I had an absolutely incredible experience at Lana Addison Bridal! My wedding dress search has been overwhelming but Laurel was THE SWEETEST and made the process so relaxing and easy for me. From the first time I spoke to her I felt so valued and she was able to work within my tight timeline and squeeze me in for an appointment. Laurel listened to me and understood what I was looking for and pulled amazing options for me. I fell absolutely in LOVE with my dress, I knew that I wouldnt be leaving the first appointment without purchasing it. They are SO accommodating, SO kind, and everyone was so excited that I found my dress. I cant recommend them enough!

My wedding was 6 months away when I booked my appointment at Lana Addison, so ordering wasn’t really an option with such a short time frame. My experience was amazing. I had my own personal shopper that pulled sample dresses for me and the second dress I tried on was actually the dress I chose!! She was thorough on finding my style and very helpful. We had the whole place to ourselves and Champaign to celebrate. I cannot say enough good things about this boutique.

I had a great experience at Lana Addison Bridal. They have a beautiful selection of gowns!!After a quick chat with my consultant she pulled several dresses for me to try and most all of them were spot on for what I was going for. Even though I was pretty confident the 3rd dress I tried was the one they still pulled several other dresses outside of my “ideal dress” so I could be 100% sure about saying yes to the dress!I would definitely recommend visiting them if you’re on the hunt for your perfect dress.

My only reason for four stars was not being able to take pictures of myself in dresses and I wish I had known that before scheduling. They have their valid reasons, but it’s very important for me to see how I photograph in a dress.

I had a wonderful time at Lana Addison searching for a wedding dress. They gave me a personal consultant and provided a personalized and special experience. They helped me stay within my budget. I was between 2 dresses, and they really listened and helped me narrow it down to the one I truly felt best in. I would highly recommend this shop! Wish I could do it all over again to be honest!

I cant sing their praises loud enough! I was very stressed trying to find the perfect gown. Lana Addison was so gracious. They talked me through the whole process helping understand everything better. They not only helped me during my appointment but the entire day! They recommended a few dresses at their other store, Alexia and when those werent perfect they stayed open for me to come back and try more dresses. They were patient and understanding. I had the absolute best experience at Lana Addison! Caroline was a dream, she was so calm and confident and matched the energy my mom and I were giving off! She was exactly what I was looking for! After going to four stores I’m so thankful that I finally landed at Lana Addison! I slipped the second dress I tried on and knew immediately that that was the one! I grew up in Cary and my dad is a small business owner in Cary as well so it was so sweet to find my wedding dress at the cute little store across from the Mayton inn (which is actually where I met my fiancé for the first time!)! I would recommend this bridal store to anyone!!

Caroline made finding my dress so enjoyable. I was nervous and indecisive and she not only picked the perfect dresses for me to try on, but she also made sure I was positive in my decision to choose my gown and was so positive and excited right along with me. My dream dress was out of reach- in London. I sent Morgan and Catherine pictures of the dress Prior to my initial appointment and they made my dream dress a reality! I had a fantastic experience there! Morgan and Catherine are amazing! Morgan and Catherine are professional, extremely knowledgeable from fit, to fabric, to accessories, and friendly. I pickedOut my wedding dressing during a time where allowed number of people you brought were limited to 2, so to say having Morgan and Catherine there was a blessing is an understatement. They were so lovely and kind, but most importantly honest. In the appointment I said I wanted their personal opinions as well- and if something just wasn’t working or maybe didn’t look the best I wanted to know. The owner Michael is wonderful!! He was there for both of my appointments and was available to Assist with adding some customized features that will Even further elevate the beauty and elegance to my dress! I HIGHLY recommend Lana Addison! It’s an intimate setting with an amazing staff that willWork very hard to stick with the budget while making your dreams Come True.

I had a good but not great experience at this shop, and I think with a couple small changes it could have been great. I liked that they asked about details of my wedding to better understand what I was looking for, but I had to answer their questions 3 different times (on the phone prior to my appointment, when I got there, and then once again on an iPad). They had a great but not too large selection, and the store itself was beautifully arranged. I liked that I had my own room to try on dresses. I did not like that I told the sales person that I disliked beading/sparkle, and she added the two most sparkly/beaded dresses to my try on rack. Maybe she misheard me? I also was really disappointed that they had a no photography rule, especially during COVID-19 where I have friends that arent able to attend. I was able to Facetime but its not the same. They also gave a special discount if you were willing to buy the dress the day of your first visit, which I thought was very tacky and pushy salesy, which is not how I want shopping for my wedding dress to feel. Its the kind of thing where I want to go home and think about it!

