The body work and paint job on my vehicle is impeccable. They cleaned my vehicle inside and outside which I was not expecting. Awesome service from everyone and I highly recommend this company.

My experience with CARSTAR was extremely good. I went to them for car accident repairs. They communicated with me throughout the process via calls, texts, and a website. Repairs were done within 10 days as well so the turn around time great and the quality of work was also great! No complaints here.

I decieved a quote from CarStar for minor cosmetic work on my bumper. The previous quote I received required purchasing an entirely new bumper (and the work/cost that went along with that!). After filing a claim with my insurance company, they recommended I take my vehicle to CarStar. The fine folks at CarStar were able to come up with a solution for 4x less the cost; enough that I opted to just pay out of pocket and save myself even more. CarStar got the work done a day quicker too. Highly recommend.

Pains me to leave a 1 star review for any business but I had such a bad experience that I want to help others avoid one too :( Im new to the area and got into a minor collision before we moved. I called the Volvo dealer here and they recommended Carstar as an authorized Volvo mechanic. After waiting week or two for my appointment, I was able to drop off my Volvo XC90 on Monday the 18th and was told that my bumper collision wouldnt be an extensive repair and probably 2-3 days. Well I didnt get my car back until the hour they closed on Nov 27th after I begged them to give us our car back for Thanksgiving! I had all of my family flying in the weekend prior and the Volvo is our big car with the 3rd row. And the ONLY reason I got it back on that day was cause I called multiple times a day to both Carstar and Progressive insurance the week of Thanksgiving. Progressive blamed Carstar for not submitting the supplemental insurance correctly. They requested a new bumper, ordered the parts, but didnt provide images to the Progressive rep with the images they needed to approve a new bumper. The Progressive rep was suspicious that Carstar was over-inflating the cost of repair for their own gain. It was this awful back and forth between the two of them and I was stuck in between with NO car for almost two weeks. Carstar was blaming Progressive for not approving their supplemental and not coming in when they said they were supposed to. Progressive said that wasnt true and they only got the supplemental request Friday morning and they get 24-48 hours to approve. The real hero was the Progressive agent who called me Friday night at 6pm (after hours) and Monday (his personal day off!) to see this through. Even after that whole ordeal, we got my car back and they didnt finish the job! I asked them to take care of the scratch on my driver doors handle (they didnt) and then we found this ripped tire piece from my front tire that I didnt have before! The accident was the back of the car. The ripped tire is the front passenger side tire. They claimed to take my entire car apart to access the damage but you didnt see all of he damage on my tires?? Come on. Im just sooo mad on how badly I was treated and the state in which I received my car. For an authorized Volvo dealer, this is unacceptable. If you have another alternative to work on your car, I woud strongly advise you to.

Excellent experience. From start to finish. Very thorough and helpful staff. Kept me informed and communicated with me to let me know how repair was going throughout the past week. Brought my car in for an auto body repair and it looks perfect. On the way to pick up my car, I got caught in traffic leaving work and made it a few minutes to the shop after closing and the manager stayed there so that I could get my vehicle and return the rental there. He even helped me put all of my baby shower gifts and bags into my car from the rental. 5 stars from the day I brought in my car, to picking it up. Will recommend this shop to family, friends, and colleagues. Thank you CARSTAR.

This is a fantastic bodyshop! They fixed our car so well that I would be willing to argue that they returned it to us in better shape than it was in when we originally bought it at CARMAX. 🤣For those of you that are worried about businesses not following health standards during the pandemic, youll be happy to know that CARSTAR does - all of their employees were wearing PPE/Masks and they have signs posted for social distancing, etc. It was much appreciated.They are super professional, too. When we got our car back there was an issue with our security system and door locks, they had us bring it back and they had it all fixed and back to perfect within one day at no additional charge.Highly recommended across the board. My pickup (Nissan Frontier) was damaged in a rear end collision and needed a new tailgate, bumper, bed, taillights, and some paint repair on the back of the cab. Carstar completed these repairs, and I really couldnt be happier with the final product or with the process. They kept me posted throughout the repair and now, the truck looks better than it did before the accident. They even fixed some door dings that were unrelated to the repair for free because some of the parts were delayed. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Absolutely great experience. I was updated every week. Car was fixed a week sooner than estimated. Work performed was perfect. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Deer hit the side of my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Work performed was on side view mirror, passenger window replacement, dents in front panel, and two passenger side doors. Looks 100% brand new!

I got into an accident on December 6th. They got my car the following week. From the time they received my car until the last Friday December 20th they sent text updates that my car would not be ready until the 27th. So I’m not expecting them to call me at 3pm on the 20th to say that my car is ready. They close at 5 pm, the morning of the 20th they sent another text that said my car was at the halfway mark and it was on track to be finished on the 27th. The insurance adjuster calls me at 4:20 and says that she just received the call that my car was ready and that the rental had to be returned that day or I was responsible for paying for it. They send “computer generated” text and they say they don’t know what the text are saying. Because of these text I was out of a car for the weekend since they gave me no heads up that I would need to make these arrangements on the 20th.

Had a fire in the engine in my 1969 Nova. I was real nervious about taking it to just any paint guy. Carstar was highly recomended by my machanic. Long story short, I got the car back and wow! Over and above expectation is too small of a statement. These guys kept me in the loop at all time of progress that was happening with the car. The office staff was really nice and answered all of my questions. I couldnt be happier.
