Very helpful, pleasant and welcoming storefront lady! She helped find the right face mask (moisturizing) for my oily skin type and the face masks happened to be on sale too, $1.99 each! As if that wasnt already nice enough, she gave me a few trial sample to try as well. Good customer experience :)

The grocery selection is amazing and the store itself is very nice. However they DO NOT stock Tonymoly products at all. I drove all the way from Fayetteville to get two products that are difficult to order online. When you google “tonymoly North Carolina” H Mart is the only result. Their Facebook page also has recent photos of Tonymoly products including the ones I was after. The saleswoman in their beauty section was very condescending when I asked about it and tried to sell me random products which were more expensive and not the slightest bit related to what I was looking for or my skin type. I don’t care if Tonymoly isn’t “real Korean” or “cheap made” I only care that it’s one of the few products I can use on my sensitive oily face without making my skin angry. And the fact that H Mart is listed with google maps literally as Tonymoly US (H Mart)I understand that inventories/demand changes. However this place isn’t some hole in the wall mom and pop so it’s absurd to me that they don’t have someone there who can update a Facebook page and google listing if in fact they stopped carrying the product line six months ago, as I was told. Overall a waste of gas and time and very unsatisfactory.
