David L. Was tremendously helpful. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me and asked if there was anything he could help me find. I usually decline but on this occasion, I had limited time and had to locate shovels and a wheel barrow. He knew exactly where they were and took me straight to them. I purchased them but unfortunately the wheel barrow was too large for my car. When I took the wheel barrow back, David L. found a ratchet to take off the landing rails and helped me put the wheel barrow in my car. I really appreciated his time and effort in helping me during this trip to Home Depot. If I could, I’d give 10 stars for him!

Simple in and out. Was able to find what I wanted, got it and checked out easily. Parking lot big as most are. The host at the door greeted me farewell when I left the store. Great ambiance. Would visit again.

Home Depot’s color match is AMAZING. I went to Lowe’s and got the same color as my wall and touched up (only to realize it was a completely different shade of gray) Home Depot promised it would be exactly the same as the actual brand (Sherwin Williams) and they did not disappoint! I am so happy I went here before dropping over $120 on paint at Sherwin Williams!! Thank you Home Depot!! And the wonderful gentleman in the paint department!!

I took my mom here to get a specific light bulb for her curio cabinet. There were two gentlemen that were more than willing to help us find exactly what she was looking for. They were courteous and friendly and had Smiles on their faces. They made us feel extremely welcome. We will be returning every time!

One of the few places that had the specific color and brand of spray paint that we needed. Only had self checkout available up front and there was a bit of a line. Went to the contractors register to actually work with a person.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES AT HOME DEPOT!!!!We ordered a washer for a delivery date in Sep. we have our old washer removed 2 days prior to delivery. The day before delivery we get a call saying date needs to be pushed out 2 weeks. 2 weeks comes, we get a confirmation call that our washer will be delivered between 8 am and noon. The day of delivery the delivery company calls us at 9:45 am saying they will not be delivering the washer. Lol, don’t waste your time. Lesson learned on my end, Home Depot’s customer service and delivery service sucks. Lowe’s has a better delivery service and I’ll never me returning to Home Depot.

Your standard Home Depot, and that’s not a bad thing! I am actually a sucker for HD so I’m a bit biased in that way. However, upon entry I was greeted kindly by a nice young lady. I had to ask several different associates where certain items were located and all of them seemed happy to help. Due to an organized store and helpful employees, I was in and out in no time. 10/10

I recently had an issue with my moving van getting stuck during the tropical storm and came into Home Depot for help. I had earlier that day returned my rental cleaning equipment and had such a great experience, I thought maybe someone knowledgable could give me advice on getting my van unstuck. Rod had many great suggestions, and the gravel he sent home with me did wonders. Other associates who were working that night (Friday, 7/9 around 9:00 / 9:30 pm) also had suggestions and helped me as well, without judgement! THANK YOU Home Depot staff. I have been a loyal customer for years, especially with the rental equipment, and will continue to be for years to come! Rod youre the best!!

This location and staff has consistently been a disappointment.Had initially visited them after getting to know from Home Depot website that this store had the Phillips Wiz A19 bulbs in stock. Upon arrival the counter had only 4, I needed 5. Checked online again it said that they should have 20 something. Asked a staff member for help, was told whats on display is all that they have in stock. Did further research on their own website, under specifications got the SKU#, the shelf right atop the display had 4 boxes (4 bulbs each).Got another staff member to get it down for me.Yet another time visited them to get some large decorative house plants. Again had checked online prior to visit, that they deliver plants at home.Still wanting to be sure asked a staff member in garden section, he confirmed that yes, select the plants you need and we will delivery. 15 mins later walked up to customer services with loaded cart aprox $300 worth of plants, couple of them about 5 feet tall. Was now told that we dont deliver live plants !!!Since, I had already invested time and gas so got what I could fit in the car and left the rest.Will avoid this location as much as possible in future.

The two people that helped me were very friendly and sincere, especially when they asked me if I needed help loading my car with the 15 gallons of water I just purchased. When I said no thank you they offered that I pull my car up and load it from the store. I felt very taken care of and will be back more often.

