As always I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. I love this place. They keep my car running great. They are very professional and friendly. You cant beat their service, an oil change and fluid top-offs with-in the 5000 miles til your next oil change. Makes a woman feel safe on the road.

The team worked well together to get me in and out despite the long line of customers who followed me. They went out of their way to take care of my specific needs, and they also checked all my fluids and lights to make sure all were functioning properly and even changed a few bulbs that I hadnt noticed were out. I have to say they consistently exceed my expectations. Its good to know there are still some shops out there who provide exceptional, quality service. I dont find that to be true very often anymore. I would recommend Jiffy Lube and particularly my local Carmichael Jiffy Lube to all my friends and relatives.

I was a little disappointed that the shop only had one team working, but the crew made up for it in their attitudes. When I arrived, I was the next vehicle into the bay for service. It seemed that the car ahead of me had a number of extras for their service, the other bay was doing a rotation, and another customer was locked out of their vehicle. Once my service started, there were three other cars waiting. With all of this going on, the workers were friendly and professional. Definitely better service than I have had at one of the other locations, (a situation that has been resolved satisfactorily.) I would recommend this location, just be sure you dont have plans :)

Came here for an oil change. I was worried about taking my older car for a road trip to Southern California. Unlike other experiences Ive had at oil change businesses, the employees here were extremely helpful, didnt try to trick me into buying unnecessary services, and were transparent on their prices. Excellent customer service! I will go to them for now on.

My tire pressure light wouldnt go off even after putting air in tire. I use Jiffy Lube for the maintenance of my car so I thought they could help with air in tires before heading out of town. There were two cars in line, one was being worked and the other was talking to rep. So another rep came over...I told him I think I need air and he said we cant check it for an hour and a half because we have to finish these two cars first hahaha .. Im not saying theyre wrong, all Im saying is a little customer service goes a long way. It wouldve taken a few minutes to put air. The rep told me to do it yourself if you dont want to wait welp! I drove over to my usual Jiffy Lube on Watt m. They had several cars ahead of me. I told him same thing and he ran and got gauge, checked pressure and said tires were full. He showed me how to turn off the light. It took him about 5 minutes.

I went to have my car checked, they did it, no charge I wanted to tip them din not accept! I m grateful to go have my car checked and know I will be fine to drive.THANK YOU ALLANITA.

This place is hit and miss. I bring in my vehicle for oil changes here, and sometimes they’ll point out all these other “problem issues”. However, when I go and get a second opinion from a different shop, it turns out what Jiffy Lube said is false. Nevertheless, on good days, they do well of getting you in and out fast and have wonderful customer service.

They give very good customer service and don’t try to scam or rip you off like the other jiffy lubes. This is the best one in the sac area

Guy literally tells me that he cant check if I need an oil change. He said I had to tell him if I wanted an oil change. I work from home because of Covid so I dont drive much so my car wasnt yet at the mileage needing an oil change but according to my sticker my date for next oil change was 09/20 and its 03/21 so i figure i needed it checked to make sure my cars oil was fine. Jiffy is clearly changing oil that doesnt need to be changed if this is their method. American Tires right down the street has wayyyyy better service and HONESTY.

I was in and out of there very quickly. The man was nice about trying to explain the services they offer and what they recommend. I appreciated the sentiment however I am one of those people that knows exactly what needs to be done as well. Were I someone who wasnt, this would be very helpful. The guy knew that I also understood what I was talking about so he did not push me or try to sell anything that wasnt absolutely needed. That kind of transparency and mutual respect is what makes people want to continue patronizing an establishment. This is why I prefer Jiffy Lube over other places and will return every time.

I ended up leaving one Jiffy Lube an angry review. This location, however is great! They seem to need more people, but when I drive by (daily even) theyre usually pretty slow. I say that they may need more people because they do get backlogged, but then its a loss for everyone if theres not enough work. Honestly, if you go to one, go to this one here. Wayne is awesome. Lorenzo is helpful. Ive been greeted by Dustin a few times. I dont mind waiting at this one.

