The best tire place! Dont go anywhere else! The staff is wonderful and nice and they work fast to get you back on the road as soon as possible. My go-to place for sure.

Westfield store is appointment only. Took 4 days to get 2 tires and a week from originally going in before they were installed. No more thing as repairing a tire. Always need 2 or 4 new tires.

Had a slow leak that needed repaired. I know this is a busy location, so I arrived over an hour prior to opening (a little overkill) to be first in line. I greeted a couple of employees as they arrived for work while sitting patiently on the bench outside - yes, an hour prior to opening. When they opened there were now 6 people waiting to get in. I was the first person through the doors (woohoo!). When I told the young man my issue, he asked if I had an appointment - nope. Then he informed me this location was now appointment only. I felt as deflated as my tire. Then his coworker who was in earshot (and one that saw me on the bench an hour earlier) told him to take care of me, I was the first in line. Thank You Sean! You are my hero today!This is why I only go to Discount Tire - FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Something that seems to be a rarity these days. I even went 45 minutes out of my way on a trip to Chicago to have a flat fixed at DT.Shopping for tires or tire maintenance is rarely something one looks forward to. But the folks at Discount Tire make the experience a pleasure. Do yourself a favor and make Discount Tire your go to place for all your tire and wheel needs - you won’t be disappointed!

I would leave 100 stars if I could! I had a slow leak from my rear tire, so we took it to the Firestone within walking distance of our house. They told us it wasn’t repairable and we would have to replace all four of my tires (so about $900). That didn’t seem right, so we took the car to Discount Tire. They were able to repair the nail hole quick and easy. I respect their honesty and them not trying to make a quick buck! I will 100% be back when the time comes for new tires!! They’ve earned our loyalty for life.

I live in a fast-growing area where several of the auto tire stores are building new stores. Discount tire has had a store in Noblesville IN for several years. On Saturday around 3 PM my daughter’s car had a low tire light on when she was leaving to go back to college. We checked all 4 of the tires with a gauge, and they had the correct amount of air the light was still on. I called several of the new the tire stores (Tire Discounters, Firestone, Bell Tire, Car X) to get it corrected before she leaves for several weeks. None of them would help until Monday. I called Discount tire where I have purchased several sets of tires. They told me to come right over. It turned out that the spare tire was low and setting off the tire light. The employees are very rude. I was told one thing on the phone, and then told something very different in store. I also overhead another employee telling a customer that he wasnt going to get to go home because he had to fix the customers car. Belle Tire is a much better option.

This location is full of rude people that include workers to managers. If you are a person of color please dont visit this store.I called to get tire replacement on my Lexus to which I was asked to drop the car on sat 9/18 at 11:00 AM. I arrived well on time but their employee treated me with utmost rudeness and denied service. No sorry, no reason given. I politely questioned and told him that I was asked to drop off my car at 11;00 AM and collect it in the evening. To which he bluntly pointed that its 11:15 now though I was in store on time and have been waiting in queue for my turn to come for the last 20 mins. I spoke to the store manager but I witnessed the same arrogant behavior. I understand that things change and they might have gotten very busy but the communication of denying service to a customer should be done in a polite way. This is the rudest behavior I have witnessed in any store. Anyway, its their loss as they lost a prospective customer ...

Extremely dishonest! Had a nail in my tire and went in to get it patched There was a nick in the tire that had been there for sometime that had nothing to do with the nail. They tried to tell me that the rim was leaking from where the nick was. I knew this not to be true. They had actually stuck something in where my rim meets the tire to make it seem as if it was leaking. My tire had and extremely slow leak from the nail that would take a month to notice. The spot by the rim was leaking so fast that the tire would have been flat in a matter of hours! I had them remove the nail and put the tire back on. The tire has not lost any air and it has been over 4 months now.

Best tire shop ever. We have lots of kids and lots of cars, Ive been in there several times. They never try to sell me something I dont need, theyll fix a tire and send me on my way if it can be fixed, and when I do need new tires, they give me a good price on good tires. Definitely a company that understands good, honest service keeps customers coming back.

Absolute worst customer service by the manager. I have spent a lot of money with discount tire over the years and it stops today. My wife and 96 yo grandma stopped by this discount tire because they needed to get some air in one of their tires. An associate was going to help them and the Manger told him he would fire him if he put any air in that tire. They just needed a little air to get home down the street. Then the manager told them they could wait 2 hours if they wanted them to look at it. I wonder if he would have done the same for his Grandma. Go to BELLE tire across the way. My wife went their and they helped them out quickly.

