Good price on an oil change but you will pay in time, quoted times are typically incorrect and should be doubled.....i.e. if they say an hour, it will be two or more!!!! So if youre able to drop off and come back awesome deal, otherwise a time killer and NO waiting area for the 2 to 4 hour wait.
They didnt do the oil change right and almost broke my car my brand new car it took them 2 more times to do oil changes for them to fix it
Cody at the tire center is the BEST! I was only in Castle Rock for two nights (one full day) and I blew out two tires on my rental. I had to have it towed to Walmart. They didn’t have the specialty tire I needed and it was Sunday so almost everyplace was closed. We had to go to Parker to find the tires and that was after going to three other places that didn’t have them in stock. After bringing the tires back, Cody got me taken care of and had be back on the road quickly so I could enjoy the rest of my day. I had a good rest of my trip thanks to Cody!
Needed a tire last minute, went in and they stayed after closing to get me back on the rode
Good job patching a flat quickly for me.
Got a basic oil change. They were friendly and quick even with a few vehicles ahead of me. No complaints on the job they did. I will be taking my vehicle back there for its next scheduled oil change
HADD NEW MOTOR PUTT INN MYE CAR ANN BRUOGHTE ITT TOO THEM AFTTER 500 MILES AS THEEE GUYE WHO PUTT ITT INN TOLDE ME TOO DO ANN THEYE DIDNOTT HAVE OIL FILTER TIGHTE..NOTT COOOL...I BENE INN QUARANTINE ANN I NEDE TOO BEE PAIDE BACKE FORR UNPROFESSIONALL WORKE.!!GOD BLESSS,TINA BRISTOWE
Cheap oil change place, especially if you want a full synthetic one. Very friendly staff and very helpful as well but kind of slow. Great deals on everything except tires. It gets really busy on the weekends so I would call and check in advance before heading there.
Decent initial service with a good price. I paid for the lifetime balance and rotation. They could be faster but do handle a lot of volume. All service after the initial purchase and install was lacking and eventually deplorable. They refused to rotate my tires any time I was under 5000 miles since the last rotation. And when you are trying to combine oil change with tires that can happen. They refused 3 separate times and only did the 2 times in 25000 miles. After the lack of rotations began to cause excessive wear on 2 of the tires they completely refused to rotate them stating that I had a mechanical issue with my car. I went to Les Schwab. They told me my car was fine but being a front wheel drive sport sedan I probably need rotations every 3000 miles. I have always purchased from Les Schwab in the past and can guarantee I will always in the future. Walmart has lost all my automotive business.
Dont go on a Saturday. Had to wait two hours for an oil change! Other than that, the service is usually pretty good.
I was there to recycle oil. They are very environmentally conscious.I was greet by a blonde lady who was very rude. She told me to get a cart, take the oil inside and fill out the sheet. When I told her I wasnt sure I could lift the container she shifted her shoulders, like do what! This is my first negative experience in Walmart.
Dont go there if you have a 4x4 theyll refuse to change just one or two tires even though there is no policy against it . Also good luck ever getting the to honor any warranty or life time balance your force to pay for
Great experience. Good price on an oil change. Very friendly staff.
Brought my SUV in to change oil not leaking. Left there and it started to leak. Took it back and they say its not leaking. I show them the picture of the oil drip still say it not leak. On top of that they dont vacuum my car out when it says they are going to but instead said I declined it. Been changing my oil with these guys for awhile and had a few issues but they alwats made it right minus today. Please be careful of dishonesty at this Wal-Mart auto.
Not Trustworthy. My aging father took his CRV in for an oil change and to get his tires rotated. My parents were preparing to go on a seventeen-hour road trip to visit their new grand-baby. Dad had bought the tires at Walmart and he had paid for the plan that includes free rotation, so he thought hed take advantage of that. Instead, they took advantage of him.He meticulously cares for his vehicle, gets it serviced very regularly at Christian Brothers in Castle Rock, and has never had any problems with it. Walmart Tires & Auto never called him when his vehicle was finished, like they said they would, so after four hours we went to go pick it up assuming it was finished. It wouldnt start and the electronic key wouldnt open the door. The Walmart guys ended up having to break into the car and then tried to put the whole thing on my dad and told him that there was a problem with the alternator.I was livid. I asked to see the manager and she tried to tell me the same thing. Of course, I knew that either she was lying or the techs lied to her. There was no way that my dads car, working perfectly when it arrived there, suddenly developed problems. Finally, she took me to see Nick, a higher up manager who told me that he would do a full video investigation and interview everyone involved. Then he promised hed call me back. Of course, its been almost a week and he hasnt called me back. I wanted to give him a chance to do what is right before I posted this, but he hasnt. In the meantime, we took dads CRV to a specialist who tested everything and said the alternator is working perfectly and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. He suggested what Id been saying all along ... that the techs left the ignition on and ran the battery all the way down. We bought a new battery, even though the old one was only three years old, just because its my dad and he takes meticulous care of his car ... which is more than I can say about Walmart Tires and Auto Parts. The other part of this that disturbed me was the attitude of suspicion I was getting from the techs and the manager. It was clear that they were projecting a you dont know what youre talking about attitude. I dont like places where we feel talked down to. I understand human error and have no problem with that ... as long as they own up to it. They didnt.
Walmart is a decent place to get your oil changed, but in but im not sure they are as thorough as some of the other shops in town.ive also been pretty disappointed when checking out at the amount of grumbling I get from the guy behind the registrar.
Legit. Work done to expectations. Price is great considering you can get some shopping done.
Very helpful techs and good value on tires!
Very nice staff, checked our tire pressure, added air, no charge, no wait.
I had 22 inch rims for a while and they had the best price for the tires I wanted. They were always nice and helpful when I needed them to fix the tires when they blew the seal.
Good to use for incidental occasions but always busy
Dont bother here. This place is joke. The staff is lazy. People literaly think this auto center is closed.
Fast, friendly, and clean service on a car battery installation.
