Great products and service... Offering curbside pickup!

It was very busy when I was there - 2 people working with 7 customers. Staff was very friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I was impressed!

I am the office manager for Clevernest, a window company located very hear this Sherwin Williams location. Our installers called and needed some specific sealants and asked me to pick them up. As soon as I walked into the store, Nate greeted me and asked if he could help. I showed him the picture of what I needed and he took me right to it, picked up the cases for me and carried them to the register. There was another product of which they didnt have the quantity I needed on the shelf. Nate went to the stock room and retrieved it immediately. He was very pleasant as he rang my transaction and helped me carry everything to the car. Service with a smile -- very much appreciated.

Great staff! If you need a color match I cant praise Blake enough!!! She is hands down, the best!! She is very patient and attentive to her customers. This is now the only Sherwin Williams I will go to for color matching.

Ill admit that when I came in and saw the gentleman behind the counter, I didnt think much. Ill admit I was so wrong. He helped me so much and was so friendly that I honestly feel Id rather go here then to a hardware store for all my paint needs. I dont care even if something may be more money, the expertise is worth it.

Very helpful staff telling me how to access available coupons and answering my questions about color qualities for available light in my rooms. This will be my main source of paint even if the big box stores can undercut on pricing. And I really like the way the Sherwin Williams Cashmere paint goes on the wall and its low luster finish.

If you can go to a different location. Very poor customer service. I asked the painter if they used this location and the said no they preferred the Westfield location for that specific reason of being treated by an employee with very poor service and with an attitude. Jacob action were unacceptable and very rude.

Good enough personnel and customer service. Clean, well ordered facility. Cost of SW paint has dramatically increased so will look to other brands for future DIY projects. $104 w/tax after 30% discount is pretty stiff for 2 gallons interior paint.

The staff took quick action to clean out the customers standing in the store when I entered. Also staff were very helpful in finding a match to the paint I had purchased several years back and used on exterior of house. I was very satisfied.

The worth’s services ever, they make my lose my time And my job for tomorrow, they lie to me telling me they have a paint sprayer in 2 hours and when I was there for pick up, they sell the item for another person, they are so unprofessional, that’s not fair

I had a tricky paint matching situation and the two employees that helped listened to the situation and really did all they could to help and were knowledgeable in what they were talking about and I think we got the closest possible match to what we were hoping for.

Young lady that helped me was very knowledgable and didnt try to over sell. Matched color perfectly with an ICI paint we got 8 years ago. Will definitely go back for painting needs.