Well went in today to get two new tires on my truck,My dashboard had no lightsThey rotated one tire as asked and put the new ones in the backI leave with the truck to notice my brake light with the !Is flashing non stop....I noticed when they put one of the tires on the balancer the guy doing it, didn’t do it right and had 4 employees trying to help him.My tire swiveled around the machine until someone came to help him.Pretty much told me it wasn’t their fault and if it was they would pay for the repairs at a place where I don’t trust for the life of me.It took 4People around the balance machine just to balance the tire on the rim properly.Been through enough with my truckWill not be going back to discount.Heads up if you have an expensive vehicle...Don’t take it here.They put amateurs on your vehicles for over 500.00 worth of maintenance.Don’t get screwed like I just did.Go somewhere else.They will just argue you in the parking lot about the issue anyways.

I had excellent service from Jack and the rest of the team at this location. I originally purchased the tires at a Discount Tire in Ohio and purchased the road hazard warranty. After hitting one of Indianas finest potholes, I dropped the wheel off to get a new tire mounted. The tire arrived within a day and they were able to get me mounted up and on my way! They had excellent customer service and represent the Discount Tire brand well. I highly recommend getting the road hazard warranty protection on any tire purchase.

Only interested in the money. Absolutely stinks at customer service.Between my son and I we have purchased tires for many vehicles over the last 15 years. In fact probably close to four or $5000 worth of tires. Last evening my son had a flat tire. When he went to change the tire he noticed that the Jack was missing. He went into the discount tire at Thatcher Street in Westfield Indiana and asked if someone could jack up his car so that he could put the spare tire on the car. They were within 10 minutes of closing. And already had people lined up. He said he would be willing to wait. It would only take five minutes to swap out the tire. They told him absolutely not they would not do it. He asked if he could borrow the jack himself. They said absolutely not they could not do it. After quite a discussion with both the manager and a technician he was told they would not help him. He then called his uncle who brought a jack and a hand tool to remove the tire. It took him four minutes and 30 seconds. If this is an example of discount tires philosophy and how they treat former customers they need to be retrained and look into a new philosophy. So if you choose to shop at the store understand that you are only a number to them. They could care less about how much you spend or have spent there in the past. And God for bid you show up at 10 minutes before closing. They aren’t interested in helping. They are not the only rodeo in town. In fact they’re not always the cheapest in town. You might want to consider shopping elsewhere. Because the manager at the store needs a real lesson in customer service. I can assure you that my son myself and all extended members of my family will no longer visit this particular establishment.

Stopped here on my way South after getting 2 new tires in Fort Wayne (Discount Tire). Front tire that was just replaced was low, Andrew found that the stem was leaking, it had not been tightened enough. He fixed it, checked the pressure in all tires and I was on my way. Thank you Andrew!

Made appt for 3 online. Got there about 3:15. They had my tire off and repair started very quickly and I was out the door with the no charge flat repair and balancing.

I visited this store to have my tires rotated & balanced on 11/10/20. I was informed by the discount tire associate that I had a bad tire on the drivers front side and it would need to be replaced. I agreed with this decision and was informed by this associate that he would need to order this tire and it should arrive in a couple of days and I would receive a phone call once the tire arrived. After never receiving a call I phoned them on 11/16/20 to check on this situation and was informed by this associate that the tire should be there by 3:00pm this day and he would call me as soon as it arrived. Today is 11/17/20 and once again I have not received a phone call from this store on the tires arrival so I am now forced to drive to my doctors appointment worried & knowing that I have a faulty tire. Such unprofessional and disrespectful service at this location. Will Not recommend anyone to utilize this location and if you do I hope your service is better than what I have experienced and expected.

