New customer... just used Discount Tire for swapping out my all-season tires with winter tires I already owned, and I was very pleased with their service and price. Not only did they complete the work quickly (within an hour), but they also bagged my all-season tires before putting them in the backseat floor area (keeps the tire grime from getting everywhere). Highly recommended!

This place literally saved the day for me when a piece of debris left over from an accident punctured my run flat tire on the interstate. Justin came up with a solution to get me back on the road ASAP and had me on the road within an hour. Yes it was a temporary solution until the right fix could be delivered later in the week BUT I got to where I needed to be and home safely! Both Justin and Bill did an amazing job and their customer service is outstanding. The place is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the service is amazing. I could have had the replacement work done anywhere but chose to drive BACK to Castle Rock just because these guys are THAT GOOD!!! Thank you Discount Tire!!!!

I have always had a good experience at this Discount Tire location. The staff is friendly and works quickly to get you in and out. They dont try to up sell you on tires and they get you the tires you actually need. They listen to what you are asking for and give suggestions. I have never had any issues with coming in and getting a tire fixed. Or stopping by to get air put in my tires. I would recommended this Discount Tire to my friends and family.

I was very happy with the purchasing process but I sat there and watched as all the people who were behind me in line got their new tires installed before me. I wasnt too bothered by that though, I had work with me that I was completing.The problem is that after my new tire install I began driving and almost had a catastrophic accident due to a mistake made by their installers. On my drive home I completely lost my brakes as I turned into my long, downhill, dirt driveway. I almost crashed my car into my garage. Im so grateful that my kids were not in the area as I had to skid my car in circles until it came to a stop with the help of the emergency brake.I took photos of the recently installed tire and all the brake fluid that sprayed all over my tire on the drive home from the tire store.I contacted the manager of the store to talk about it and he said hes never seen that before and it surely wasnt their fault. He asked me to take it to brakes plus nearby because they have a relationship with brakes plus. The discount manager called ahead to brakes plus and Im sure they had something worked out.Brakes plus shared that the aluminum brake fluid line was cracked at some point that day but couldnt say who had done it. (I definitely wasnt working on my car so it was either discount tire or the most unlikely random cracking of aluminum at the same time discount was working on the car). They said they couldnt prove it was done by the tire company.Needless to say, I ended up paying for the minimum repair needed to drive my car elsewhere. I took the rest of my brake repairs away from brakes plus and to a local company in Castle Rock that I trust to complete my needed repairs. There are other local mechanics that are very fair and honest... Im not affiliated or advertising for them but the best one starts with the letter W.Im disappointed that discount wouldnt at least entertain the possibility that they might have bumped the aluminum brake line and recognize how dangerous that was for me and my family. Im sure they are a great company with great people but they are quick to deny fault. There was no cracked brake line before the tire install and there was one after.Im willing to give them another shot but only after trying out their competition first. I liked the people I worked with and the new tires seem great so far.

The team at Discount Tire is always amazing. I have been bringing my car here for years now and have never had an issue getting my tires looked at, whether that be for a flat, inspection for travel, or a nail. The guys always get my car in and out within a matter of time, and have me safely back on the road again.

Has had our vehicle since Wednesday. Told we need new rims. Asked them to provide us a quote. 2 days later still no news. Still have our vehicle. Tried calling 6 times today. No one is picking up. Just get their VM greeting that goes nowhere.

They offer a drive up to check the air on your tires. But clearly its a job no one wants to do because you have to sit and wait for someone to be told to help us. But I truly appreciate this service because I was traveling back home out of state and needed to make sure my tires were good. The yound man who helped me was very polite.

I came in last minute, blew a tire on the highway on my way to Denver. They took me in, even though they were very busy. They brought my car in after hours, and got things gone. They even gave me $10 off my new tire just because I was $10 short. John Fuentes was the guy that served me, excellent service!

I went in on March 11th 2020 to the discount tire in Castle Rock to buy the new Goodyear Ultra Terrain ATs for my 2019 Nissan Titan. I have heard a lot of great things about those tires and was excited to get them put on. I had just bought this truck a little over 10 months ago and was eager to upgrade the tires when the time was right. When I got my truck back from service the tires looked great. Made the truck stand out a little more and look more aggressive. HOWEVER, I noticed a sizable dent on the back rear fender of my truck when I got it back.Now, I have been Extremely particular on caring for all of my vehicles especially since I have had this brand new truck for less than a year. So you can only image my severe frustration and disappointment when I noticed it. When I brought it up to the Managers attention he stated that it could not have been them that caused it because they would not have used a floor jack in that area. He also stated that it would had caused more damaged and that is not possible since their jacks are padded,(this coming from a manager whos staff i watch bust a customers hubcap by punching it with their fist to reattached it back on the wheel).If what the manager is saying was true and I would had caused this damage, WHATEVER I would had hit would had truly caused more damage to my truck and not just leave a dent. I am attaching photos to show what they did and feel free to tell me that it could not have been Discount Tire. I know they commercials say that if we are not happy with thier tires we can bring them back, well can I bring my truck back?

