Based on a recommendation, I came to this spa. The owner called me before my scheduled appointment and despite chatting for almost twenty minutes regarding COVID protocols, failed to mention that I should drink a large amount of water before my appointment. When I showed up on the day, this was mentioned to me only at that time, and when I seemed shocked by that detail, the owner became very defensive. I had to drink water on the spot as a result. Only after drinking approximately 1-2 liters of water, I found the cup that they were serving the water out of had black mold all around the inside. After my appointment, the owner tried to sell me on some creams that were “not expensive” ($100+ for a small bottle) and was quite pushy about it. She also attempted to sell me another treatment package (again, pushy... uncomfortably so) and quoted me a figure for which the math did not add up. When I inquired on the cost per treatment (the bundling of them was supposed to provide a discount) and showed the very basic math, the owner was put off and said she’d need to get back to me on pricing. This spa acts like it’s trying to be upscale (labeling the restroom a “toilette”) but only comes off as trying too hard and the way things are run are pretentious. The spa is nothing to get excited about when there are so many other better spas in the area. Save yourself the potential rip off and get a nicer experience elsewhere.

I love B Roman Skin and Body Care in Cary. I have been a client with Betty for over 12 years. She is by far the best in the area. I get told everyday that I look 10 years younger because I take such good care of my skin. I owe that all to Betty. I would not trust my skin to anyone but her. She is the most knowledgeable and has the best products. She not only offers a wonderful and relaxing facial experience but she can give you great advice and knowledge on skin care and product use. Betty is a top-notch professional in the industry and she can be trusted to give her best and honest recommendation for your skin. The spa on Brady Court is very peaceful and relaxing. Ive been a client of Bettys since the 90s and have used all sorts of her services. I started with waxing, then added body scrubs, massages, and facials. The facials are wonderful! I purchase the series package which is a nice option to maintain costs and keep you on schedule with regular appointments that really benefit your skin. Betty cares about the end result and want all her clients to look fabulous.Over the years Ive seen multiple massage therapists and each was as good as the previous. Ill continue to see Betty and frequent Roman Skin & Body Care as long as Im in the area. (Also, one look at Betty and you can SEE the benefit of good skin care!)

So I have been to this spa several times and have had a wonderful experience with Nicole every time. She is very personable and really takes the time to learn about your skin type and makes sure she is treating it with the best products. My skin has never looked better. LOVE Nicole!!!

I treated myself to my first ever facial today for my birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful. Nicole did such a great job throughout the entire process. I felt calm, relaxed, and comfortable. It was such a fantastic experience, and my skin looks and feels fantastic. I will be back.

I am an older gentleman who was sent to Betty by a lady friend. Not sure at first I have been amazed at the results. My skin feels and looks better than I can remember after only a few treatments. I am constantly being asked what have I done as I look so much younger and healthier to other people. The treatments are so soothing and enjoyable and Betty obviously has a lot of experience as her touch is like she is massaging me. She has also helped me with home products to use that further the health of my skin. Once a skeptic I am now a firm believer in the health benefits of these treatments. Shes been in business since 1991 and that speaks volumes alone but her genuine experience and personality are in a league of their own. She made me feel comfortable and the service was outstanding. Ive been going here for over 20 years. I struggled with acne as a teen which was easily cured by continued treatment and a effective product line which i could only find here. Currently, i struggle with ongoing back pains so bi-weekly massages are needed to suppress the pain. For me, my experience at Roman skin & body has been positve & life changing.
