I worked at Encore off and on for many years. I absolutely loved every minute of it. The staff is always really friendly and accommodating. I broke my back, and they still let me work even though I couldnt walk much or move furniture. They have the cutest and most unique items that come through! And of course the prices are absolutely wonderful. Some things are still quite expensive, but thats because they are really outstanding! Its worth every penny.

Encore is completely the opposite now that the new owners have purchased it (around 6 months ago). Very rude, cold and arrogant. Im glad to learn that Im not the only one who has experienced that. I have 2 other friends that stated they had the same issues. They also mentioned the same owners also purchased Twigs. Needless to say, I highly doubt I will be visiting Twigs either.

The owner of this shop is so extremely rude. I will never visit here again. What a shame too, because they have a lot of cute things.

The lady in the store was great, even tho they didnt have what I was looking for she was so kind as to tell me other places close by that might have the item. Would def go back and do business with them.

Owners daughter was very unprofessional towards my mother and I while purchasing a piece of furniture. The original owner was very nice, but will no longer do business due to this experience.