I made my purchase online and setup an appointment for 1pm.I arrived a few minutes early to complete any additional paperwork or give info needed. I was greeted with a smile and asked to wait just a moment as the reps finished with other customers.Went over the order and gave them the keys. They had the car in the bay just before 1p and gave me my keys back ready to go at 1:43p.It was a great and super fast experience. I couldnt be happier with the service I received.

Sorry but after Sieger left it seems that this store seriously lacks. I called Friday morning at 8:21 and then hung up at 8:27 and called right back. Someone after 4 minutes answered and then said nothing and immediately I went back on hold the first time for another 3 minutes and now I’m still on hold and it’s been 13 minutes. Not once have I spoken to anyone.

These guys are always great. They have great prices and great service. I used to get my tires at Sams Club but the service was always so bad. The guys at Discount Tire provide next level service.

If something goes wrong with your experience they are quick to discuss and reasonably meet your needs to ensure youre satisfied and your issue is rectified. Nothing in life is perfect all of the time but these gents know how to make it right when things arent up to standards. You can trust this location.

Man this is painful to take my 5 star review down to 1 star for my boys at Discount Tire in Castle Rock. They have completely fallen apart. Must be new management. Ordered tires, set appointment, 2 hrs now, everyone that came in after me has come and gone. I go ask whats the deal??? They forgot or pushed me to the back and keep pushing me because its a big truck. 3 times now in the past month and same circus when you come in. I gave them 2 stars because of the guy thats on the spot to fill your tires and they do a good job with road damaged replacement tires but good management seems absent and so does a sense of managing their waiting clients so dont expect its gonna be good. If you wait stay on them.

Gave me a competitive price for wheels and tires. I know because I called their competition and they couldnt beat it for what I wanted.

Fixed a TPMS issue the Firestone next door and the Nissan dealer couldn’t and did it for free. It was a simple enough issue that just required a reset, not a relearn or dead sensor but everyone else got it wrong. I was happy enough that I decided to come back and drop off some cash to buy the techs lunch. That should tell you all you need to know about the level of competence of this particular discount tire.

I initially brought my car in to have the front tires swapped out but one of those tires was no good. Oscar was quick to find some new tires at a fantastic price. My car is a Aston Martin and they were very careful with my baby. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other exotic car owners.

I love Discount Tire, heres why: My college aged neice had a blow out en route to the airport, it was a full tire failure on 6 month old tires from Big O. I took it to Big O who refused to warranty the tire, could not find a replacement within 3 days, and was going to charge $279 for 1 tire they would eventually get in stock. I then went to Discount Tire, they had in stock a better tire for less money. After hearing the circumstances Discount reduced the price to the cost of mount and balance and added warranties for all 4 tires, (including the other 3 Big O brand tires). Castle Rock Discount Tire is hands down the best in customer satisfaction.

Went o Firestone and the guys were mostly just standing around goofing offafter standing around some more was given some story about no tool/kit to patch the tire and no tire in stock to replace it. then said they couldnt repair because of the extreme angle of the Scrap Metal. I think they did have a tire and just didnt want to break up a Set for a repair.I went next door to Discount Tire and they looked at it and then I noticed it was just a Screw in the main tread and they patched it in no time, sent text updates on the progress, and even reinstalled the spare underneath for free.

I had my daughter with me so I was very grateful they accommodated us so quickly!We usually go to Firestone because we get a corporate discount but we will give our business to Discount from now on! Discount offered the price match as Firestone would not.

People are great but distribution partners stink and making the store look bad. Took tires 5 days longer than quoted which left me without ability to drive. 2nd time this has happened at this store. As much as I like the people I may have to switch to someone more reliable.

The only reason they got TWO stars is because my tires were installed correctly. BEWARE of this location adding the “tire warranty” to your BILL and not telling you about it. I was never asked if I wanted a warranty or told one was added to my bill. My fault for not asking before hand and trusting this company. SHADY practice to get you to PAY MORE than you thought you would.

