He was very attentive to my budget and what I was looking for. I finally found the perfect ring in the budget and love it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

They had everything completed in just a couple of days, and charged me for what I actually needed vs. trying to upsell me on a more expensive fix. I stopped by Pierce Jewelers and within minutes my chain was fixed, without charge and no pressure to make a purchase. Honestly, I was stunned. I received excellent service when wanting to switch out my diamond with a colored stone in my wedding ring. They ordered in several different colored stones for me to look at so I could decide which one I liked best. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

The people at Pierce Jewelers are fantastic to work with. My fiancé and I went ring shopping in early August of 2018 just to get an idea of what to look for. Pierce Jewelers was our first stop, and I knew it was going to be the place I would be buying the ring to propose with. Through the following months, Chuck and John took me through step-by-step of the ring buying process. They taught me everything from quality of diamond and styles of bands to the financing aspect. I received the custom ring at the end of January 2019 after ordering it in the previous December. Chuck and John are extremely knowledgeable and are very easy to work with. Shopped Carmel and Indy high and low for wedding set (at least 8 stores) and mostly had to deal with pushy sales people who say they weren’t commissioned but in fact worked for bonuses. I had a really great experience with Buddy and Jennie at Pierce Jewelers! I took an engagement ring and an anniversary ring to them and asked Buddy to design a right-hand ring using the diamonds from the two rings. My only request was that he design something simple for me. I was so excited when I got the call that my ring was finished and really happy at how it fit my personality and my finger perfectly. Ive been trying to upload a photo of this magnificent sapphire ring I had the wonderful people at Pierce make for me. I brought home from China an 8 carat sapphire but in an otherwise cheap setting. Working with John was a breeze because he was all about what was my taste! It took only two tries to get it. But when he opened the box on the finished product, it took my breath away! As a kid I come off as someone who can’t pay a lot for jewelry so most people ignore me or won’t think I can afford much but Pierce Jewelers are down to earth people and have a WIDE selection of everything. You can walk in and get some nice $60 earrings or you can get a $25,000 Watch, they have everything! Highly recommend checking them out and if you can’t fine what your looking for they will help you and get exactly what you need without pushing more expensive iteas on you. Great service! Im embarrassed to say that after nearly 10 years of marriage I had neglected to have my ring inspected and professionally cleaned. Buddy restored my ring and tightened many prongs. I had forgotten how sparkly it once was. Im also lucky I did not lose any diamonds prior to this. Great staff and outstanding jewelry selection. I love that everything is done right there in the shop by their expert jewelers. - I highly recommend this locally owned jeweler.

This jewelry store goes above and beyond. My mother has purchased many pieces from here for years, so when I wanted to design a ring this was the first place she suggested. I had my mothers old ring completely redesigned and custom made reusing those diamonds and it turned out completely exquisite. The owner sat down and took time to figure out exactly what I wanted to ensure that I would be pleased with the outcome. I can not say enough great things!

These guys are great and the owner is actually in the store. They fixed a watch that had a bad circuit board for a reasonable price. The watch meant a lot to me and even though they didnt sell that brand were able to fix it within a week! Lost art form of service and a small local business! Very nice jewelery inside too

Honestly the best experience I have ever had working with any form of retail and customer service. Pierce Jewelers out does the competition in all facets, but focusing on the main ones: Price, Quality, Customer Service.Price- Flat out I was able to receive a 1.14k ideal cut colorless diamond and a 14k custom designed diamond ring for 6.5k after tax. The appraisal was much more! As John informed me they arent trying to price to market, rather their goal is developing customers for life. Right then and there they had one!Quality - As I said before ideal cut, colorless diamond. They dont buy anything at 1k, they go from .9k up to 1.1k. I traveled to just about every jeweler in Indy, and none of them could supply me a diamond with as good of a cut and color as Pierce.Service- Great people! I talked to them about my profession, how they started this business. I felt bad because we ended up talking past closing time! My experience was looking at their rings and saying You know she really likes flowers, and I want a ring that just says flower. John pulled me over to his desk and showed me all these hand drawings of rings with flower designs to accentuate the diamond and different leaf designs on the side. I was able to work with him as he drew out my own personal ring.Four weeks later, Im writing this review! They made a life time customer! I highly recommend stopping buy and giving them a shot! You will become a life time customer.

A year or so ago my wife stopped at a jewerly store in a mall to have her ring cleaned, and they pointed out one of the prongs was bent and needing repair. We put it on the to-do list, and I just now got around to looking into it. I visited Pierce first -- I wanted to go to a place where I thought the repair would be done in-house, rather than mailed out. (Im guessing they do repairs in-house.) I had no idea what to expect cost and time wise, so my plan was to get a couple different estimates before deciding. The salesmen looked at it under the microscope, and came back two minutes later letting me know he had put the prong back in place, and it was fixed and ready to go, no charge. I came in not knowing if this would cost $50, $100, or whatever, and was out for free with a freshly cleaned ring. Im thrilled with their honesty, courtesy, and service, and will definitely be back next time I need to make a purchase!