They did a complete car inspection for me, they checked all the functions, far above and beyond what i requested and paid for. I felt safer driving off

I made an appointment to have my vehicles computer scanned. There were two issues besides the check engine light. My ABS and Brake light were staying lit on my instrument panel. When I showed up for my appointment, a representative walked out to where I was parked and greeted me and offered assistance. I was immediately taken care of and treated like a king. I was very much pleased when they told me what was wrong with my truck, and waived the fees for their service. I highly recommend this outlet to everyone.

Wayne, You Rock. I went in with my check engine light on. He checked everything he could and the light never went on, he offered to do a test drive and still nothing. He was very informative and professional, and he didnt charge me anything for all the tests (codes) he did. I will definitely go back there for my oil changes and any other issues that may arise.

I been regular this location and taken my vehicles in for oil change I went Thursday for my new vehicle to get oil change I was refused service because my windows tinted 3 days ago and jiffy lube needs window down to do oil change???????🤡 What kind of mechanics do oil change and plus my windows tint passed 3 days hilarious 🤡 this place seems 20/20 getting more interesting 🤡 passing through ! I will never go back jiffy lube I left same day went to Pep Boys and got my oil change and was taken care good plus got 30% off my synthetic oil change and service !I recommend you not go jiffy lube unless ur driver window open they do change oil from driver side window 🤡🤡 not front hood 😊😊😊

I went in on a Saturday-they replaced both my front brakes/rotors. As I left I noticed my brake light on ad my gears were hard to shift-I went back was told it should go off after driving a bit but if it doesnt to come back in a few days - I returned and was told my left back tire had a nail in it-they showed me the air just gushing out and my front right tire had a gash in it - they repaired my back tire, told me to get new tires for the front and new for back by end of summer - gave me estimates for two new tires and for four new tires. I found a place that was better priced. However, I was then told that the tires I currently had on my car were larger than what manufacturer stated and it would not be beneficial to buy just two new tires-I bought FOUR new tires. Ive been a customer with Jiffy Lube for over 10 years-Ive always been a satisfied customer. Although Im concerned why Jiffy Lube did not detect the nail in my tire the first time especially since they said they check my tire pressure an put air in my tires???

I used to be very happy with this location but they really disappointed me and didnt do the checkpoints correctly I think they WERE so good that they have got too busy that they have lost the quality I trusted them for. They miss and or skip on important things that can end up costing the customer more money and cause dangerous damage and or accidents. I was unhappy after my last service but the blunders they did to my daughters car with her and my grandchildren riding in her car after I convinced her to trust this shop🤐were done im sorry to leave. 👋Goodbye

The staff did a great job from beginning to end. They greeted me politely right away, checked me in, got to work, and kept me informed throughout the process. They reviewed the results of their diagnostics with me so I could plan for future maintenance. All staff were wearing masks and very helpful.

We had the most amazing oil change and service today. Wayne and his crew were fast, friendly and incredibly efficient. They really gave us all the info we needed about my loves car and what we can do to keep it running for even longer!! We definitely recommend going to them!!! They conducted a free engine diagnostic but once it came back with evap small leak, they were done with me and then they told me that I needed a smog shop. After that I spent the next few hours driving from shop to shop looking for someone to check out and fix my vehicle and finally found a nice man who was able to quickly remedy the problem and reset the code and send me on my way at no cost. It turned out to be an extremely easy fix that Jiffy Lube could have easily done because they had done the same fix on my vehicle a year ago. I recently had an oil change done at a different shop and that shop forgot to reattach the hose to the air filter, which was causing my engine light to be on. The funny thing is when I had Jiffy Lube do my oil change a year ago, they forgot the same thing and I had to bring my vehicle back for the same check engine light and Jiffy Lube Carmichael had reattached the same hose for me a year ago but suddenly this year they were not qualified to do it this time. The young guy at Jiffy Lube who helped me was also somewhat rude to me and made sure to inform me that OReillys and Auto Zone could also get the codes for a check engine light for me, like I was wasting their time bringing my vehicle to them to have them to diagnose my check engine light and this time with Jiffy Lube it did turn out to be kind of a waste of time because they werent even willing to look deeper to find out if it was an easy fix or not which it was. Instead I lost 3.5 hours of time at my job just trying to find someone who could take their time to look deeper.

