround and want to make sure things are getting done right, this is the place for you.
Dave Glessner was very professional and kind. He kept me informed on what was going on. He did great job!!! He worked with my sinsursncd to get me the deal!!!
They kept in touch with progress reports and when you call in the people are pleasant and are very helpful.
Excellent service. I was impressed how well my door repair matched the car, perfect color and looks great! Glad to see the guys from Hare in Noblesville at this location now.
The entire staff provided great customer service. My car looked better than brand new when I got it back. Highly recommend
Had a great customer experience with Shane Couch. Shane made the process painless and was in-tune with our needs. Cant say enough good things about the Hare Estes Collision of Carmel team; the paint looks great! Thank you!!!
Shane is very professional and has a lot of knowledge and experience! He did an great job on my paint warranty. Highly recommended!
They laid out everything that needed to be done. They worked well with our insurance company. We were given updates every two days. Everyone from the front desk to the Techs were very friendly!
I’m getting no one calling me. And they sent me survey before I even have vehicle.
The staff at the collision center were professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again if I need to.
Even though we didnt have an appointment they were very nice to give us an estimate. Great customer service!! I highly recommend them to anyone.
Excellent customer service. Easy to work with and overall a good and quick experience.
I rarely write reviews. When I do, its because the service that I received was truly outstanding. A few weeks ago, I brought my Mazda3 and my wifes RAV4 in to Bill Estes Collision Center for hail damage repairs. Bottom line - both vehicles were professionally repaired with impressive attention to detail, finished in less time than expected, and thoroughly cleaned inside. However, its the little things that make a customer service experience genuinely memorable. For example, when our technician noticed that my cars license plate screws didnt fit correctly (my plate rattled when I closed the trunk lid), he grabbed a couple extra plate screws without being asked and took time out of his day to secure my plate so it didnt rattle. This was AFTER the repairs were finished and the bill was paid. While the repairs were being done, the technician responded to every email I wrote in less than an hour. Every question that I asked was met with helpful, detailed, professional advice that went above & beyond a standard answer. Every single employee that my wife and I talked to was friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth - the kind of people youd want for next-door neighbors.I would HIGHLY recommend Bill Estes Collision Center - even if theyre not on your insurance companys list of auto repair partners. Its hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers as much as Bill Estes does.
This place has changed ownership. Apparently the new ownership doesnt realize that when you buy a business you are buying the businesses existing customers and relationships (good and bad). After faulty workmanship or parts provided by the previous owner I returned my vehicle for warranty work to the current owner. They had issues finding records of the original repair and the replacement of my radiator. After a bunch of hassle, I explained that my regular mechanic had told me that my radiator has a line that cools the transmission fluid and it was leaking. My regular mechanic said that the radiator needs to be replaced. Estes finally found the documentation that showed the radiator had been installed by them and was still under warranty. After they had the vehicle for over a week I called to get the status. The lady on the phone didnt even know that my vehicle was on the lot and had no documentation or information about the make and model of the vehicle, my name or phone number, let alone the status of the repair. I had to speak with 2 different managers and they said something about having multiple computer systems.... whateverSkip ahead another week I returned to pick it up. They explained that they didnt have to replace the radiator they simply tightened a fitting and it was fixed. I was skeptical and asked what if this issue reoccures after the warranty on the parts and work expires? If its the same issue will you stand behind your current assessment that a new radiator is not needed? The rep responded that would not be a problem. I asked him please make a note in the documentation for this visit exactly what was found and what was done to resolve it.Skip ahead... Im now 2 months outside of warranty and I get a call from my wife. She and my infant daughter are stranded on the side of the road. When I showed up to get them, guess what I found.... yep. Transmission fluid leaking from the radiator. Highly flammable by the way!I called Estes today and guess what... they have no documentation of my return visit for this exact issue while under warranty. Im left with no other explanation than Bill Estes Collision Center lied to me. They did some sort of temporary repair so that they would not have to honor the warranty of the previous owner. I would not trust them with your loved ones vehicle! Im still waiting on a return call from the manager of Estes Collision Center. Ill bet you my next paycheck what hes going to say.
Waited an extra 30 minutes past my appointment time. My estimate took a full hour - that’s just too long. Don’t stop in for a quick estimate.
Never did work as kept procrastinating and I found out they never contacted Toyota nor returned my calls. Very unprofessional!
Outstanding attention to detail and keeping me informed of the progress and status.
Great service and car was delivered on time . Very professional
People were nice and efficient. We were not on the schedule, (thanks Progressive Ins) but Bill Estes Collision worked with us to get the car scheduled for repairs. I will update this review after the car repairs are completed.
I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m still wide awake From Cosmic skate night with my grandkidsThe photo based estimate i received earlier this month Was pretty high even though my car wasn’t inspected just pictured so i had to file a supplement . My son took my car to Carmel auto contoursphoto based estimates are a sham and I was overcharged. From the dishonesty and omissions I decided to go with Carmel auto contours.I’ve heard good things about this collision center so they came to mind first and this was incredibly disappointing.
This is the best customer service experience of my life! My car was ready in about an hour, the actual cost was LESS than my estimate, and they washed my car! Shane was terrific. He kept me informed and made a real effort to provide good service. Ill be back although I hope not too soon.
I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is not great at all. Even when I called to explain things they were not helpful in anyway. I wish I could give them zero stars but it’s not an option. Do not take your car there. Was told 3 to 4 days for repair and it end up being seven.
The LACK of ethics, professionalism, and accountability they exude makes for a grievous experience . Please believe me when I say I don’t take joy in making disparaging remarks towards anyone or any business establishments because it’s true. We are all going through so much during this pandemic no one needs additional burdens. In order to provide context I have to be transparent . I was out of town attending my nana’s funeral. I rented a vehicle from the adjoining business leaving my personal vehicle on site . Bill Estes is the landlord of the lot and decided to pave the entire lot . No signs were placed regarding their intent to pave, No notification was given until AFTER they towed it to the other side of the lot without permission and NO KEYSThe collision center damaged my vehicle during the process and attempted to conceal the damage, then claimed this new visible damage was pre existing and they aren’t responsible for the incurring damages they’ve caused despite witnesses and pictures attesting to the intactness of my vehicle upon arrival. They claim to have before and after pictures. They sent the “ after picture “ where you can see the damage but refuse to send the “ before “ picture which would’ve resolved things. They are morally inept, and deceptive. Blinded by their bigotry they never had any intentions on mitigating the situation.Take your business to “ TOUCH N GO COLLISION CENTER in Carmel. They’re high quality, and have integrity.
The customer service I received was far from what I expected. The employees were rude and resorted to name calling when I was wasnt satisfied with the work I had done. The management was lack thereof, they acted as though they were to busy to be bothered with a meeting they set up for me when I showed up. He refused to fix any of the issues I was having due to his staff damaging my vehicle and not taking responsibility. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
If i could give 0 stars, I would. I was involved in an accident while borrowing my mothers car who lives out of state and the car was towed here after. Bill Estes had my mothers car for 62 days for minor front end damage, after putting off the final date several times, I went to retrieve the car on the third rescheduled date. After driving 3 hours from northern Indiana, Bill Estes informed me the car was not finished. I called my insurance who allowed me to take the car regardless in order to get it to a functioning shop. The car, which was originally repairable, was so poorly worked on that, upon getting my car to a different shop, had to be totaled because of the awful work done at this shop.Stay far, far away.
Very clean and professional environment.
