I went into the store today. I was served with true customer service. There was only one employee working at the time of my service but i was still efficiently taken care of. The store was clean and the information was clear and understood. I received service for my phone I already had.

They sale refurbished phones passing them off as brand new🤦🏽 and then you wonder why the phone only lasted a couple months before you had to buy another one then they charge u $25 dollars to get a phone activated on line or in the store plus the amount of the phone so your paying anywhere from $100-1000 for refurbished phones and to get them activated🤷🏿

The sales reps are rude. They talk to you as if you smacked their mother or something. They need to be more professional and sympathetic to customers needs. Lose the attitudes. Jeez💘
