She helped me decide on the perfect storage unit size and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit to store all my things! The facility was clean and provided me with a lock, mattress bags, and all sorts of things to make my storage process easier. Extra Space Storage was clean, well maintained, and climate controlled. Humidity, while not regulated, seemed reasonably controlled by maintaining an adequate temperature range. Erin answered all our questions politely and professionally, reviewing our storage options. Prices were reasonable. We wholeheartedly recommend this facility to others.

I Had to rent a climate controlled space at last minute and the process was very easy! The storage spaces are very clean and convenient to move in to. An extra space storage employee called to make sure I was able to get into the gate and my storage unit. Overall, very pleased with my experience with extra space storage!

Ive been using ESS for over a year and Im very pleased with their customer service and my overall experience. The staff is very courteous and each time Ive spoken to them, theyve done their best to accommodate my needs. I have an inside climate controlled unit with competitive pricing. The interior and exterior of the facility is very clean with good lighting and security. I would highly recommend ESS!

Cannot say enough good things about the place - what a pleasant experience from beginning. I called the location when looking for storage places and the manager of the location, Erin, answered all my questions in great details, without being pushy at all (which is really much appreciated... since most of the time people just push really hard to sell when you are still trying to make a decision). Then I scheduled an in person visit which also went very smooth. No pressure to buy a bigger space or having hidden fees or anything - everything is explained clearly and you really feel like you can trust them.On a day to day basis, the place is easy to access, very clean, and Erin is always around to help out in any way she can. Always service with a smile and just a smooth and nice experience every time when I interact with them.Highly recommend!

We have had units at this Extra Space location for a few years now and couldnt be happier. We have rented at other storage facilities in the past and this one is hands down the best weve ever used. At this location there are actually 2 floors you can get to without using the elevator, but the few times we did have to use it it was very easy to do so. The facility is very, very well maintained and we have never had an issue with the cleanliness, climate control, or security of our units. Daryll and Erin in the office are amazing, so friendly and professional! They make the renting process as easy as possible and are great with any communications. You can definitely tell that they take alot of ownership and pride in the facility and in their service to the people using it. Highly recommend!

Safe, secure, clean. Erin was completely helpful with move-in day.I did get lost on way out because office is floor 2 rather than floor 1 on elevator. I suggest signage on the button in elevator.

Our super nice manager let us use the on-site dumpster, so we were able to avoid trying to stuff numerous parts of an old bed frame into our car and making multiple trips to a landfill. She also swept up the little bits of foam the mattress left behind when we were too tired to clean it up. It was a huge help.

Daryll is absolutely amazing and so helpful! I know everyones in a panic about the virus, so I had to move everything out of my dorm within a couple of days into a storage unit. He was super helpful in making the transition. I rented a unit last summer after school ended and had a great experience so I came back. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage. Prior to reserving a storage unit I spoke with Russell on the phone and arranged for an in in person look at a unit. The facility was clean and secure. The reservation process was easy and Russell answered all of my questions, he even provided business cards for movers. Candice was able to answer all of my questions regarding insurance available and provided excellent service on move in day and signing of the lease. I would definitely recommend this location!

I have had a wonderful experience with the very knowledgeable & friendly staff. The facilities at extra space storage are clean and well kept. I have a 10 x 15 indoor unit.The only criticism I have is that the front door can be finicky during non-business hours (which the staff warned me about ahead of time!). There was an instance when I had gone in and out the front on a Sunday, came back out and loaded the cart, then I couldnt get back into the building... Since that time, I just drive around the building if I am there during non-business hours.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Daryll is great at the front desk:) the facility is squeaky clean and nice. I would highly recommend to anyone.