The only bridal store in the area to make me feel special! As a covid bride I had to change so many things about my wedding. My day was special but not even close to the event I had planned. The one part of my bridal experience that stood out was Lana Addison Bridal. They were attentive without being suffocating, sweet, good-listeners, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hounds, but they told me I couldn’t look at them they had to pull them. Then in the middle of my apt. 2 people came to the door and started getting angry about a dress they had ordered. I ended up leaving the apt. Bc I was just waiting in the dressing room for a long time and the sale associate was dealing with the people at the front.

I was very happy with my wedding gown purchase at Lana Addison! The owner, Alexia, and my consultant Morgan agreed to accommodate my schedule and meet with me during a typical time off for them, when I was available. I loved both of them! I sent pictures of dresses that inspired me the night before my appointment and it was clear they took a close look at the style I was looking for and were prepared when I arrived with dresses for me to try on. They LISTENED to me and understood what I was looking for, which is SO important! They also took into account my budget and kept me within my price range. They were able to add some features I was looking for such as lace sleeves. They worked with my wedding date and put me at ease about getting the dress on time. I felt incredibly comfortable and catered to. I’m in love with my dream dress and couldn’t be happier!! Thank you so much and I’m looking forward to the big day.

Before my appointment, I was not looking forward to trying on wedding dresses at all because I didn’t know what I wanted. Shelby was so helpful and patient with me as I tried on just about every style of dress made and narrowed it down from there. She was so easy to talk to and made the experience such a fun one! She didn’t make me feel pressured at all and even suggested I go to my second appointment at another store just to be sure and that she would be here when I was ready. I ended up leaving my second appointment early because I wanted to go back to Lana Addison and get my dress! I’m so thrilled and couldn’t have had a better experience with Shelby and everyone else at Lana Addison!

I worked with the consultant Morgan and she was awesome. I am not an emotional person and knew I was not the type to cry and feel it when I found the dress. Morgan picked up on my personality and helped me find a dress I loved. I was still unsure and actually asked her try it on so I could see it not on me. She happily put the dress on for me, even though it was a strange request. After seeing it, I decided it was the dress! Thank you Morgan!

Lana Addison Bridal asks for half of the cost of the dress up front and the balance when the dress ships. I was told I would have 48 to 72 hours notification prior to charging by credit card for the balance. My card was charged without notification 2 months before expected. I received a fraud alert from my credit card company. I called multiple times and was given half-truths if not outright lies. When I finally talked to the co-owner Alexia Joyce, after I threatened to call my lawyer, she was what can only be described as entitled and uppity. I was told I should be happy she remained in business. There are plenty of bridal shops in the area. I would recommend using one with better customer service and that is at least polite. A simple apology would have avoided a lot of bad feelings. Worse experience of my life!

I said yes to my dress in December at Lana Addison. Katherine Brown made the whole experience seamless, fun, and relaxed. She understood my style, what I was looking for in a dress, and helped me yes to my dream dress. I cant wait to wear it down the isle. Would recommend Lana Addison to any bride looking for a dress. Lana Addison was my 6th wedding dress shopping destination and ultimately the LAST, thanks to Morgan, Katherine, and Shelby. After searching and searching for my dream gown and almost settling twice on something different, at other boutiques, these ladies finally helped me get my dream look.The girls listened to my wants and desires and pulled dresses accordingly but nothing was clicking. So we looked at pictures and talked more and then lightening struck! Morgan brought my vision to life and we are now waiting to start a CUSTOM design. I was NOT going to settle for anything but what I had in mind and these ladies were not letting me leave without getting it.I am looking forward to the coming months and watching my dream dress take shape. Stayed tuned.....I know the final product will be stunning!! And it wont be a dress I settled for. My experience at Lana Addison was wonderful! I came to my appointment with a “dress to beat” and therefore I was NOT an easy client. I started the appointment with one consultant and by the end the ENTIRE team on staff that day helped me find my DREAM DRESS!!! They were patient and kind and truly listened to my wants and wishes. They even wanted me to pick the other dress if that was the one my heart desired. But it wasn’t. I’m absolutely thrilled I have found my dress at Lana Addison and I will tell everyone I know to go there!! All staff members were amazing at Lana Addison! They were so flexible with my schedule and moved the appointment around to best fit us. Morgan was my consultant this day and I cannot say enough great things. She pulled all these dresses based off of my descriptions, and supported me through the entire experience. I never once felt pressured to buy as some sales people make you feel but when you find the dress you know and Morgan was there every step of the way- for that I’m so grateful. Would HIGHLY recommend coming to this salon!

