Unbelievable!!!! Wanted a Seiko Marine Master 300 for a very long time. Finally decided to pull the trigger. If youre a watch enthusiast/collector like me, then youve probably seen or heard of Moyer Jewelers online or through YouTube. Im always hesitant to order anything online because of the risk of being sold a counterfeit or replica. Moyer is an authorized dealer of many different brands and go out of their way to help the customer and make you feel confident that youre in good hands. I contacted them on a Friday, ordered the watch and it was on my doorstep the next morning in NY. Their shipping was super fast, their employees are super helpful and I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the incredible amount of help I received from their staff. I was so lucky to work with Tyler, he is simply the BEST! He instantly made me feel comfortable and treated me like a long lost best friend. I even had my 6 year old daughter with me and he was so incredibly patient with us. I had a little bit of an idea about what I wanted and Tyler had so many great recommendations within my price range! He let me try on many different options and never rushed my decision. Good experience with buying, bad experience since then. Kindly brought up a small problem with my purchase on the phone, didnt call back as they said they would. So I called them again, and they promised a shipping label to fix it which was never sent.You shouldnt have to spend a dime for a nice luxury purchase experience. Ive spent thousands and been essentially ignored 🤷‍♂️ Shop elsewhere.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Sarah Brown. I was very happy with her service and insight when she first helped me find the perfect engagement ring in 2013. Since then, I’ve only went to Sarah for all of my jewelry purchases and she has helped me with both men’s and women’s jewelry ranging from stud earnings to men’s watches. She has helped me with last minute purchases (even when I’m not able to make it to the store) and long-term purchases as my taste in jewelry has evolved. I originally planned to have a ring remade. After talking with Beth it seemed she was able to allow me to keep my existing ring since I could receive a new ring for the same price. Moyer gained a loyal customer this weekend. Their customer service is fantastic but Scott in particular knocked it out of the park.I was coming from out of town and called to ask if they had a specific watch in stock. He found it and pulled it out and had it waiting for us when we got there a few hours later. This is one of the best shops I even visited. I needed some minor changes in the wrist band of the watch which i didnt even buy from them. Inspite of that they happily resolved the issue without any charge and only requested for a small contribution towards charity which I happily obliged. Apart from this they have huge collection of both Jewelry and watches and the prices are also fair. It would be definitely my first choice to buy any jewelry or watches. After I had a horrible experience with another jeweler (Petite G Jewelers at 56th and Illinois - stay away!) who wanted to charge me $20 to adjust a link out of a new watchband. I looked up jewelry stores and called Moyers and spoke with Bill who said he would be happy to help, and that they do not charge for this type of service - but would be happy to accept a small donation to the Humane Society! It took Bill less than 7 minutes to adjust the band. He was very nice and professional as were the rest of the staff I talked to. The store is beautiful! This is how you gain customers! I plan on visiting again around Christmas time! These folks, obviously, know about customer service! 5 Stars!

I think it’s fair to say my style has improved dramatically since I found Beth and Moyer’s!

I’ve been working with Scott at Moyer for awhile, he’s fantastic! I recently purchased a Grand Seiko Snowflake through Scott, and the experience was great. He has ordered me OEM straps for Omega and Hamilton watches, and everything is always easy. He is very knowledgeable about all of their brands. Super great guy, very easy to work with, very trustworthy, and the store is fantastic. I can’t recommend Moyer, and Scott in particular, enough.

When shopping for a wedding band, Moyer Jewelers completely slipped my mind; until I attended a Bridal show. The Bridal Team at Moyer are a class act! We purchased my husband’s wedding band and sport band in the winter and months later, a week before our wedding he realized that his ring needed a slight adjustment if it was going to fit during our ceremony. I guess fingers swell a bit in the warmer months.He took the ring back to Moyer to resize with a tight turn around and the resident jeweler at Moyer was able to take care of everything!The Moyer team delivers an exceptional customer experience. Our sales professional, Leah Yancy, is a gem. Her only goal was to make sure we found what we were looking for and was able to provide us with thoughtful feedback throughout the process.Moyer offers an extensive collection of high quality pieces and sublime service. Moyer has an excellent selection of engagement rings, watches, designer jewelry and custom pieces. They have been my preferred Jeweler since purchasing my engagement and wedding rings from them and I have subsequently worked with them to purchase pieces in all of the above mentioned categories. Moyer has great customer service and competitive pricing as well as many fun customer appreciation events. Sarah Brown has been especially pleasant to work with. She keeps me informed of current inventory and sales and works with me using her knowledge of current trends and her eye for style to help select the perfect piece.

This establishment is both elegant and friendly. Unlike other fine jewelry stores, Moyer combines expertise with honesty. Customers are always a top priority-and you feel it upon walking through the door! Visiting this store is a unique experience worth having. There is no place else I would have wanted my son to go when purchasing his future wife’s engagement ring. Over the years I have never been anything but delighted with every purchase and experience at Moyer. Of course the jewels and store are beautiful, but the people are the magic at this business.
