They require me a mask to enter. I’ll take my money to another Restore. I’m the #1 Restore fan. My home is furnished strictly on Restore refurbished items from Apex to Clayton including this one. The last time I was here they asked for a mask too. I had forgotten about that this time. I won’t be coming back until they reply with No Mask Mandate.

I like this ReStore. It’s just a regular size store for items you need for your home, sometimes, for cars also. I bought some stuff here, and, so far, I’m satisfied with the customer relations and prices of the items I got.

My wife found a desk there that she really like. She asked me to come and look at it with her. Also to see if it could fit in the SUV to bring it home. The personell working there are great. They have great items for sale and according to the color of the price tag, is the discount. Our color was pink which was 40% off. They were professional and knew what they were talking about. We bought the desk and now its on hold until I clean out the two back seats to fold down to get it in. Im giving this four stars as it is used items almost all the time. However, be aware they can get brand new items from brand name stores donated to them, then sell them at a deep discount. Other than that, the crew there get five stars all the way. Very friendly indeed!!

I loved working with the staff at this location! Everyone I’ve encountered has been amazingly helpful! Someone else said that they are very hard working individuals, and I couldn’t agree more! I bought some cabinetry from this Restore for a kitchen remodel and had some hiccups along the way (on my side) but the Restore team worked with me throughout out the process. I never really expected that. They took a lot of time with me in our consultations, were flexible, and helped me achieve the look I was going for on my budget. I would definitely recommend the Cary Restore!!

Nobody addresses you to assist you when you have questions or want to purchase anything. There was only one person that assisted us after me approaching him. He was pleasant and answered our questions, even provided a card for the person who does deliveries for them.

Habitat stores are a great place to find used furniture for very affordable prices. This store had a sizable selection, and the staff were helpful.

Ive been so disappointed in this store lately. The prices have gone absolutely haywire. Whoever is doing the pricing at this location is living in a fantasy world. I used my phone to look up sold comps on 25 different items on my last trip here. Nearly every one was priced at or very near full retail price - except the items in THIS store are opened, used and dirty. They have a stereo receiver priced at $1200. Sold comps on ebay go for around $300 WITH the remote that this store is missing. Normally this would just be an annoyance, but during a time when so many people are struggling, its especially egregious and unacceptable. $55 for a USED kitchen faucet isnt a thrift store price- it isnt even a retail markdown. Im afraid this location has lost my business. Far too greedy with these prices.

Habitat is a great source usually a great company. Recently, the scheduling pickup department left us in a bad bind and it was very sad. I have worked and volunteered enough to know that whole procedure was not normal. I encourage, Whomever is in front of this department to get a grip. This case it was not a staff issue it was a management issue. I would love to tell someone higher about the experience received. Everyone else just, please be aware that the flow at this location could be risky and I encourage people to think twice. It may not be your experience but if nothing is said nothing can be done. Management you effected several lives today and things could have been different if the truth was told: moral of the story DO BETTER!!I did receive a call back after leaving this review and upper management is seeking to address the issue.Thank you!! Great finds in decent shape...some are a tad bit overpriced but stop in on a regular basis and you will find that just right piece.

Ive been shopping/donating here for five or six years. The people are friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. They usually have a good selection furniture, garage tools, garden tools, sinks, doors, toilets, lighting. Its a cool place to go and see what you can find.

I try to hit all the Habitat Restores and this store by far is wonderful. Very clean. Its organized great & makes shopping a please. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Most of the time I find a good deal at the Restore. The business appears to be well managed. Overall its a great place to save but of course know what the item costs new, before you go there or check it on your cell phone. Good Luck.

There is one section of the store where you can design your brand new kitchen with all-new materials (some of the profits go to Habitat, I believe). Other than that, it is unusual that you find much furniture in good shape. Some of the other items are better. Today I got a ceiling fan ($20), which looked like new. It had a few screws missing and the friendly, helpful folks there let me dig through their box of random screws until I found something that would work. I also got 2 LED floodlight bulbs (with motion sensing) for a total of $4. The inventory is hit or miss, but when you find something, it is usually a very good deal.

You can purchase the same thing new for what Habitat wants used. My suggestion is if something doesnt sell lower the price. Dont let it sit their for weeks collecting dust. Be reasonable with the pricing. This is all USED STUFF!!

I understand the purpose / mission behind this place, but some of the items are priced above new @ RETAIL... Im not sure whos pricing this donated stuff, but the Raleigh location has a much better variety & the pricing seems more aligned with the idea / fact that much of this is used & - more importantly - the $$$ only matters if the stuff actually sells...its too bad, too... this ReStore is much closer to me than the other & Im actually nearby several times throughout the week/weekend/month...

I love going to the restore! There are always 2-4 eager volunteers eager to help with donations or get me a great deal when I need something for home improvement and repair!

Super cheap prices. Random variety of goods. Always worth looking for bargains here before paying retail. Cary location is always lower priced than Raleigh location.

A good place for small things like nails and light switch faceplates which are cheap, but otherwise very overpriced for everything else. Tool prices are ridiculous, Ive seen 10 dollar drill bits there, a small worn out hand vac for 30 bucks lol. I wonder how they can even unload their stock at these prices.

Such a great selection of second-hand home décor, furniture, fixtures, you name it! Discounts compound the longer an item is on the floor unsold. Got many great deals here !

Some nice furniture but you need to make sure of the quality. New items come in so you need to come in weekly to see them.

Hit or miss on prices. Some prices are fair, others are way beyond what the item is worth. Its insulting when you post the latest price you found posted on Ebay. Please remember you are a thrift store. You are not an antiques dealer, where they properly identify, clean or restore the item, and display it neatly in a clean store. You didnt even buy the items, they were donated. So please stop assuming you should get the same price as someone who bought the item, marked it up to make a profit, and did all these things to prepare it for sale.That aside . . .People are friendly. Items move fairly quickly so there is always something new. Definitely worth a visit for the occasional bargain.

This place has a very limited selection and its never very high quality. Cabinets have doors hanging off, all the light fixtures are aged and broken and the prices are terribly high. I was interested in a framed print and I turned the image around thinking it was going be 8-10 dollars and it was $35! I do t recommend this place.