Lana Addison made my day absolutely perfect!! I could not have asked for a better dress shopping experience. Our consultant, Morgan, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day special, from never ending mimosas to a surprise birthday cake for me and my entourage (we went on my birthday!). We also really appreciated that we were the only group in the shop, making it a really personal and intimate experience. Ultimately, my family and I said yes to the dress in happy tears and left even more excited for my wedding than we thought possible. 10/10 would recommend this place to any bride and her entourage.

I visited Lana Addison and my experience was great. I had in mind of not buying a dress at all. I had visited one place before and wanted to visited one more place Before making my final decision. Shelby helped by pulling dresses that was my style from the designer that I wanted. She gave me options that I could do for each dress to reach my goal of my dream dress. Shelby was really knowledgeable about the dresses, which made my experience even better because I didn’t know much. I ended up not picking a dress she had initially picked because I went with another designer that I didn’t have in mind because I was really set on having that initial designer. After trying a bunch of dresses which I had a lot of favorites, they let me go around the store to see if there was something else I liked before narrowing it down. I found my dream dress at the end. I got a great price because I was expecting to pay more than I expected. Overall, Shelby was an amazing bridal consultant and she helped me navigate my way into finding my dream dress. My experience was the best. Also, the best part was they let me FaceTime my mom. She couldn’t come with me because of COVID and lives out of state. This helped me have even a better experience of having my mom there in some way.

Lana Addison was the best bridal experience. They helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding in June. I enjoyed working with all of their staff, and they did not stop until they found the dress I loved. Everyone there was polite, helpful, and did not mind that I brought a few people to help me try on dresses. They stayed within my budget and even looked at pictures of dresses I had seen online to try and find one just liked them. The alterations were flawless and quick. Even though my bridal portraits were very close to my wedding they still spot cleaned my dress and made sure it was ready days before the date. I would recommend Lana Addison to anyone looking for their dream wedding dress.

Planning a wedding can be super stressful, but there are parts of the journey that are supposed to be nothing short of fun. My experience picking out a dress was nothing but fun. I was nervous about looking at dresses in person. I didn’t know what style I was looking for. I just knew I wanted a simple dress, nothing busy. As soon as my parents and I walked into Lana Addison we were greeted with a warm smile from Morgan and some champagne shortly after. She recognized that I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and walked me through the different styles and gave me advice on what she thought would look good on my body type. After talking for a while, we got to know each other deeper than the surface and she was able to match my personality with the dresses I tried on. I think I tried on about 5 or 6 dresses and I found the perfect dress for me. I know it can take some people months and I honestly thought it would take me a while to find the perfect dress because I was so unsure of what I wanted. Morgan was knowledgeable on not only the dresses, but all of the products in the store and made my vision come to life. Thank you, Morgan! You were a HUGE help in this process.

You feel beautiful in every dress here and I wouldnt have been able to find my dress without the care and attention Megan put into helping me pick out the perfect dress for me. I had the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE at Lana Addison bridal choosing my wedding gown! I had gone to a few other stores in the area and nothing really had seemed to fit my vision. When I walked Into their adorable shop Morgan and Shelby greeted me with sincere interest and excellent preparation!!! Morgan had already pulled dresses she thought fit my vision based on our pre appointment emails. Morgan is friendly, down to earth, and clearly extremely talented at what she does. In all honesty being from New York and unable to return home to manhattan to purchase my wedding gown I had been a little bit disappointed up until my appointment that day... and with a wedding in just two months time...I was able to buy my dress (well really a beautiful corset top, skirt, and veil) as samples for a fraction of the cost of their original 5 FIGURE price tag! I fully believe that no matter where I shopped I could never have found such a high end couture look at such an excellent price. I promise... if you let Morgan use her creative aesthetic she can make your dreams come true too! Can’t say enough good things about my experience!!!

