Superb..place . The inside has vanilla ice cream and the outside is frozen ice, (orange, lime, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry.nice combination

This is a Carmel mainstay. The owner takes pride in this location and is there frequently to oversee its operations. She remembers longtime/regular customers. The premises are always clean, and the ice cream is always fresh and delicious! What more can you ask for from an ice cream parlor?

Me and my family were visiting from out of state and we were very excited to get brownie sundaes and our day was COMPLETLEY ruined by the young man who didnt have a name tag. The customer service he provided was HORRENDOUS! As soon as we told him our order which was 5 brownie sundaes for the family, he rolled his eyes and had an attitude. He then went to the side and started complaining to the other worker about our order right in front of us!!!! He also touched the brownies without a glove on. It was a very uncomfortable situation that ruined our appetite. I dont ever plan on going back there and wouldnt recommend going!

You need to update your closing times it’s was listed as closing at 11pm, if it would have been updated I could have gone to the 86th street location and been able to get ice cream

My daughter loves BR so I visit this place every twice a month. We order cotton candy flavor ice cream and I found this person filled up only 3/4 of the quart and started packing and ready to invoice me. I asked him did you weigh he did not answer but went back and weigh it and then added more ice cream. I am a regular customer and so surprised why they are doing short cuts?? Totally disappointed. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!!! Not sure if he is not trained well!!!

Took my fiancée here. Terrible people as far as morals and integrity. My fiancée ordered 3 scoops in a cup, of two different flavors. She asked for the single scoop of a different flavor to be put in a separate cup, so it wouldnt mix with the other flavor. Doing that cost us to be charged for two separate transactions instead of one 3 scoop charge. Yeah, its only about a 2 dollar difference, but when I asked them to change it to the 3 scoop charge and the manager flatly refuses because one scoop is in a different cup, i think theres some serious integrity issues here. Oh, and the ice cream is pretty consistently freezer burnt.

Their staff are super friendly

If you want a decent ice cream and do not want to wait for it, then this is the best place to go to. They have good 16-20 flavors and nutty coconut is little different, in a good way. They also have milkshakes and ice cream cakes. You can custom order for birthdays. You can go online and fill surveys to get a $1 off on your next purchase.

Great store all around! It smells so good when you first walk-in because of the fresh waffle cones made in the store. There are so many flavors to choose from and all of them are delicious! Servers are friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I have always been so impressed with the great customer service! I live out of town and try to send an ice cream pie to my dad for his birthday or Fathers Day. The owner is always so kind to help me arrange that from afar.

I’ve been reading the other reviews of this place, and I suppose they servers here must have just been having a bad day. Nobody greeted us when we walked in, the guy serving us acted like we were aliens to him. He wouldn’t look us in the eye, never smiled once the entire time we were there. The manager of the place when asked a question refused to answer us and just had the other server answer our question. Sure, the ice cream was good and the restaurant was clean. But man, that service killed the vibe.

I am a frequent visitor here, essentially because Im biased towards the dark chocolate fudge and the jamoca almond ice cream flavors. They taste great together specially if you are as much of a chocolate lover as I am. I have tried their vanilla blackberry swirl ice-cream too but not a big fan; might not even try it for a second time. After Ben &Jerrys chocolate therapy, chocolate fudge of Baskin Robbins is my second favorite. Its dark, strong and an absolute delight in the mouth.

Excellent ice cream, great customer service and very impressed theyre open until 11 pm on the weekend.

I called before hand to see if they had the new dairy free ice creams and they said yes. When I drove over an hour to get there they said they didnt have them and I mist Jane called another store. They were clueless when it came to asking why they would tell me that on the phone . So then I asked when they would get them in and she looked like a deer in the head lights. Even tho it was advertised behind her that they now had new dairy free icecream...but she seemed to know nothing about where she worked or thier products. Absolutely worst Baskin Robins Ive ever been to. Its icecream for goodness sake not rocket science.

Came in for the 31st of the month $1.31 single scoop. Many flavors to choose from! The person serving packed a very full sugar cone for me of the Jamocha Almond Fudge I believe it was. Tasty! Great friendly service and a clean, welcoming store too.
