I have to admit I came into this place today ready to raise hell. I was beyond upset about my outrageous bill and all the “hidden” upgrade fees and taxes with purchasing new phones.Hannah the Verizon rep was such a trooper! She literally stayed so calm and expressed sincere apologies throughout my rant and then proceeded to call Verizon customer service on my behalf and get one of my upgrade fees waived for the inconvenience. She is GOLD when it comes to customer service and deserves all the praises!

This location is always very helpful in person or over the phone. I have been doing business here for a few years. I never leave feeling uncertain about any purchase or data plan change. The team is very helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.

Great staff. Hannah is wonderful, patient, and helpful. She spent 2 hours with me waiting on a Verizon customer service call - not to make any sale, nothing in it for her - just to help me out. Excellent customer service. (Verizon, not so much)

Hannah was the most helpful & patient person out there! Went to the Verizon Wireless corporate store on State Street to purchase a new telephone. The person greeting at the front door walked into the store for 15 minutes only to return to inform us that he could sell us a telephone but, we had to make an appointment and there is a wait of 1-1/2 hours before we can purchase that telephone. You think that they could put a sign out so people do not have to wait for 15 minutes only to he told to wait another 1-1/2 hours.Went to the authorized Verizon store in Carpinteria, walked right in to a friendly greeting. Our salesperson Hannah was a true professional.Great people skills and very knowledgeable. Backed up old telephone and transferred everything to the new.phone flawlessly.Thumbs down on Corporate Store.Hannah at Go Wireless Carpinteria has earned our future business.

Excellent customer service by Josh, and the other sales people. They got me a better deal than I had hoped for. They were very patient with me since I am not technical, and they even set up my car phone part. Thank you, I will be back!

I came into the store to see if I could get guidance on a problem I had with my account. Braden was not only helpful in helping me get my problem resolved quickly, but was patient, kind, understanding and professional. I have always had positive experiences at our local retailer in the past several years, but Braden showed exemplary customer service and I wanted to express my gratitude.

I was a little late to my 4 oclock appointment but I went in anyway and thank God I did! Heidi helped me to apply a brand new screen protector. 10 stars across the board!

The manager Sean at the Carpinteria, CA location took advantage of our son. Our son went in for a phone upgrade and Sean proceeded to misinform our son about receiving a FREE IPAD that would be included in the upgrade. My son said he would think about it and left the store so that Sean could transfer all the info from his old phone to his new upgrade. When our son returned Sean handed our son his new phone and had the IPad all set to go(even though he never agreed to the iPad). I’m the account holder for the bill so I notiticed right away that there was a monthly charge for the cost of the iPad and also a monthly charge to open a new line for the iPad. My son returned the next day to return the IPad but Sean had the day off and a new employee stated that she couldn’t do anything and to come back when Sean was there. After several visits back to the store in order to see Sean my son was able to return the IPad but he had to pay an $85 restocking fee for an IPad that he thought was FREE. I called Sean and spoke to him directly about what happened. As we spoke he changed his story many times. My hope is that Sean corrects this mistake and returns my sons $85 back to him. Sean stated that he would call his district manager and I am making a follow up call I n the next few days. I’ve had a great relationship with the people at my local Verizon store in WI but this incident has not been a good experience.

This has been a nightmare! Sean, the self claimed store manager allowed a family member who was not authorized on my account to make over $1500 in purchases and changes to my account without my consent or knowledge. After countless phone calls to verizon customer service and to Sean himself we are still waiting to get this resolved(about 7 weeks). Beware this place will say or do anything to get a sale even if it means hacking your private account!

Store hours say open at 10. Im here at 10:30 and door is locked up tight.