I was recommended to Lana Addison bridal shop by their Up-Scale Bridal Boutique Alexis Bridal they are Partners (Sisters), which was totally find they assured me that I would fine a dress within my budget. When I arrived, I must say that I liked Lana Addison Bridal, they were very nice, polite, and friendly(Nicole was my consultant). I arrived for the appointment they had already consulted with their Partner Alexis Bridal and knew what type of dresses I was looking for. I was impressed that they work so good together. I immediately picked the perfect dress as soon as I entered the dressing room. I loved the dress it was so beautiful even though I could not completely fit there sample gown. I sealed the deal I found my dress. Now its time for measurements. Everything seemed to go fine, they took my measurements and ordered my dress.They have a policy as to when you can pick up your gown and that is only Tuesdays thru Friday, NO SATURDAYS. On 10/6/2017 I had a n appointment for my fitting and to pick up my gown( Katelyn was my consultant). I was a hour late I had to drive 2 1/2 hours and there was heavy traffic, which I called a explained to them. When I arrived the young lady that was helping me stated that she had another appointment that was coming in, which was fine, I was late. There were other girls there that could have helped. As soon as she opened the bag to my dress I told her that I look very big . She was rushing not taking her time trying to put the dress on before my petticoat. When I did get the dress on it was to big that if I wasnt holding it up with my hands it would have fell completely to my knees. I had to ask for the belt I ordered for the dress and veil. She was just trying to get me in and out sign the paper stating that you picked up your dress. She left the room for her other appointment and never returned back to check on me to see if everything was fine. If it wasnt for my best friend helping with fitting the gown I dont know what would have done. We had to hunt her down just so that she could come a put the dress back into the bag. I was there for 1 1/2 hours My first visit was better than my fitting and picking up of my gown. The next day I called Lana Addison Bridal and expressed how unhappy I was with my gown because it did not fit me at all. She advise me that when they take measurements they recommend the largest size between the bust, waist, and the hips. I am a size 16 they recommend that I order a 26, not knowing bridal sizes I trusted them but all they were doing was look to make more money with the alterations (I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MEASUREMENT IN BRIDAL TO DO SOME RESEARCH.) Not understanding bridal measurements and letting them tell me what they recommend is now having me to spend money on alterations. I spent nearly 3,000.00 at Lana Addison Bridal. All she could say is that she trust her consultant measurements, and that I could bring the dress in for alterations starting at $600 to $800. If I wanted to come back to get remeasured I could. I told her what do I look like driving 2 and a half hours just for you to measure me again and tell me the same thing. Read there policies there fine print. I would recommend to anyone. UPDATE with all this said I took my dress back. I unexpectedly got pregnant the dress size was perfect in this case I was still big in some areas eventhough I was 8 month pregnant. They work with me the week I was to get married to ensure my dress was perfect. Thank you ladies.

I could not be happier with my experience at Lana Addisons. I worked with Katherine who made the process better than I could have imagined. They took the time to understand my style and pulled dresses for me that they knew Id love. She and Morgan went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on so felt like I had to go look at some other places. I came back that afternoon and they worked with me to fit me in so I could finally say Yes to my dress. Thank you ladies again for making this such a memorable experience. Ok. So. I hated the idea of dress shopping. I was working with Anomalie to create what I thought was my dream dress.Nope.I made the appointment at Lana Addison on a whim and walked out with THE dress. The women helping me were wonderful. We had the whole salon to ourselves, which was AWESOME.Also any bridal salon that takes more than 30 seconds to learn about you, and what your needs are is glorious. I’m autistic, with an eating disorder. They literally had me touching all the dresses I wanted to try to make sure I would be comfortable. They let me lead the way and that was super helpful. Also not forcing me to see my sizing and measurements was a huge help in my recovery. As an out of state bride I’ll recommend them to anyone. Travel to them. They’re worth it.

Megan was SO helpful! I havent bought the dress yet, but I was able to find 3-4 dresses that I loved and Im pretty picky and wasnt positive of what I want! Megan made the process so easy and shes so personable, I honestly wish she would coordinate my wedding since she was just so great. It was so great that I hope to see her again!

I want to say how thankful I am for the wonderful experience that my mom and I had selecting the PERFECT gown. I could not have asked for a better day. It really was meant to be that they were able to fit me in last minute. I was telling my mom that I felt like I was trying dresses on with my best friends or even “sisters”. The entire team was extremely helpful and honestly if the other lady there was not trying on similar gowns, I would not have even known that there was anyone else in the store. They made us feel as though all attention was on us. Everyone was extremely encouraging and full of excellent advice without being pushy at all. That means a lot as the bride’s wedding day is such a big moment and start of a new chapter in our lives. I also thought I would share how important that day was to my mom. When we got in the car after leaving the store I asked her again what she thought and she immediately starting crying happy tears saying how special that day was for her. That made me feel so amazing to hear that as my mom is such an important person in my life and is always doing so much for me. I have already told many of my friends what an unforgettable experience I had and told them I will be posting this everywhere I can. I had an amazing experience at Lana Addison! I worked with Katherine and Morgan, and they were absolutely fantastic. They did not make me feel rushed and made sure I tried all on the dresses I needed to make the right decision. I ended up saying yes to the dress during my first visit with them because I found the most amazing gown!!

I called Saturday afternoon and they were able to see me right away. Megan was lovely and very helpful. She helped me to find and custom my perfect dress. Even celebrated with champagne at the end.

