This was by far the best experience I have ever had at an auto body shop. The customer service was beyond outstanding and they had my car completely fixed in an impressively timely manor. The technician is extremely good at what he does and all of the staff was caring and accommodating to my situation. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!

This was the first time I used this shop. So far so good. Very Friendly and were able to get me in right away. He is Toyota certified which made me feel better. I plan to use them again in the future.

Car had 2 alternators installed to no avail buy Big O, they couldnt fix, I brought the car to automated and in one day found the problem and got the car repaired.

As a small business owner, I understand the importance that public reviews can have both positively and negatively on a business. I do my very best to give a fair,honest and objective perspective of my experiences. But please keep in mind, these are personal opinions only.In brief, it appears the quality of the service was fair, but their communication was poor. In their defense, they had just moved to their new location and seemed to be in a bit of disarray. That being said, my car was towed there on a Monday and they did not order parts until Thursday of that week. The original verbal estimate they gave me was for $500. I requested on three separate occasions to please email me a written estimate, however I never received one. When the repairs were finally completed 5 days after the drop off, they called me with a bill for over $1,600. After an explanation of my high frustration that the new bill was more than three times the estimate, and the fact that they had not communicated the changes, nor provided a written estimate as I requested, they did lower the bill to about $1,100. As much as I appreciate the liberal adjustment, it is extremely frustrating that there was no communication nor a provision of a written estimate. Id like to chalk my experience up to bad timing during their transition, but my sense is that their level of organization and attention to detail was not where I would have expected it to be.

THIS SHOP HAS GONE UNDER ALREADY. The owner will tell you anything and everything you want to hear in order to get your car in there they also have unsupervised Underqualified lube techs working on non lube tech jobs, The cars leave sloppy unfinished and or incorrectly. Highly Dangerous shop!

We trust them with everything!! When we first brought our car in, we were not familiar with the area. We needed a mechanic to look our car over as we prepared for a road trip to the Grand Canyon. Not only did they get our car back to its full potential, but they did it affordably and found safety recalls and repairs that were still covered under our extended warranty. We have been back a few times for routine maintenance and couldnt be happier!! Tonya is one heck of a shop manager (I dont actually know her title, but she handles it all!) with great communication, updates and thorough explanations. Ricks work speaks for itself. FANTASTIC ALL AROUND!

Ive been going to Rick at Automaster for several years now and have always been satisfied. It began when Rick diagnosed and solved a miss in my Jeeps engine that the dealer couldnt find. Since then Ive brought all of my vehicles there for repair and preventative maintenance and have always been satisfied. While probably not the cheapest, hes fair, honest, and very capable.

I brought in my Lexus for an oil change, they offered me coffee and muffins, I was actually allowed to watch them do the work and talk to the mechanic, and he showed me my old oil and filter and did a very thorough full inspection and helped me clean my engine for show. They went above and beyond my expectations, and theyre so kind and treat you like family. A few weeks later I brought in my other Lexus for some work and they still did a fantastic job. The owner told me he worked for Toyota and what would be best for my vehicles. A week later, I got a thank you letter for my business, theyre unbelievably friendly and professional:)

These people are AMAZING!! My husband was driving to work (he commutes to Denver), and he broke down in castle rock. The dealership we bought my car from sold us a car with significant amounts of damage in the engine, so the engine seized. My husband was towed to this place. Rick looked at the car and unfortunately it needed a new engine. They fixed it fast (I also was kinda a pain in the butt cause I got anxious about not having a car) but Tanya was always nice and gave me updates and sent me pictures of what the damaged engine looked like so we can fight the dealership.Fast forward to yesterday. The engine started overheating, so I immediately pulled over. Luckily I caught it well before it became toast. I frantically called Tanya and she calmed me down and helped me out with what I could do and what it could be. Rick was nice enough to drive down here (we live in Colorado Springs) and look at the car. He also fixed it free of charge. A hose had come off of the radiator, and it was pouring coolant out.I have so much respect for someone who would commute down here, admit they made a mistake, and rectify it with no questions asked. Thats HUGE to me, especially after our experience with that dealership who tried to tell us that we broke the car weve owned for 3 months.HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are truly the best.

Automaster is the place to go to for auto repairs. They are honest, and upfront about the cost of your repairs and do a great job for much less then you would spend elsewhere. I found the staff to be friendly and responsive to questions. They have earned my trust through their integrity and their ability to follow through on promises of price, completion time and accurate diagnosis. I trust them with maintaining my car so that it is safe and reliable and so should you.

My dad was told by a mechanic that his meticulously kept Honda CRVs alternator was not working. I didnt believe him and my dad took his vehicle to Rick to get a second opinion. Just like I thought, there was nothing wrong with the alternator that a new battery couldnt solve. Thanks, Rick, for your integrity.

I was in a jamb my work truck had broken down and I needed it now. I was lucky enough to be able to limp it to this shop. They trouble shot the whole vehicle and finally found the issue and fixed it. I was back on the road quick and the price was more than fair for all that had to be inspected.

Rick rotated tires and replaced windshield wiper blades. As always he made sure I was satisfied with workmanship. Job well done.

Very unprofessional in their practices, no preservice quote. They started working on other things than I took it in for, took them 5 days to even look at my vehicle and another 5 days to fix a clutch! Personally, I wouldnt take a lawn mower there to be serviced!

Incredibly knowledgeable and insanely good people. Not only helped me get back to iowa but didnt try to fix something that wasnt broken. If I lived in the area this would be my shop.

2 hours and 250 dollars for an oil change on an Audi Q5 Gas SUV. Seriously. Complete and utter scam. This is the reason independent mechanic shops get a bad name.

I immediately got a good feeling about Rick..I just had him & his associate do a relatively standard procedure on my Toyota...Replace timing belt, water pump, & seals, (if necessary), & they got it done, as well as replace a couple of the belts that were getting worn & gave me a fair price for the job!