I will never again grace the doors of Discount Tire. On my way home from running an errand to my aunt and uncles this evening I got a flat tire Thankfully it was right at the exit on 31 and 151st street where this Discount Tire is located. I first pulled into the gas station to see if I could put air in the tire to try to make it home. Only to find that my valve stem was rotten and was leaking air. I then went over to this Discount tire location to see if they could possibly quickly put a valve stem in (knowing they probably wouldn’t). As I figured I was met with a No Which was fine....So I went back out to the parking lot to put the spare tire on only to find the car does not have the spare tire tools or the jack in it......Upon finding this I go back in and ask the gentleman If I can borrow a jack and impact with a 19mm socket so I can get my spare tire on. Once again I am met with a no and was told this Is for safety reasons and they cannot do that....I then relay to them that I am a former mechanic and fully know what I am doing.....Of course once again I am met with a no......ok.....I then nicely ask if one of The employees can use a jack and an impact to put my spare tire on just so I can make it home.... AMAZINGLY and to my surprise I am Once again I am met with a solid no.....Now keep in mind what I am asking them to do as I already have the spare tire out sitting against/next to the car would take somebody 5 minutes at the most to do and I was willing to wait till someone had a chance to do this as they were all working on waiting customers cars at closing time wich is 6pm Needless to say that was also a NO. So I had to call my aunt and uncle who are local to come get me so I could go to their house and get a jack a breaker bar with proper socket to change my tire. Upon my return after also having dinner it’s 730 and employee are still finishing cars. My self using my uncles Jack and proper handtools took 4 minutes and 30 seconds. To change my tire (yes I timed myself) WITH HAND TOOLS not air tools as an employee would have used if they were willing to help me. Why somebody at Discount tire could not take the time to do that is beyond me. (Probably would have been 3 mins or less with air tools) anyways I got my problem fixed myself just so I could make it home and did......Now lastly Let’s also keep in mind over probably the last 15 years my father and I combined have probably spent well over $5000 in this location ( Carmel/Westfield location. 15200 Thatcher LnCarmel, IN 46032) I will never again do business with Discount Tire as they have show me they have no regard for customer service. They are totally in it to sell tires and take your money.... I will gladly spend 500-1000$ more somewhere else to never grace their door. Lastly I am not sure if this is the philosophy of all Discount Tire stores but at least this one the employees and the manager have no regard for customer service and are not willing to just help someone get back on the road.

Always great customer service. Today, we noticed a problem with our still-new factory camper tires just as we were getting ready to leave for a trip. I called and talked to Kenny and he got us in quickly so that we could get on our way.

I made an appointment for new tires and accidentally made the appointment in Noblesville instead of Carmel. I showed up in Carmel and they let me know I was in the wrong place, but they talked to the Nobleville store and took care of me at Carmel. Out the door in less than an hour. Great experience.

8/1/19 Got a flat tire today and call these guys once roadside assistance arrived to change my tire, which was about 5:39 p.m. I told the gentleman I had a flat and need to see if the tire was fixable or if I would need a new tire. He told me to come on in and they would take care of me. I just want to let everyone know that took care of me is truly what they did. I got there about 10 minutes to 6 and they pulled my car in right away. They found a couple nails in my tire and the tire was fixable. They fixed the tire and got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes.Thank you all for being so professional and pleasant to work with!

They have good prices, good products and great service! This is the only place me and my family buy tires at, and it has been that way since they opened many many years ago. The people that work here are so friendly and so knowledgeable. Tires are such an important item to get correct, that I am happy to go to them time and time again. I highly recommend this place. The management must be top-notch for it to be this good for this long.

Very poor customer servicre. Managers do not care about quality of service provided or fixing their technicians mistakes. Sean said to me in regards to balding tires after 1 year this is either mechanical issue on the car or driver incompetence.

These guys are great! I had an appointment which is great since they had me in/out in less than 45 minutes. All 4 tires changed. Bought the $16 per tire warranty. We have had this before and comes in so handy when a tire goes bad. Highly recommend!

The custumer service is good but I buy 4 tires Yokohoma which is $160/each so it could be $640 but I paid $245 for fee and tax, that is too much, end up $885. Not really happy about it.

These guys take pride in their work. Great customer service. Had an appointment and stopped in early. Got me in over 2 hours early and was in and out. Stood by their sensor that had failed. I used to drive all the way to the Discount Tire by the Greenwood Mall, but when I moved up to the north side I had to find a closer location. Fortunately for me, this one has just as good service. Without an appointment the wait can be pretty painful, especially on weekends, but thats to be expected in this type of business.Im summary, great service but do your best to make an appointment.

