I had the most amazing experience at Channy and I found my wedding dress there! I wasnt expecting to find it at the first boutique I went to, but Im so happy I did! Lauren went above and beyond to help me find my dress. I pulled some dresses as did she, and when I found the one, she played the music Id walk down the aisle to as I showed my loved ones. Such a great experience!

Channy Bride and Beyond was absolutely lovely. I have been to several bridal stores looking for my friends wedding dresses, and the staff was unparalleled. Lauren helped us. She assisted the bride-to-be in the fitting room, helped us envision any tailored fixes, and brought a helpfulness and fun atmosphere to the event. The selection of dresses was perfect; not enough to be overwhelming, but enough to try on different styles and fits. I would highly recommend going to this store and if you can, ask for Lauren!

I was dreading wedding dress shopping. Trying on clothes in front of people is not my idea of fun. Lauren and Allie made this such a great experience for me. Lauren helped me try on dresses that she pre-pulled for me and found the perfect dress that I never would have expected. She kept me from getting in my head and guided me on what felt right for me. I said yes to the dress here!!! The shop was beautiful and so welcoming, I came on a Saturday and had the floor all to myself! I was not rushed at all and got to try on a lot of dresses, all beautiful! They even had a wedding playlist playing in the background which was such a great vibe. Definitely check this place out!!

Amazing boutique with friendly stylists. Both Lauren and Tara listened to what I liked about each dress and didnt like so we could find something that would meet my wishes. I loved that they took time with me in the dressing room prior to showing everyone asking me my thoughts so it wasnt influenced by my party with me. When I narrowed it down to two dresses, they did a mock walk with music and flowers to really let me get the feeling of what it would be like in each dress. This was amazing! Although I didnt leave with a dress, the experience was one of the best I have been too and would highly recommend to any bride!

Out of all the bridal shops Ive gone to, I had the best experience here. From the moment I walked in, Tyra was welcoming and attentive. She did a phenomenal job at picking gowns and creating an atmosphere that emulates a ceremony.I was very specific in what I wanted in a gown and she worked with the designers to see if they can make these changes. Unfortunately, they were unable to make all the changes. Even after stating that, she looked into ordering what I wanted to have their seamstress make those changes. I wanted so badly to buy from them but it didnt seem feasible if I had to make several changes.All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend this boutique to everyone. Their customer service is outstanding and you will truly feel like a bride leaving!

My appointment was at 4:30 and the owner stayed open for my mom and me to look until I found the perfect one and she couldn’t have a been sweeter to work with. I came to Channy by myself with no bridesmaids or guests and had an absolutely amazing time. Their dresses are gorgeous, staff was attentive and kind. I found the perfect dress within 5 dresses. Their pricing is very reasonable and they had a good selection for larger brides as well. I placed my order for my size in the dress and received a call within a few months to come in and try it on, it fit perfectly! I really enjoyed my experience with the Channy Bride team.

Tyra was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal consultant. She made the whole experience super fun and easy! I told her my vision and she pulled 3 dresses that nailed it. This was the best experience! I was suppose to get married in June 2020. My wedding was postponed. I had already bought a dress back in 2018 in NJ but o wanted a new one, I was no longe having a summer wedding! I wanted to get a new one and Channy Bride and Beyond was the by far the BEST EXPERIENCE! I am so in love with my dress. My family is all in NJ and Chantal FaceTimed my sisters and mom and the moment was so special! ❤️ All their dresses are absolutely stunning!

They have destroyed my wedding dress dream. I ordered my dress 7 months before my wedding date. I made some customization requests and I was promised that the designer would be able to execute what I wanted. So I paid and immediately after, they asked me to give them a 5 star review. ( which is probably why they have so many 5 stars. I thought it was fishy but I now see that everyone is high on the emotions of getting what they think is their dream dress to be only disappointed) Months later, I didn’t hear anything from them. When I reached out, they were asking me questions about my dress as if they didn’t remember what was talked about. Months later, I was sent 2 pictures of the customizations I asked for and they were completely wrong! I sent them an email expressing my concern. I was called in the store and told things would be fine. Now August 27th, more than a month after my try on date and 47 days til my wedding, I go in for my first fitting. THE DRESS WAS MADE 2 SIZES TOO SMALL! I was mortified. I paid over 2K for a complete failure. They have ruined this whole entire process for me. I am still waiting on a dress that is promised to be ready 2 weeks before my wedding. I went ahead a bought a backup dress at David’s bridal because I don’t believe a word they say. I am devastated and disappointed. All they keep saying is we’ll do your alterations complementary. They just care about your money. I’ll update this if I ever get a dress.

Came here for a friend’s wedding dress shopping. Tyra was attentive, caring and most of all FUN! She picked up on what we wanted even though my friend was trying dresses for the first time. I went to what felt like a billion dress shops for prom and was losing hope when I stumbled upon this shop. I was shopping for a prom dress but I wasn’t set on a color or style yet and I looked through their selection which had a range of colors and styles. I tried on around 8 dresses, all very reasonably priced, until I finally found a beautiful red dress that I just had to wear. The prices are very reasonable and the dresses are absolutely beautiful. On top of everything, the staff is extremely helpful and make it feel like a truly personal experience. They gave me a little gift when I left, and I would highly recommend shopping here. Finding my wedding dress at Channy was a truly magical experience from the moment I booked my appointment. They first called about a week before my appointment to ask about my vision, explain how the appointment was going to go and just gather information so that they were prepared. As a bridesmaid to the bride, this experience was a 10/10. Tyra ensured that my best friend (the bride) had ALL of her needs met. She was patient, attentive, and thorough. Chantal was amazing to work with! She was so attentive and has really helped with understanding my vision. Also, she went out of her way to come back into the store before my Mom was leaving town. I came to Channy Bride with my mother, not expecting to really buy a dress, just try on a few. As soon as we walked in Tyra greeted us with a warm smile and a very welcoming greeting. She had been waiting on a 230 appointment that never showed and then in we walked. She helped me and made sure I was comfortable in the dressing room and the dresses I tried on. She made it a very personable experience, asking about my ring, fiancé and wedding. She was actually due to leave early, but she stayed and put me in the dress I said yes to! She was amazing and did everything to make my mother and I comfortable and happy. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this downtown Cary gem.

My experience with Channy Bride & Beyond was the best I ever encountered in all the bridal shops I visited while helping my aunt find her dream dress. The customer service we received from the owner was lovely and professional, she made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She also made our shopping easier and fun since my aunt and I knew so little about bridal dresses, she understood us quickly and immediately brought the dresses. My aunt ended up buying two dresses from Channy Bride and Beyond for her church ceremony and reception, and she was the most beautiful bride I had ever seen thanks to Channy Bride and Beyond. Channy Bride & Beyond is an intimate bridal shop with aesthetically beautiful gowns that each speak something of there own. I was immediately wowed by the intimate feel of the shop. The choices arent overwhelming but just right. CBB is the perfect place to look for a gown as you prepare to become one with your Mr. Right!!!
