There are a lot of qualities you might expect to look for when it comes to working with a jeweler. Empathy was not one of them I first had in mind.But thats where Shaun excels. You just cant fake genuine empathy. I was really grateful to work with someone who wanted to educate me, who wanted to make something beautiful and remarkable.Youd be hard pressed to find a jeweler who is willing to invest energy and emotion into a project like Shaun will and Im really glad we got the chance to connect.

I cant go on enough about Shaun and the whole Indy Facets team. From start to finish the process of custom making my Fiances engagement ring was a blast. Shaun is truly a master craftsman and was able to capture her unique sense of style in a truly timeless vintage-inspired Emerald ring. The process is incredible- choosing the perfect gemstone, coming up with a custom sketch, 3-D printing of the actual ring and how the stone sits, and finally the finished product. Ill certainly be seeing Shaun for any/all of my future needs!

I called and got an appointment right away!! I also had a followup appointment. I didnt know until I got home, that I had shown up at the wrong time. I didnt know because Shaun made me feel welcome and never gave any indication that he was splitting time with me and his current appointment. My rings are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Searched all around Indy for the best return on selling an engagement ring. I kept getting the run-around and low-ball offers. When I met with Shaun, he was very straight forward and up-front. Shaun is fantastic. Ive seen him twice. He offered me a generous sum of money for some of my old jewelry the first time I saw him. The second time, I needed a minor repair done, and when I asked him how much I owed him, he said not a cent! His knowledge and expertise as a gemologist is really impressive, and I really appreciated his genuine, soft-spoken effort to educate me about basic gem and precious metal principles when I had questions. Additionally, if you buy anything from him, he will stick within your budget and will never pressure you to pay more than what you want to pay.