Discount Tire in Carmel, Indiana. Took my 2019 VW Atlas for tire inspection. Had one tire replaced 6 mos ago. I ran over a huge bolt on the highway. Had it replaced with new tire from Discount Tire in Carmel for only $65. I bought the warranty when I bought my VW. Since then 8 mos later living in a new subdivision sucks at times. Had several nails repaired for free then I got one couldnt be fixed so replaced another tire. Now 4 tires have so much uneven wear. Scott and Kenny recommended to replace 4 tires at a lower cost. He said the factory size is not the best size. He suggested a little bigger more common tire. Well after 2 weeks of research I found Continental Cross Contact LX25 265/ 50 R20. After buying this tire 3 mos ago wow these tires are amazing, higher up and wider. Handling in the rain dont feel unsafe, dry weather it corners and handles great, the ride comfort is very smooth. Once again thank you Discount Tire.

Fantastic experience. Scheduled an appointment after ordering tires online. Person behind the desk said that, since I had an appointment, I could expect to be done in 45m to an hour tops. They had my car in the garage w/in 2 minutes and my car was DONE in 25 minutes. Tires were well-balanced after driving away. Very clean location with a nice customer lounge area. Well done.

Discount Tire is my go to business for all my tire needs. They have knowledgeable, hard working staff that continue to beat my expectations every time I visit. I had a nail in my tire and was rolling the tire to the front of the store. One of the staff ran out and took the tire from me and asked me to go inside to do the paperwork. By the time I finished the paperwork the tire was patched and I was on my way. Discount Tire is the best. Try them you will not be disappointed.

We are newer to the area and had no idea where to go for a flat due to a nail, especially amid this COVID environment. After a quick search landed upon the local Discount Tire in Carmel/Westfield and was able to make an online appt. Less than an hour later we had a fixed tire and even a tire rotation, both offered at no cost. Fast, incredibly friendly, and a bright spot during this crazy and uncertain time in our world. No doubt their thinking is to earn long-term tire customers by first taking care of the small things for free when possible. It worked - thank you! You have customers for life with us!

If there was an option for more than five stars I would pick it. I visited this location to get winter tires taken off and summer tires put on. They were quick and professional despite being very busy.What really impressed me was the customer service I witnessed. While I was waiting, a couple of separate individuals walked in asking for help with some issue on their car. The staff was very courteous and helped them out immediately, even though they were not buying anything. The employees here really went above and beyond for customers, or even just potential customers. Outstanding service

Not very happy with the service I got here. My tire pressure light had been coming on continually so I brought my car in. In the past I’ve had issues with slow leaks in my tires due to corrosion. I brought my car in twice and both times asked them to check this because I thought it was the issue. The first time they only had my car for 20 minutes and told me nothing was wrong and it was normal for the pressure light to come on multiple times a month. I brought my car in a second time a few weeks later and again told them what I thought the issue was. They again didn’t check on this and told me I just needed a new pressure sensor, so I bought one ($60). I had to bring my car in a THIRD in a matter of 2 months for them to finally check on what I asked.... lo and behold, corrosion was the issue and I’ve had no issues since. Mind you the third time I went to the Noblesville location since the Westfield location had been so unhelpful.I realize they’re supposed to be the “experts” but they should do a better job of listening to their customers rather than brushing off what they say. I had to take time out of my day and life SO many times to fill up my tires or bring my car in again to get it checked, when this could have easily been fixed the first time.

We have always received excellent service here. However my last set of tires were more expensive than they would have been if they would have offered the sale price. My fault as I should have looked on line for the price on line.

Just wanted a tire changed and got into my car to find all my personal belongings rifled through. Center console was open and items that had previously been inside were now sitting in the passenger seat. Items were missing from my car and were not located. Not sure how that can happen when no one should be opening my console or going through any of my items. Needless to say the trust is totally broken.

I have been buying tires here for many years and always receive great customer service. Today was a perfect example. I purchased a new set of tires yesterday and the sales person said Id receive a rebate from the tire manufacturer. When I went to fill out the rebate form today I saw that the rebate expired. I went into Discount Tire today and showed them the rebate form and when they confirmed the rebate was no longer valid they credited my credit card for the rebate amount. This is why I continue to be a loyal customer here.

Made the mistake of visiting a competitor for a simple wheel balance, and ended up with a vehicle that was nearly undrivable at 40-45 mph due to steering wheel shake. I stopped into Discount Tire (where I usually have my tire work done), and they fixed what the other shop did. Very polite, timely, and (ridiculously) cheap. Thanks guys, I wont stray again.
