Although the staff was nice and helpful… I ended up paying for a 1600$ mattress that did not end up helping my back issues. After 2 months I called the store to see if I can trade it in, the mattress is in perfect condition. I was told there are no trade ins or refunds. It’s been almost 6 months since I’ve purchased this mattress and I’m still having the same issues. Still in perfect condition, but not helping my back. So long story short I kind of got screwed. If you walk into any mattress store they have a 120 day trade in policy. If you’re spending over a thousand dollars on a mattress and it’s in perfect condition you should be able to at least trade in the item. Quality sleep is incredibly important for your health. Make sure you read the fine lines before you sign any paperwork. This was not told to me while testing out the mattress. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else because paying for a mattress is incredibly expensive to still have a rough nights sleep.especially while working the front lines during the entire pandemic. Pretty unhappy.

Very pleased with my experience. I was a little confused when i got there because the retail space is shared with a tailor shop, but once I got over to the mattress section I was greated right away and was able to try out a few mattresses in my price range and make my selection. Service was excellent and i was in and out in 15 minutes.

I usually don’t post things weather I love them or not but I had to say something about Mr John and his wife! I have been shopping around for a king split base and XL twin mattresses to go with it! I have been from Wake Forest to Fayetteville it was frustrating because everything was so expensive so I practically gave up until I came across Mattresse by appointment so I decided to give them a try! Website says they sell variety of matress. But when you go there,you will find out they sell only/mostly their own brand and say they are of same qaulity as tempurpedic and cheaper. Doesnt sound trustworthy to me.
