Dr. sent prescription electronically on 1/17/20. I went to pick it up on 1/27/20 only to be told that my insurance doesnt cover that medicine anymore. Never informed me, never imformed the doc who sent prescription in - just threw it away! No apologies, no explanations, just a glassy stair w/a fake smile on her face.

You are short staffed and cannot meet your obligation of curbside prescriptions for seniors during this crisis. If you would not have removed your dedicated staff, who have worked in the pharmacy area for a LONG time, you would have the staff needed to satisfy your own policy.

Garbage. Ive used this pharmacy for over a year, and have never had a good experience with them. The employees will disagree with each other about policy or even price in front of customers, they will hang up on you via phone, and in person I have never been shown respect as a customer. They make you feel like youre wasting their time. Today I had to use another pharmacy due to medication availability, and the difference was incredible. Im never coming back here.

THEY SAVED MY LIFE! Ryan and Cindy are the pharmacists and they truly SAVED MY LIFE from a Malpractice by a doctor. They gave me emergency supplies and Ryan(the greatest guy)helped me out a lot...consultations, advice, and emotional support. I owe him my LIFE! The Pharmacy Team are a great team and I hope they dont change. Linda, Sherry, Meesha, Arlene, and Alvin are all a great asset to the team. I cant THANK them enough. Ive been going there for years now and so far they have been the best team. WAL*MART, please dont change the team! Thank you guys! I truly honor you guys! THANK YOU, YOU SAVED MY LIFE! I SEND YOU ALL GREAT LOVE AND HAPPINESS!

All I can say is that I spoke to a young lady who was very disrespectful and should not work with anyone in customer service. Due to this I will never go there again. I worked at a pharmacy and I know how it works. Please educate your employees with correct information.

I had a poor experience with the Walmart Pharmacy at the Cary, NC, Supercenter around 5:45 PM, June 12th, 2017. When I tried to pick up three prescriptions for my mother, only 1 was ready, despite an email confirmation that the other two would be ready for pick up by 10:30 AM that morning. I collected the first and stepped out of line to call my mom and confirm the details for the other two as I was told by the clerk that they were not in the system. I then waited through the line again and was directed to speak with pharmacy tech, Hanna. I told her that the prescriptions were transferred from another pharmacy, and she searched for them under both potential names. (My mom has recently changed her last name, and this likely contributed to some of the issues.) Though she remained polite and professional through out out interaction, Hanna proceeded to tell me that Walmart Pharmacy does not send emails and that they simply did not have the information on file. I then had my mother forward me the emails she had received from the pharmacy saying that the prescriptions were ready and got back in line. When I got to the front of the line again, I showed Hanna the email, (one of the ones that the Walmart Pharmacy supposedly doesnt send, ) and suddenly, she knows what might have gone wrong. I then had to wait 20 minutes while they called the other pharmacy as the transfer had gone somehow wrong the first time. Though the staff remained pleasant the entire time, what should have been a 10 minute trip took nearly an hour, and Hanna clearly either isnt aware of store email policy/practice or lied. Whatever the case, I am deeply disappointed in the service and hope that it improves in the future.

This Walmart pharmacy is very friendly and professional. I have used it 15 years. The pharmacist is very nice, and knowledgeable.

I had to pick up a prescription for my wife here today. The front-end staff lady was extremely rude and not friendly. I didnt have the right insurance card (never picked up a prescription before) and she belittled me and made it seem like I was an idiot because I didnt know how the discount that the doctor provided worked. Will definitely not be coming here again.

Literally I’m always in and out! This older lady even mention about coupons and savings, when I had new insurance she even explained the break down of my insurance!

I have had a change of heart on this pharmacy. Most of the staff here actually try while the other half show up.

Visited as soon as they opened on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, to try to get a prescription filled. It had been a few months since I had anything filled there, but my contact info, insurance info, etc were all in the system, proving that I filled there frequently. I work a mile away from this location, so at times its easier for me to swing in this particular Walmart (Kildaire Farm Rd. & Tryon) when I need my medicine asap. After taking my prescription & verifying everything, I was told by a woman at the dropoff counter (who was very nice, I have to say) that it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I thanked her & told her I appreciated that b/c I was on my way to work & was already late b/c I just came from the Doctor. I hung around & waited, & after about 15 minutes, I was told that they couldnt fill my prescription due to the date in the database - which was INCORRECT & only 1 day off from what was printed on my bottle - which I HAD right there in my purse & showed them. The pharmacist was a male with very little regard for my wasted time or medicinal needs, despite the fact that I have been to that pharmacy several times before, that I NEEDED my medicine b/c I was out, or the fact that I had PROOF of the date right there in my hand (which he didnt even bother to look at). With his pseudo-yuppie bow tie (which made him look as pompous as he acted), he rudely dismissed me with a wave & not a single apology for my wasted time. Walmart should be ashamed to have someone like him behind the counter. I left & immediately went across the street to Walgreens - where Ive never taken a prescription before, & my prescription was filled in SHORTER the amount of time that was wasted sitting at Walmart just waiting to be treated poorly by some arrogant, self-righteous, sorry excuse for a pharmacist.

I have always had fantastic service at the Cary Walmart pharmacy. They are kind, efficient and extremely knowledgeable.

I called to check on the availability of an item and was hung up on by three different individuals. Ill be making sure the store never receives my money.

Painfully understaffed. Bad at time estimates. Also every single person in the Triangle comes here. Its busy all day everyday.

This pharmacy is full of incompetent people, they cant fill prescriptions in a timely fashion, very rude, the pharmacists are complete idiots,
