This place looks like Kona Ice but it is immeasurably better. Why? I’m glad you asked. Coconut cream is a life changer. Also, their cups have a shell with a built in saucer to prevent spills. Of all the shaved ice places, this one is exceptional; a bit unassuming, but exceptional nonetheless. They accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Hands down best sno cones! We were so excited to try Hoosier Tropical Sno and it far exceeded our expectations! The flavors and toppings are amazing! We are looking forward to returning and trying more combinations. Our 4 year old’s fav was the shark attack (and I kind of want to order it for myself next time!) Highly recommend!!

Super flavorful, a bunch of different flavor options to pick from, and pretty fast. Not super cheap but its definitely worth it. I was hesitant since most shaved ice places dont have a strong flavor, but I was impressed with this. I got the Strawberry Shortcake flavor and it actually tasted just like one, no syrupy taste or anything, just straight up cake. I would highly recommend this place!

Ok, we kind of fancy ourselves as snow-cone experts…as we have been searching Indiana for the last four years to find the best snow cone! Hoosier Tropical Sno is our favorite! Everything from the flavors, to the containers, and the employees! My personal favorite is the shark themed one that even includes a gummy shark. Try them and you won’t be disappointed!

Hawaiian shaved ice is the best! Best flavors and most finely shaved ice. It is snow and no possibility of a chunk of ice. So glad Carmel has one now so I dont waste calories on Kona.

They are always so sweet and quick. Flavor choices are plentiful and they are open late too! We stop at least once or twice a week. Its a wonderful asset to the community and the kids of carmel :)

Great flavors and great service

The tropical sno I got didnt have enough flavoring in it and was just ice in the bottom but not that big of deal. The main problem is when my daughter tasted hers and and did not like it. I tasted it and confirmed it was nasty because of a guava syrup they had used. I asked if they would replace it with a different flavor and they told me No. I was not about to give them more money if they refuse to stand behind their product. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they refused.

Nice people, delicious snow. I love the drip protection they put the cups in as well.