I am so in love with my dress! I look at it every single day. Morgan made the experience absolutely delightful! I had never tried on a wedding gown in my life nor had I shopped for one. This was our second stop in our wedding dress shopping and we are so thankful we came here! We got to work with Morgan who was incredible at listening to what I was looking for and also explaining and advising on the things I had no clue about. She was attentive to both me and my mom and the experience turned out to be so fun! I ended up choosing the dress Morgan pulled even though I had said “no sequins.” She was gracious and patient which only added to how wonderful the bridal shop is on its own!

I cannot day enough good things about Lana Addison! Alexia has built an amazing team that knows how to not only take the stress out of dress shopping, but make it an exciting and easy experience! Meredith was wonderful when helping me try on gowns, and Megan (and the AMAZING seamstress Maria) made me feel so beautiful throughout every fitting and alteration. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen! You’ll miss out on a wonderful experience if you don’t visit them!

While I ended up purchasing a gown from a different bridal shop, Lana Addison Bridal proved to be a wonderful experience. Our trip to Lana Addison Bridal was very spur of the moment, and the staff happily accommodated us. I came in with a dress to beat situation and this didnt negatively impact the consultants treatment towards me in the slightest. Megan was an absolute joy to work with. She brought me several wild card gowns that I surprisingly loved. So glad we went dress shopping here - they made it so much fun!

I highly recommend Lana Addison Bridal! They have a large selection of high-quality, budget-friendly dresses from a variety of designers. You must make an appointment prior to shopping here. This is great because during your appointment time, it is only you, your family/friends, and the consultant in the store. This allows for an intimate, personalized experience. Lana Addison is professional, clean, organized...everything you could ask for when shopping for a wedding dress. Not only did I purchase my dress here, but so did 4 of my closest friends. We all LOVE Lana Addison!Not only is the store itself wonderful, but so are the bridal consultants. I can not say enough great things about Morgan Porter. When I arrived to my appointment, I really did not know what kind of wedding dress I saw myself in. However, Morgan was wonderful and eased me through the process. She selected several dresses for me to try on, some of which I would have never chosen myself. Im so glad I trusted her expert opinion! I ended up saying yes to a dress that I dont think I wouldve ever tried on had it not been for her keen eye, knowledge, and vision! She was also very patient with me, encouraging me to go back and try on dresses I had already had on, just to be sure I was still heading in the right direction, towards THE dress. During my appointment, I also met the owner of the store. He assisted Morgan and I in selecting a decorative belt for my dress. The staff work very well together, with the collective goal of putting you in the dress of your dreams!Thank you, Lana Addison and Morgan, for a wonderful experience! I absolutely LOVE my dress!

Highly recommend Lana Addison in Cary. Katherine was the consultant for my daughter, also named Katherine, and after listening to my daughter’s preferences in dresses she brought in several beautiful dresses to try. They were all lovely but she (and those of us with her) fell in love with one in particular and we all had fun toasting with champagne. The veil they suggested was perfect as well. We never felt rushed or pressured in the slightest. The wedding was this weekend and there were so many compliments on the dress that I and my daughter lost count.

This whole experience was a dream. I cant thank Morgan enough for being so patient and flexible. She was very understanding that I didnt know what kind of dress I was looking for. Without a doubt, Morgan found me the dress I said YES to! Completely blew me away. I cant wait to walk down the aisle in my dress :)

Morgan and Megan were super helpful! We ended up making a last minute appointment, and they were so gracious to accommodate us. Their dresses are beautiful, and Morgan worked really hard to find dresses that fit my body and looked beautiful on me. All around a great experience!

Buying my wedding dress from Lana Addison was one of the best decisions I made! From the moment I walked in, Katherine and her team went above and beyond to make my wedding dress dreams happen. They listened when I described the dress I wanted and were with me every step of the way to make sure everything came in time and that it fit perfectly. Maria is an amazing seamstress and truly outdid herself altering my dress; it fit perfectly! I can not recommend Lana Addison bridal highly enough, they have beautiful dresses, but their staff is truly what makes them special. Thank you for everything!

I cannot recommend Lana Addison enough. My mother is in the end stages of ovarian cancer and will not be able to be there for my wedding. My sister emailed the owner, Alexia, on very short notice and she, along with consultants Megan and Morgan, went completely above and beyond in every way. The shop itself is beautiful and there are so many gorgeous choices, no matter the style you may be looking for. I really hadnt given much thought to how I wanted to look on my wedding day. But the consultants were thoughtful, sensitive to the situation, and made the whole experience fun and as light hearted as could be. They listened to what I had to say and helped me narrow my focus and my choices as we tried things on. I found my dress that day, but even more important is that I got to share this precious experience with my mom. I wouldnt have had that with out Lana Addison and Im so very thankful.