I always thought Jiffy Lube was a place you go to when needing quick, assistance, help and or advice. So I went there for an oil change, which I needed for my sons car. I think I cost was very high. After showing them I had a coupon, they charged me 86.00 dollars.What was quite sad was, they tried to have me change wipers, transmission fluid and tires!!! The sales guy brought out an air filter from my car and told me it was dirty and recommended I get a new one. All it had ware a few dusty particles on it. It was still white and looked good. I declined a new one and asked him if he could please shake off the dust before returning it. He said no. T’hey are not allowed to do this’I thought that was really sad and very poor customer Service. I have shared this experience and will certainly not be going back to Jiffy Lube!!!

They were outstanding ! I pulled up and before i got of my truck the manager was there to meet me and ask what could he do for me ? I told him i needed an oil change and possible a air filter too and they listen to me and didnt try pushing other services on me i had to ask for a lube too with this change he said sure that that was included in the inspection and they would let me know what else might be needing attention?So they had my truck done before i could make a couple phone calls and the manager was real informedent!! Took time to exchange a few life moments that he and i have had happen to us ! Totally non business Kuddos to that team they defintlly have my business no on!! They all were covid conscious !! I went in expecting a 30-40 minute wait and was annoyed. Then I realized- Why the heck am I complaining- I dont have anything to do today. So I got into the shop, the manager told me it would be a few minutes and I took a seat.The only issue that I had was that I forgot to get a coffee before I went there and they dont have their k-pods or cups out because of covid.That was a tiny issue. Ive always been treated really well when I go here. They dont try to up-sell me on anything and they let me make my own decisions.

Ive gotten my car worked on there and I cant say that I trust the workers. I was going to be charged $120 to change a light bulb for my normal headlights during a tire rotation and oil change Thats crazy to me. I went home after buying the lights myself and did the labor that they said would be so difficult.

After coming to them for an Uber inspection, they were very diligent in making sure my car was safe. So safe infact that I had to purchase new windshield wipers to get it to pass inspection. They were prompt when attending my needs and my vehicle. 2 areas for improvement. 1). The lobby is/was extremely hot. 2). An additional cashier. Waiting to pay was the longest part of my experience.

Came in for a basic oil change about noon on a Tuesday, was greeted quickly, but didnt want to wait an hour or so as the employee briefed me was the estimated time. I enquired when I might return and expect a shorter wait time. He suggested I come back about 1:30 pm, or so. I did return about 1:30 and was taken care of in minimal time. My experience was very positive .. Thanks to Dave, the manager, and all his staff for a very positive experience !!

Have an old van, needed a bunch of stuff done. Had everything completed in a timely manner and van runs great. Been using this location for several vehicles of mine.

This location is pretty good. I had a leak in my radiator and it had to be replaced. They took good care of me and my SUV. These guys all worked together well past closing time to try and fix my car.

I was shocked when I pulled in to the parking lot that before I got out of my car a representative was there to welcome me and ask how he could help. They were professional, they were clear on what my options were, they explained exactly how long it would take and they delivered on all of their promises. I did not view Jiffy Lube as any more than an oil change place. But, I learned different! I walked in expecting $30 and walked out spending $400! I had needed new tires too but thought that should be a separate and different place to visit. This is my new full service shop!

My car needed to have the best oil and they are trying to get me to get the top of the line for the top grade oil which was something like a 100. First time at any Jiffy Lube, had been going to Quality for oil changes but Im tired of their pushing for more work to be done that isnt necessary. Came here and Marvin introduced himself, very kind and knowledgeable man. I had some questions about the way the car was running that doesnt seem right and he recommended me to some places that could better help. And of course the actual oil change was fine too.
