The owner and operator of this establishment is very very rude to customers, as well as her employees, and should not be patronize.A word to the wise spend your money somewhere else. There’s other 7-Eleven’s here in the community that will treat you much better and have much more respect for their customers. We live in the United States of America, and should not be treated as though we’re in a Third World Country. The owner must have forgotten that this is America.7-Eleven really needs to reconsider who they sell their franchises to, and give them proper training on customer service.
The employees will chase you right out of the store because you cant wear a mask. I shouldnt be harassed to the point where I have to reveal I have a medical condition (illegal). They leave you alone after that but you will no longer feel welcome. Avoid entirely. Not friendly at all. Its so insane to watch a business chase away profits over dogma. Clown world.
T lady who take care me was nice and friendly.
Horrible horrible service the older lady in there with the rag on her head is very very very disrespectful and told my little five-year-old he had to get out of the store for not wearing a mask because he freaks out with one on and this is while we are in phase 3 I understand the parents but the little little guys not cool I have had multiple negative run-ins with her with my employees as well. Very disrespectful I don’t know how they stay in business with the prices they gouge everybody I am as well and normal red bowl does not cost four dollars. Or a pack of cigarettes cost eight dollars somethings not right there but they still get away with it because nobody stops him I will put the same review on the Better Business Bureau
Worst customer service. She speak rudely to customers. I would suggest to her to get another job. Helping people seems like a bother.
The Manager ( lady in pink button up ) in the morning is very rude.
Went to buy lottery tickets and the manager(?) woman was so mean. I actually teared up. I dont know how the lottery works and she was so short with me. I didnt know the names of the lottery that had the millions and wanted to buy a ticket for my 79 year old mother. I dont understand where just plain old kindness has gone? Granted I dont go in 7 11 much but because of this Ill be going to the WaWa.
Walked in happy walked out not so happy this place needs some serious readjustments
Not the cleanest establishment, but a typical convenience store experience.
I bought the same phone charger at a different 711 and it was almost twice as much at this one and this location doesn’t do returns..
Negative stars if up to me. Their gas pumps never work properly and the Indian lady with all the makeup has the worst attitude ever. The shorter worker with glasses and AA lady is much more pleasant. Please spend your money somewhere else. Plus I saw a huge waterbug by the drinks area. Would be better if they had better customer service.
The staff is rude and disrespectful. They lack customer service. They make the 7 Eleven franchise look bad. There needs to be a whole overhaul in staff. They need training in customer service. Don’t believe me, look at all the other reviews here. Publix, Chick Fil - A, and Wawa don’t have this problem. They understand that one bad apple can ruin the bunch. I wish I could give this store 0 stars. I rarely post reviews, but the staff at this store was so horrible that I had to.
I absolutely love this place. For the surrounding 7-Elevens, this one is the cleanest, nicest, and most respectful one around. Having said that, I just watched the head lady walk around with 1 blue glove. She touched a bunch of food with both hands, then went out on the floor and untangled cables, touched a bunch of things on the shelves to straighten them up, then grabbed a wet floor sign and something else, moved them elsewhere, and immediately grabbed 2 donuts with both hands and straightened them up... I dont understand how such a nice place with higher standards has the head of management completely disregarding health and safety policies. you cant touch your hat, your face, a dirty wet floor sign! with your gloves then go touch food. Thats exactly how I get diarrhea. I dont think anyone likes having diarrhea.. And you need 2 gloves. 2 clean gloves. just because you are wearing 1 glove does not mean you are clean. and after touching things like something off the floor, wet floor signs, cleaning the bathroom, etc... dont go straighten up the packaged sandwiches. This should be common sense 😰 I want this place to actually be safe and clean, not appear like it is and get sick from even touching something in the store. and I dont want to have to report this store and lose the cleanest and nicest 7-Eleven in the area!
Terrible Hotspot for drugs and danger. Went there around 9pm and had someone offer drugs while sitting outside the front door. Lady inside was in the back smoking for 5 min before realizing I was even in the store.
Very annoyed. Came in to get a beer on my day off and my 33 year old girlfriend was asked to show her ID but she left her stuff home to enjoy the walk there they refused to sell me it. I understand that you always have to be careful but my girlfriend is obviously over 21. Thanks.
Worst service the manager [a lady] very rude
Twice my husband has gone there and twice they ripped him off. They took down display signs instead of honoring the price. Then proceed to give him an attitude because he wanted the deal that was being advertised and they apparently now don’t accept the 7-11 rewards or at least per the rude employees they do not
The Indian lady Needs to keep her comments to her self and snotty attitude That I parked my tow truckin front of your pump that was out of service. Telling me something about charging me extra for parking there when she didn’t even ask if I was pumping gas into my gas powered tow truck.
Owner refused to honor sale prices that were on the shelves the items were on, stating that those deals didnt start until the next day; she was just putting them out early. When I pointed out that that was false advertising, she just laughed at me, but still refused to honor the price. I will never go back, which says a lot as the store is VERY convenient to my house. Most owner or even managers while have just honored the sales price, but she wouldnt even entertain the idea. I wouldnt recommend anyone else use this store either. The gas prices were also more expensive than every other station in the immediate area.
This place never has coffee made the one girl always stuck at the register by her self there’s no Customer service go across the street where the Indian lady with the red lipstick she’s sweet and will value your business spend your money with her
This 7-Eleven feels much cleaner and more friendly than the one across the street, which, despite being newer and more modern, is less customer-service centric than this location. I frequently go in here at night, and it is very clean and the attendants are always polite. The area is well lit. Homeless people do occasionally pop up next to this place, but theyre harmless, and thats everywhere in the Orlando area.
Counter person was rude
Went there and was very specific on what I wanted when I was buying a lottery ticket. They printed it wrong and still when tried to correct it had the worst attitude and refused to listen then said I was saying it wrong. I work in the same industry and that attitude isnt called for. Worst service at this location especially during the day when its peak hours
T was the best and helped me find what I needed to survive on the fly while moving. Thank you, T!
Very rude people
These people are rude
Stopped to put air in my tire, deposited $1.50 for air and the compressor came on. I go to put air in the tire and wait the nozzle is broken. I go into the store to report it and get my money back. It doesnt belong to us really? It has three 7-Eleven signs it. It say 7-Eleven on the damn pump. But it doesnt belong to you. And you give me an attitured chomp your gum and roll your neck. Well I can see that once again 7-Eleven is keeping their brand top of the market. Pathetic. Its not about $1.50...its about customer service. Pathetic.
Only 7-11 that didnt give free slurpees on 7-11! Had signs everywhere that free slurpee ended. Went to a different location and got a free slurpee.
Worst service Ive ever seen. And you would think they would have put together some food at 5pm
Worst service nothing is ever freashly made and they dont participate in any promotions that every other franchise participate in. Scerw this place also have a problem with the homeless hanging around
Great convenient quick stop with immediate welcoming.
I would stay away from this 711. It smells bad and is very dirty.
Worst 7 eleven I have ever been to. The clerk was incredibly rude and down right mean! The bathrooms were very very unsanitary. I will never go back!!!!
Expensive-ok coffee
Not bad!
Good for snacks