My experience at Lana Addison was wonderful! I did not have any expectations going into the appointment, it was the first of three stores we were visiting that day so I wasn’t getting my hopes up that I would find my dress. Having never really imagined I would be getting married; I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. Morgan was fantastic! She asked all the right questions, listened to what I wanted, my likes, my dislikes and really helped me through the process. I was so shocked, excited, happy, etc... that I Found the Gown!! I had an amazing experience at Lana Addison Bridal! The shop is located in a cute house, and I had a private room for me, my mom, and mother-in-law. It had a boutique-type feel, which I really enjoyed. I appreciated the privacy we had. My consultant was really wonderful as well. She listened to my wants, and wasnt pushy at all. They have an amazing selection of dresses from amazing designers, and the prices were affordable for the quality. I highly recommend shopping for a wedding gown here!

BUYER BEWARE!Read all of the negative feedback and the owner’s responses to other dissatisfied customers. Never does the owner take responsibility; rather she attacks the reviewer. This was a red flag to us before we booked our appointment, but we went anyway. DON’T DO AS WE DID – instead, there are many bridal boutiques in the area that treat their customers with respect. Don’t go to Lana Addison.Our experience – my daughter is a size 00 in normal clothing. After finding a dress, the consultant measured her and, since she was in between sizes, ordered the larger size ( a 4). When the dress arrived, it was 5 full inches too SMALL. Instead of immediately taking responsibility to correct the issue, my daughter was blamed and told that she had an abnormally large torso!After much negotiation, the owner agreed to let the dress out at her expense so that we could button the back. When my daughter tried on the dress, it fit in the back. The dress needed to be hemmed and the train shortened. The estimate for those alterations was $1,545!!! When we said we would have to take the dress elsewhere, we were told that we would have to pay $75 for the alterations consultation.Consultants Megan and Morgan are wonderful – I wish they worked for another boutique.The owner is unprofessional and needs significant training in how to treat customers.My daughter’s dress has been successfully and beautifully altered by another seamstress for a fraction of the cost Lana Addison quoted.Now – let the owner attack my comments.

My entire experience with the girls at Lana Addison was wonderful. From the moment I walked in the door I immediately felt welcome. They listened to my thoughts about what I envisioned my dress to look like and truly made it come to life. I did not feel overwhelmed by the magnitude of dresses... their shop had just the right amount of variety both in dress styles and pricing within my budget. After saying yes to the dress they communicated with me throughout the entire process and worked with my schedule when it came time for fittings. I also enjoyed working with their alternations team. She was able to make a few small tweaks and the dress fit like it was made for me. Thank you to the ladies at Lana Addison for making that part of wedding planning enjoyable and stress free!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this boutique. Even before I walked into the door I felt welcomed. They were so personable. It was literally the best day and a memory that I will forever treasure. I had no idea that wedding dress shopping could be as much fun as it was!Kaitlyn helped me and was absolutely AMAZING! She is really what made the experience so special. She was so thoughtful and understanding especially with the recent passing of my father. I couldnt have asked for a more thoughtful person. To top it all off she wrote the sweetest thank you card after. I cannot say enough how impressed I was and how much I appreciated everything that they did. It was above and beyond. I couldnt imagine getting my dress anywhere else.

Morgan was wonderful! The process of searching for, finding, and adjusting the dress was extremely smooth and very enjoyable. Morgan worked with me every step of the way to find exactly what I wanted!

They were amazing. Megan listened not only to what style of dress I said I wanted but also to the feel I was going for and my overall personal style. She ended up picking dresses for me that I never would have picked for myself but that I ended up liking better than anything I had tried before. They were kind and helpful and have very reasonably priced gowns.

After stressfully shopping around a few bridal boutiques, I was relieved when I walked into Lana Addison Bridal. Megan greeted myself, mother and sister when we arrived and got to know us through friendly conversation and casual questions. Megan listened closely to my requests, likes and dislikes and pulled dresses that fit that perfectly to my description. I found my perfect dress thanks to the help from Megan and I could not be more excited to wear it in a few months!

Lana Addison brings sentimentality and a personal touch to your bridal experience. While it is unfortunate, they do not allow you take photos or video as you try on dresses, I can admit that it does help bring in everyone’s attention to what really you are trying on. I enjoyed my time with them and pleased with how little pressure there is in finding your dress. Yet they still help you stay on your purpose for being there, guiding you in the design you are eventually looking for. They select dresses associated generally with what your vision is and within your budget, so you do not get overwhelmed. They kept track of all my dislikes and likes of the dresses I tried on, so I did not have to do too much work in remembering it all. They also help you put on and fit into your dress, clipping you in. They know how to welcome you and do their job well as a bridal consultant. I’m happy not only that I am able to create my wedding dress with them, but of my experience trying on dresses.I do think it does depend what you want to get out of your bridal shopping experience. If you are looking for a shop where they curate dresses for you and listen to the specifications that you want out of your dress, Lana Addison Bridal is for you. If you are looking to roam the shop and pick out a dress for yourself that is a style that some shops offer, and I do recommend having that experience because it can be really fun doing that, but Lana Addison definitely utilizes your appointment to bring you closer to your dream dress.