We bought a refrigerator 2/2016 and purchased the 5 year warranty. In the warranty paperwork it states begins after the manufacture warranty expires. Manufacturers warranty was for 1 year so the Home Depot warranty should extend to 2/2022. I called the warranty number and was told no it’s only for 5 years from date of purchase so I went to the store and spoke with the manager. He agreed the warranty was for 5 years after the manufacture warranty. He then asked if we registered the warranty. I said no. He said then it’s no good. No we’re in the paperwork does it say it has to be registered. It recommended registering for faster service but no where does it say it’s required to register. He would do nothing. So we are out a $2700 refrigerator. Never will I ever step back into a Home Depot. This is the second refrigerator we have bought from this store and the first one only lasted 3 years and after several months they agreed to replace but this time nothing. Terrible customer service.

New self checkout machines are a plus. Absolutely no one greeting you or asking if you need help during a 30 minute visit, is a negative.

I really enjoyed my time there, I dont get a chance to go there much since the nearest one is 45 mins away. They have a way better selection than Lowes, nice people and much easier to check out! Their selection of plants beats anyone in Sanford by far!!

Customer service was great, I was looking for a product that was in stock according to the website but did not appear to be on the shelves when I was there. Francisco tried to help by looking all over the store for about 20 min which was greatly appreciated. Ultimately, the product was not actually in stock and the website was wrong. The issue does appear to be resolved now. Shoutout to Francisco for lending a hand in a frustrating situation, thank you.

I like the Home Depot its a decent hardware home needs store. My only complaint and it seems most are going that with self checkouts they suck.

Home Depot is usually great with customer service but the store manager really dropped the ball on this one. I went in and saw the amazing 12ft skeleton on display in early October. I inquired how to buy it but an associate said he couldnt sell it without the managers approval. (?) This didnt sound right, so I called several other Home Depots where I was told they were already sold out and none were on display. Later I spoke with what I believe is the store manager in Cary. He said they couldnt sell it because it was the only one in the area (?). This didnt make sense either. I went back a few times to see if the skeleton was gone and it stayed up for a few more weeks. I asked every time I went in whether I could buy it and got a different answer every time. Finally, the week before Halloween the manager said it was sold. (???) The skeletons are being sold on eBay for $1400 right now.

Worst customer service ever! We purchased a Samsung refrigerator with a delivery date of 4/26/21. That date came and the refrigerator did not. Called the store to figure out where our appliance was and was told that even though we paid for it in full, they had no record showing it was paid for. We had to show proof via a bank statement that it was in fact paid in full. The delivery department did not receive notification to deliver the item. We spoke with Ammer, Laura, and the store manager requesting that they somehow make the situation right because it was their error not ours. They refused to rectify the situation, only offering a delivery date of 5/10/21. We cancelled the order and went to Lowes where we purchased the same refrigerator for less with a delivery date in two days. Home Depot has lost our business!

Christmas tree shopping and this year is such a cold winter! Ok let me tell you! Luis the guy who assisted us with the tree could not have been any more perfect! His customer service is phenomenal! He trimmed our tree like we asked, he got us the string and even went to look for some cardboard so we don’t scratch our car. It was late at night and he carried the tree to our car because they had already locked the gates at the garden center.Thank you Luis for making my family’s and I Christmas tree shopping experience smooth and easy.

The only thing I can speak to is the guy who helped us in the paint section last night. I think his name was Michael. He was upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely happy just to be there and help someone. He was amazing! When someone leaves you feeling uplifted and happy just from your interaction buying paint, they deserve to be recognized!

They are clearly posting that shoppers must wear masks in the store, but they are NOT enforcing this policy. When we asked about it, they said they were following directions from corporate. Thus - corporate is ALLOWING NON MASKED PEOPLE TO ENTER THE STORE. Corporate is helping to spread COVID. We will will no longer shop there. The COVID deaths in my circle and the COVID disabilities in my family can be firmly laid at corporate’s feet. You are cowards.

My entire carpet installation experience was wonderful! James, Mark and the entire in-store staff were extremely helpful and so nice. Barbara from HMDS was helpful and patient with me over the phone. Our installation specialist, Allen was absolutely amazing! He kept great communication through out the process and our carpet looks perfect. We could not be happier with the service we received.

