Have had a unit here for 10 years. Even after 10 years our old junk has stayed clean, and in great condition. The air conditioned space is great, not humid, comfortable. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been remarkably easy, and a pleasure. We recently decided to cut some bills out of our life and closed our unit, sad to say, but Andrew and Brenda made the process effortless and fast.If you need to store stuff, i fully recommend Life Storage.

The Manager Brenda is the best! Storage spaces are tough to get as the place is generally full, but if you get an opportunity to get a space, take it. Your belongings will be safe and well cared for. I have stored my belongings for 2.5 years and have always been satisfied.

Pete Olivarez, the most wonderful and friendly store manager, made me feel right at home at Life Storage when I first came to look at a storage unit. Meaghan guided me through the online reservation process. I enjoyed talking with both of these LifeStorage customer service folks! And Brenda Haney helped me complete the process in person and get me all ready to move in, complete with auto payment! These folks really provide customer service that is above and beyond the expected. Truly AWESOME!

Super friendly folks run this place and are happy to help with anything you need. The fully online booking process also was very convenient and was one less thing to worry about while moving. The facility is very clean and has a good number of carts available for use. Parking to unload however is a little cramped and is something worth considering.

The people who work at this storage facility are awesome. I needed to rent a second unit from them and Brittany helped me through the online rental forms, when I was stuck on what to do. She made the process smooth and seamless. The facility is very clean, lighted well in the climate controlled areas, several rolling carts available to help with moving things, and they have supplies to buy in case you need them. I highly recommend renting a unit there. I will continue to be there customer for as long as I am in N.C..

This is an excellent facility. Brenda is always knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful! She makes a point to know the tenants so she recognizes you when you stop by.One time our lock was not closed properly and Brenda went out of her way to call and let us know. We stored our items here for about a year. Every interaction with the office staff was exemplary. I specifically interacted with Pierre the most and he was so very kind and helpful. Easy move in and move out procedures. We just moved our items out and there were no issues with bugs or dirt, etc.Would highly recommend.

I’ve had my things stored here for a little over a year. It is a very nice place. Very safe. The managers Pierre and Brenda are amazing! Very nice people and they don’t look at you like you’re just a check. They genuinely care about their customers and their belongings. Pierre helped me so much by getting me a bigger unit and did it where it would be beneficial for me. He made it quick and easy without any stress. He’s a great friendly man. If all businesses followed their model when it comes to customer care and courtesy, the world would be much more pleasant indeed! Lets start by saying that I had an A+++ experience when it came to doing business with Life Storage, hands down. I dealt with the facility on Dillard Street in Cary, NC. First off, they were closing at 6:00 in the evening and I was pressed to make it on time going straight from work. I called ahead and let them know that it would be there about 10 minutes before they closed according to my GPS and that I had done what I could online though in preparation. The lady working said it was no problem but she was locking up at 6 oclock. I arrived about 5 minutes before 6 oclock and although she was just finishing up with another customer, she cheerfully helped me afterwards. She was one of, if not the best experience in customer service that I have ever had. This lady ACTUALLY CARED about her job and customers. I forget how long she had been working there but I believe she said around 9 years. She was finally finished with assisting me and was able to close over a half an hour later than she would have normally. All in all, thank you, Life Storage for your great customer service and the people on the front line such as this wonderful lady making it happen in real life. I would recommend this anyone needing a place to store their belongings.

This Life Dillard location is less than a minute away from the Freeway Exit. The people that work her, Debra and Pete are professional and “down to earth” friendly. They made me feel at home. I have rented space at several other locations in the area, but when I found this Life Storage, I stopped patronising the others.Whenever needing a storage, I call this location and reserve a space. I highly recommend Dillard Life Storage.

Our office has used this facility for years and it is always clean and well lighted. The climate controlled indoor storage is perfect for our sensitive paper medical charts. The best part about storing here is the manager Brenda Haney. She is always willing to help move a box, recommend movers, or just have a chat!