Lana Addison is the cutest little shop with a great selection and amazing service. Everyone was so nice and organized through the whole process. Their dresses are beautiful AND I stayed in budget----high quality dresses but a bigger variety of price points (more importantly, plenty of lower priced options). Couldnt have been happier with my dress and experience. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Lana Addison!! I tried on less than ten dresses before finding THE dress and they “jacked me up” with a cathedral veil, belt and earrings and it was so easy to say “yes to the dress”... and all the accessories too. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff make you feel like an absolute princess with champagne and cheery smiles. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this bridal boutique to all friends and family!

Lana Addison was fine. They dont have a huge selection. There was supposedly a trunk show going on but they didnt even have many dresses from the designer of the trunk show. The consultant helping me into the dresses was great, but the head stylist was pushy, kept trying to put me in dresses I hated that were the opposite of what I was looking for, and was generally unprofessional and not very knowledgeable about what could be altered on the dresses.

I went to about 6 shops in the Triangle area and this was by far my least favorite. I deducted one star for the selection of dresses (I don’t think they have very many in comparison). I deducted another star for not letting us take pictures. I’m not one of those brides who can make a big decision like this right away. I wanted to think about it and come back...but it would of been nice to have a few pictures to look at. This was also the only store that wouldn’t let us take pictures. And I deducted another star for the consultants. I felt that they were very pushy and not genuine...clearly just trying to make a sale. I felt very uncomfortable.

I cannot say enough great things about Lana Addison. I went to two bridal shops when shopping for my dress (Lana Addison being the first). GREAT selection first off, customer service was incredible. I felt so special and pampered while I was there and not once did I feel pressured. They know how big of the decision this is for a bride so they made sure to give me as much time as I needed. Rachael has been AMAZING to work with.My wedding dress came in a month earlier than expected, the fitting went great, and the overall experience has been out of this world. I cannot recommend Lana Addison enough. They care for their brides and it shows through their service. My grandmother was sick at the time and I wanted to make sure she saw me in my wedding dress. Rachael helped me face time her so she was able to see the dress and all of its beautiful details -- it was a moment I will never forget. Thank you Lana Addison for making my dress experience so special.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not the best. To start off, when we arrived for my appointment we were ushered upstairs by the staff and not allowed to go through and look at the different dress options. We were told that’s the consultant would bring up dresses based on the information we provided her with. It was frustrating not being able to physically go down and look at dresses on your own.Second, we I went to go try on the gowns I didn’t have any help whatsoever from the consultant. She closed the curtains behind me and said “let me know when your done and I’ll put the clips on”. It was extremely difficult trying to get into a ball gown dress alone. After I had gotten on the dress we were told that pictures were not permitted...this was the only bridal shop I’ve ever been in in my life that didn’t allow photos...and that was frustrating because I had been to other shops and I wanted to have pictures before settling on the final dress.Lastly, customer service was not very good at all. The consultant was stuck up, not very friendly, and very pushy. I would tell her that I didn’t like something and she would try and force me into it. After I left (I had received prices and basic measurements) I had never heard back from the store. There was a dress that I was interested in and wanted to try it on again but when I called back I never got a return call.

My experience at Lana Addison was nothing short of incredible. My consultant, Megan was incredibly sweet and put me at ease immediately. She listened intently to everything I said when pulling dresses, and continued to pull more and change things up as I gave feedback throughout the appointment. We were immediately offered drinks when we arrived and then shown upstairs to a large private room that easily accommodated the 6 people I brought with me. Megan laughed along with us the entire time and gave honest, constructive, kind feedback throughout. Truly, she was amazing. The boutique itself is an adorable house that is warm and inviting and full of sparkle, frills, and generally beautiful gowns. I found a dress that I loved and made everyone in my party cry.Ultimately I bought my dress at a different boutique, only because it was a dress I had been eyeing for over a year that wasnt stocked at Lanas. To be honest, my experience at the boutique I bought my dress wasnt half as wonderful as my time at Lanas. Had it been available at Lanas I would have purchased there in a heartbeat.I cant recommend Megan and Lana Addison enough. Go, I promise you wont be disappointed.P.S. Im totally going back to Lanas to buy my accessories :)

I was extremely happy with the wonderful service at Lana Addison! My mom and I went in for my first ever bridal appointment and I walked away with my dress found! I cannot be more appreciative to the wonderful staff there, and they made the search and find super special, especially with the champagne toast! It will forever be a happy memory, and I cannot wait for the fittings! I especially want to recommend Kaitlyn, who was an amazing and darling consultant!