By far one of the worst Home Depot’s in the Raleigh area to shop at. Ordered a toolbox 2 weeks ago. Was told it would be here the 19th and never showed. Then it was moved to the 21st and never showed. Then to the 22nd and still didn’t show up. Now it’s the 23 and says the 24th it will be here. Spoke with the manger and he told me to call the vendor like are you serious? I can’t call the vendor because you’re supposed to deal with the vendor. I don’t recommend ordering anything from this location or through the app as the communication with management and the delivery process for ordering an item is very poor!

Dealt with 4 different people working there. Two of them were nice, professional, and very helpful. One honestly tried but had zero knowledge of the area they worked in. The fourth was rude, and generally acted like I was a huge inconvenience to his implied mission goal of just getting through to quitting time. I miss the days when more than half of the employees took pride in their work.

Went in today (Saturday). I wanted to order some lumber for a project Im doing. The cashier told me to go to Customer Service and they could help me. I got there with my 11yr. old daughter. and the guy with a hat at Cary Home Depot (Walnut) was so rude! I told him I would like to place an order for some lumber to be delivered. He just looked at me and was like What? what do you mean lumber to be delivered? shrugging his shoulders and throwing his hands up... I repeated myself and had a list of what I needed. He said Well do you have all of the skew numbers? in a very sarcastic way.I said, no cant you look them up in the computer? He said No. We cant help you without all of the skew numbers. again with a Im annoyed you even ask me that type of attitude. I walked out! That store will not be getting any more of my money!!! I will take my business else where!!

Ive always been happy shopping here. Inventory stocked well. Great people. Just dont get your lumber cut here. A 2 foot piece will be off by almost an inch. Their saw needs some serious tuning. I should have known when he said I cant rip anything under 6 inches...its dangerous. Well, its cause the saw will kick back because its so far off a true straight cut.

A great place to shop for flowers and trees

One HD was out of pinestraw. A second had it, but the line to load it up was slow and mismanaged.

Curbside pickup was VERY slow, we waited for more than 30 min at the parking lot after receiving order ready message. Item delivered was covered in dust, made my car dusty and our clothes dirty when we moved it home. In store experience was ok.

Have been to Home Depot all across the country for work. This one has been the worst. Could not find anyone to help find anything. And to top it off stood for 20 mins asking every employee that I could find if anyone was working the pro desk to finally be told that I need to go to customer service for a phone sale to immediately be told that I need to go back to the pro desk and they would page someone just to stand there for another 10 mins before anyone showed up.

Mark in the flooring department was very nice and helpful. I knew nothing about tile and he was able to give me some great advice and information. I purchased several items from this home Depot and found the associates there very helpful.

Poor customer service. Cannot find items listed in-stock and refuses to see if another location has it in stock and transfer the order so I can pick it up at a different location or substitute it for something of equal value in store instead of cancelling the order. Manager claims he will return phone calls after he investigates some way to make this right and never does. Extremely disappointed. Will not return.

I love Home Depot, Ive always loved them ever since they opened in the late 70s! Their staff are super friendly and willing to help you beyond words! Their prices are truly the cheapest youll find, garranteed!! Ill go there, over Lowes, any day of the week! They are also 5 time cheaper and more popular than Lowes...just look at their popularity whenever you download their apps compared to Lowes! Please shop there, you wont be disappointed!!!

Great customer service. Spoke with Turiel in the lumber section. Super nice and helpful. He clearly was proud of where he worked based on the way he carried himself and spoke of his employer.

My fiance and I had to stop by for a tool for his work. He couldnt find what he needed but, two staff members helped him out and talked through how to improvise in making his own tool from what they did have in stock as this was an emergency situation as the tenants had clogged the mainline from their unit. Fergusons is closed, so he needs to be fast on his head feet! 😆

Otherwise not much more I can say you dont already know; has everything you could possibly need for a house or apartment to do your own improvements or fix/repair stuff. Every tool there is... This is by far the best Home Depot to go if you are doing a larger project. I needed 14 panels of the Veranda Vinyl privacy fencing and all the posts to install them along with the cement. Jon in the lumber department helped me carry the posts to the checkout area and then brought a new pallet of the fence panels out to my truck on the forklift and helped me load them into my vehicle along with the cement. I drove right by the Fuquay store due to the exceptional customer service you always receive at the Cary location.