I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that is outfitted for adventure. I shopped around town to find the best price and really not taking into consideration customer service. This has all changed. Not only did I decide to purchase tires from Discount Tire in Castle Rock, CO, their customer service I received was over the top. I visited the store on a Saturday, before a snow storm, and during the busy time of day. Not only did Michael B. treat me as though I was important, he also took time to make sure I was getting the best tires at the best price. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Tires were ordered and arrived in the exact time frame given. The install was a walk in. They were very upfront with the time for completion. After all shopping and price comparison was done, Discount Tire was the best price with the best tires. On top of that, Discount Tire killed it on the customer service. Highly recommend and will be visiting them for all tires in the foreseeable future.

Never had a problem before today and I have been buying tires here for 10 years. Went in first thing this morning to get my set of highway tires put on, waited 15 minutes before the store opened and another 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. All to be told that they dont do walk-ins only appointments now.Website says walk-ins? Employee says, sorry, we dont do walk-ins anymore.What if I want to by a new set of tires? Employee says, sorry, you will need an appointment for that as well.Not even an attempt at customer service...nothing, not even an offer to leave and try to squeeze it in, etc.If you are going to switch to an all scheduled based only system, at least communicate it to your customers. Put it on the web site, put out a sign, make an announcement when you have 10 people waiting outside, etc...

Everyone here was so nice when I unexpectedly got a flat when I was visiting from Aurora. They got me in right away and fixed my tire in record time so I could take my dogs home without a hassle. And they didnt even charge me for the leak repair. They were truly amazing and Im so thankful for their wonderful customer service and amazing business practice.

*EDIT* I emailed a store manager about the issue. Austin called me within 10 minutes and I was refunded the difference with the mistake and assured the original cost would be removed from the card. The manager was extremely professional and fixed the problem and changed my thoughts and experiences about the store.I ordered tires online and had them shipped to the store. I never received an email to make an appointment as promised, so I called the store and they said they had them and would send an email in a few days. ONCE AGAIN, I was never got an email so had to call to the store and make an appointment. I never got an email confirmation so I had to call the store AGAIN to make their sales rep actually recorded the appointment properly because at this point it was pretty clear there was some confusion with their sales reps. They confirmed the appointment I had.30 minutes before my appointment I received a text from Discount Tire saying my order was canceled. I called the store and the sales rep said they had to automatically cancel orders if there was activity within 20 days because the credit card company required them to. However, I found it interesting that there was no activity on my credit card relating to a refund. The sales rep assured me that the tires I ordered were still there with my name on them and ready.I went in for my appointment and told I need to pay again. I was charged for completely different tires than I actually ordered and spent weeks making sure were correct. I honestly didnt even have the energy to fight it at this point I had taken the entire day off work to get new tires..

So glad there’s a wonderful Discount Tire nearby! I needed to switch out my Blizzak’s right before the pavement became scorching for a set of summer tires - Sieger took care of me setting up an appointment seamlessly, despite being so busy during this peak time. I showed up, got serviced within an hour, and had nicely bagged tires in my backseat! I highly recommend this location and the team at Castle Rock. I will definitely bring my wife’s car in for new tires soon as well!

I was happy with the gentleman that added some discounts so we could get the tires we want at a price we could afford. This place is ridiculous busy though. :/ And they had to get the tires from another location and we didnt get the car back until almost close. But they at least got it done the same day as our apt.

Going to this store is like going to Chick-fila. Service is always awesome. Very polite employees. Shop is always clean. These guys are problem solvers. Just stopped in to get the bead reset on a UTV tire. The manager took the tire in himself, set the bead, inflated the tire and rolled it back out in under 2 minutes. No charge. I wont buy tires or get service anywhere else.

For a second I really thought this was going to be a great place to chance my tire. It took them 2hrs just to swap my tire when their was only 4ppl inside the store. I truly don’t recommend this place. Who takes 2hrs to change a tire. I guess these guys do. I’ve patiently waited but that the last time I step into discount tires. Majority of their employee where just standing and talking and their lot was full with cars. Many people also came and left before me. This is very unacceptable for a company. This really made fall back on my schedule.

The people were very patient and helpful. They answered my long list of concerns and questions. I learned a lot about tire warranties and that I had been misinformed before. People should understand that they can go here for any warranty on tires, it doesnt matter where you bought your tires before. Because theyre so big, they can drastically reduce or even eliminate the need to call the tire manufacturer and avoid the hassle with the warranty companies!!