I worked with Katharine as my consultant and could not have been happier with my experience! First off the house is beautiful and charming and there are so many dresses! Katharine pulled exactly what I was looking for as far as my style went that I specified on my appointment form. She also stayed under my budget and the dress I chose I am in love with thanks to her amazing selection that she picked for me to try on! I could not recommend this place more!

I had a wonderful experience at Lana Addison throughout the entire process! You need to make an appointment to browse the gowns, but they accommodated my group of 4 ladies and were patient with me until I found the perfect dress.My experience with the fittings was great. I had to reschedule my appointment a couple times due to weather, and I never felt like I was being annoying. Unfortunately, they only offer fittings during the week, which was a little tricky to schedule around my work, but again, everybody was super understanding with some last minute schedule changes that I needed to make.Maria was very sweet and patient with me during my fittings- I was a nervous wreck! My dress did not need a ton of alterations, but they got it right on the first try, so I only had to go back twice to make sure the fittings were great.The shop and town are super cute, and I always felt so welcome. I would highly recommend this bridal shop!

This was the second place I tried on wedding dresses. They had a pretty large number of dresses for the size of the house theyre in. The lady I worked with, Cristina, was very friendly and was really great at picking out dresses that matched what I was interested. She also provided some of her own suggestions, which gave me a better idea of what I was looking for. She stayed within the budget that Id set up walking in, which I appreciated. Im going back for a trunk show for a designer that theyre introducing at their shop, and Im excited to work with them again. Overall, Id definitely recommend scheduling an appointment with Lana Addison.

Had such a good experience here and found the gown in less than 45 minutes! They were more than accommodating when my mom and sister were late due to a 5k race that had blocked off several roads in downtown Cary. Morgan took one look at my pinterest board and pulled 8+ dresses, was so patient and more than happy to help - the 3rd dress was the keeper!

I have had the best experience at lana Addison!! They have the prettiest gown selection, are respectful of your budget, and can basically make any gown unique with alterations. They have been wonderful each time I have visited their shop! I would recommend this bridal boutique to any of my friends!

I recently bought my wedding dress at Lana Addison. My consultant was great and helpful during my appointment. 4 days after my appointment I got a call at 830 at night from the store saying they made a mistake processing my payment for the dress and needed the credit card information again to fix it. Being as I wasn’t the one who paid the bill for the dress I told them I had to reach out to my mom. After speaking to my mom she said she would check her statement and get in touch with them the next day (reminder it was 900 at night). I then got three more phone calls that same night requesting that we fix the issue right then. The next day I received a call and an email from the store again requesting my moms credit card information. The store was now requesting we pay them 2x the amount for the dress because they had accidentally put a credit on the card. My mom expressed that she would like to check her statement before paying double the amount to be sure that was correct. Within the span of the next 12 hours we received 12 phone calls and 10 text messages demanding we fix their mistake “now” and were insistent we could not check our statement first. After speaking to the credit card company who stated there was no credit pending on our card and even went as far to reach out to the store themselves to explain this to them, they were still insistent that we pay them 2x the price. And that we should “trust” them that they credited our card. My mom let them know she would keep an eye out on her statement and if a credit came through she would let them know. So on a mistake that they made the owner of the store constantly harassed us saying we had to pay her double “now” in order to resolve the issue we didn’t create. The next day a credit did come through our card and we let them know right away but explained to them our credit card company advised us not to pay them double because they needed to void it on the stores end. Through this entire process we were understanding and cooperative and were in turn harassed by the owner of the store who has still not apologized for her behavior or treatment of us. Really disappointed my dress buying experience turned into this and wish I never did business with this kind of person in the first place.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lana Addison Bridal! The staff were always very helpful throughout the process of choosing and then altering my gown. It didnt take me long to find a beautiful gown that was perfect for me, that was also in my budget! I highly recommend Lana Addison Bridal!

My only reccomendation would be to make sure you bustle your daughters dress yourself before leaving the store with it. The French bustle was explained as tho it were a super simple process and therefore i was not encouraged to try to do it myself. When it came time to bustle before the reception, no one could figure it out and we had to use safety pins and the bride and groom me and others missed most of the cocktail hour.

Lana Addison Bridal not only has gorgeous dresses, but great customer service. Morgan was awesome to work with and helped me find my perfect dress.
