Staff is always super nice! Ive been in a couple times for hair dye and the first time they actually walked me through the whole process.

Today was my first time shopping here. Alexis was working by herself and KILLING IT! She helped me find the perfect color and product for my hair. 10/10 would recommended 😊

We went for hair dye. My daughter decided that when she turns 13 tomorrow she needs to be blue! They had it all.

This is by far the finest Sally’s I’ve ever visited. It’s like walking into a bright, clean, colorful, well-stocked professional suppliers. The woman who assisted me was very friendly and bright: she helped me locate each item on my list, and suggested discounted on-sale equivalents, which proved to be just what she’d said. I can hardly wait to revisit again soon!

I was there about 5 days ago and the lady that was working there was sitting behind the cash and just said welcome. I noticed she looked very pale and seemed very sick. But i thought its not my bussiness and i went to grab my toner and color. When i came back to the cash to pay, she was gasping for air and i could tell she was short of breath and just looked so scary. I asked if she needed me to call 911 she slowly said no. I immediately left the store as i thought she might have the virus. They need to really pay attention to if an employee is sick or now a days with the virus going around.

Well if you want to get ignored or just don’t want customers service I would go to this location. Employee was to busy on her phone in the back room to even notice us come in and when she did just gave us a look, didn’t ask if we needed help or anything. Due to needed the products I couldn’t just leave. When ready to pay all she told us was our total. So don’t waste your time coming into this store because they obviously don’t value there were customers.

Low stock on somethings but it is good to be able to get things again during the pandemic.

This place is great! :) I has a ton of damage done to my hair from a bad flat iron and I needed to get some good products and the employee who I really wish I can remember the name of helped me find the right products that were afordable and in 2 days my hair was almost back to normal! Thank you! :D

I was welcomed as soon as I came in the door. The lady was kind and let us know if we needed anything, she was there for us.We did ask for her help although we worked it out on our own. She still stood there while we talked among ourselves to figure out what colors we needed.When we went to check out, we didnt feel rushed at all and she spoke with us for a few moments before we left.Good location, kind staff, and plenty of products to choose from. Love how organized it is and how easy everything is to find.

They are not helpful at all ! There’s a pregnant lady working there she was so RUDE today and I asked her for 2 products she said they don’t have them and she walk away when I was talking to her !

We really need another sally. SO many things to say. The manager is always in a bad mood. They get like mad or something if you use some coupons. Every time I go some price is wrong and when I tell them they get mad and today I was buying I got there 7:40 and they kick me out 8 oclock and I wasnt finish even to pay!!! That sally is the worst!

The young lady that was working did not have answers about any of the products. They were well stocked but it would have been nice to get more answers about the products.

When I walked in a lady looked at me up and down and asked me if I needed any help! I told her No then another lady came and also asked me if I needed any help I said No again. The First Lady continue to walk up on me as if I was doing something wrong and ask me if I needed help. I will never come back here again because I hate for people to act as if I was doing something wrong or taking something just because of my skin color and the sad part is the two women was black! I will never go back there again.

Visited Sallys today 7/4/2017 and approached by a rude, pushy, customer service representative. Not only did I feel rushed in the store but followed and observed even though I was in the store for less than 5 minutes. When I checked out she marked my 1dollar bills as if they were fake and neglected to ask for my Sally card. I am a licensed cosmetologist, so i had her enter in my phone number. Needless to say its quite a shame that in 2017 this type of behavior still exists. Needless to say, I will be shoppong elsewere.

Brought a item that was damaged and when I returned the item it was a hassle. one of the sales lady was very rude and very unprofessional. Never got a credit. Was told to come back another day.
