The employees are so friendly and they make the shop into such a welcoming atmosphere. The curtesy shuttle was great and the driver (I forget his name) was just a pleasure to talk to. The entire place is clean and I love the seasonal candies they put out! They always leave a little note on your dash and give you periodic updates with pictures, descriptions, and prices. I will continue to use this location.

The texts/photos of inspection, estimates, prioritized repair needs, and notice of completion is very convenient. The lobby is welcoming. The mechanics work area is cleaner than my own garage! Overall very wonderful set of people to do business with. They’re open, honest, and professional. Prices are a tad bit on the high end, but you get a good 3 year warranty on the services making it worth. They offer free shuttle services which is incredibly nice. Very friendly too I must add.

I brought my ford f150 into them to analyze a sound I was hearing while accelerating. They ran diagnostics and determined my rear differential needed to be replaced. The owner of the company took the initiative to call the ford dealership and find out if the service was covered under warranty which it was. Instead of trying to get me to pay them to do the work, the owner showed the kind of integrity the world needs more of and literally saved me thousands of dollars. To top it off, he left a hand signed card on my steering wheel thanking me for doing business with them. This is a company that truly gets it and has earned the right to work on all of my cars going forward. I take every opportunity as well to refer my friends to them.

Friendly front office staff. Quick service (alignment was done in under an hour). Reasonably priced. They even offered to call an Uber for me since their shuttle driver was in Lone Tree. I didnt want them to incur the expense so I waited in the lobby. They have wifi for customers. Today was my first time using Christian Brothers and will definitely use them again. ☺
Recently moved to the area and Christian Brothers was recommended to us after asking around for a trustworthy car repair. Some things needed to be fixed on my SUV and CB went above and beyond to explain everything and what they found.The repairs were done quickly and we had the car back in 2 days running fantastic. There was even a really nice note in the car when we picked it up.CB will be our go to car repair in the future for sure!!
Tim and his crew are a reputable group and they keep their word. Nobody that I know loves spending hard earned money on auto service, but I would recommend these guys to anyone. When I dropped my truck off, I was having a couple of small electrical issues and due for a laundry list of maintenance. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle, a previously non-existent issue arose before I left the parking lot. Admittedly, I was upset that there was something else malfunctioning that went unnoticed, but it also meant that I would face more down time on my primary work vehicle . I left feeling pretty underserved and had to leave the truck again, but Tim called me back after a couple more days and let me know that the techs had discovered the source of the issue and they took care of me beyond expectations. Thank you guys for being honest and I apologize for the hasty and unfair review.
Havent actually gotten service from this location yet but their professionalism and generosity towards me when I was in dire straights a couple of days before this posting makes me want to bring my service to them over competitors. My car pretty much broke down due to oil being burned up and my own neglect towards my car for service as I had recently had my hands full with moving and two near full time jobs. They were nice enough to let me and my roommate hang out at their shop while we tried to figure out what to do and also supplied us with some oil on the house to determine if all I needed was oil in my vehicle. Unfortunately the damage was already too severe so at the time of this writing my vehicle is sitting in their lot until I can get it scrapped. The building as well as the employee uniforms also provide a sense of this business as being high class as well for an autoshop without a matching price tag. I would highly recommend this specific location though they seem quite popular already so make sure you schedule and appointment.

No other major issues were found and again everything was clearly and thoroughly explained. *** Any issues are clearly explained and include photos to show what service is needed. They do an extensive courtesy check to be sure everything is covered. Courteous, friendly service. Have used them many times and will continue to do so.

TL;DR: My wheel almost fell off on the highway due to an incorrect installment. Although they will fix what they did wrong, if they mess something up, its on you to cover the expenses of the inconvenience.My family and I have been using CBA in CR since 2013. We have never had a bad experience until I brought my car in to get my brakes replaced. The issue was my wheel was not installed correctly.Unfortunately, I decided to get new brakes on my car 100 miles away from where I live (family lives in CR, so Ill usually get car work done when Im in town since Ive been using CBA for years). On my way home, 40 miles from CR, I started to hear a thumping sound coming from the area around my wheel. I called them, and they said to bring it back in... so I turned around and continued to drive at 70 mph speeds thinking it was a simple issue. I drove back to my familys house as I had to wait until the next day to bring my car in. As I took a sharp right turn on a gravel road a lug nut popped off (which I found the next day), thankfully only a mile away from their house, and thankfully not on the highway.... it turns out the last mile to their house a couple more lug nuts came undone (the first one snapped off). Eventually, I called CB to confirm theyd cover towing costs as I didnt feel it was safe to drive the car, and they did cover that. When the tow truck arrived, we noticed 4 of the 5 lug nuts were gone, which I found along the gravel road.After bringing my car in, I got the expected were so sorry. Unfortunately I had to wait a week for them to get the parts in, luckily I had family to stay with. No rental car was offered for the week while I waited, actually nothing at all was offered, except for that they will fix the mistake they made. So, after I came in to get my car, I asked if theyd comp any services for me, and suggested perhaps just an oil change, and the manager said theyd have to talk with the owner. I never heard back from that manager.A few months later I remembered I was never reimbursed for the tow truck, so I emailed them and sent them an invoice, I quickly received a check for the towing costs. I once again asked if theyd comp an oil change for my lost time and money ($300 in rent for a week in the mountains while staying with family, 1 week of time, no car for a week, etc). All I got was I do apologize that you didnt my response back in September. I will need a copy of the bill you received from Westside towing in order to refund you for the tow. In regards to comping services, we do not offer anything like that. Thankfully God must have been looking down on their mistakes and guarding them, because imagine if my wheel came off on I25... that would have cost them a lot more than simply replacing the wheel, and potentially my or another persons life.I made a simple offer to make things right by giving me a free oil change... free meaning I paid $300 in rent and a week of my time, and thankfully not more than that.I do understand that mistakes happen, which is why I did not express anger to them or even act remotely upset in my correspondence with them. Clearly the Christian part in their name is just a marketing ploy -- overall the employees all seem like good people; the owner, managers, and business practices are where the issues lie.

I was looking to buy a used vehicle and took it in for a pre-purchase inspection. Price was similar to what you find at other shops. They were able to get me in quick, which was nice. I am aware that a mechanic cannot find everything wrong with a vehicle by inspecting it for an hour, hour and a half. However, I would expect them to find major repairs/issues that need to be addressed. I received my inspection report with no urgent concerns noted as well as no minor concerns. Report was all green checkmarks. Less than a week later it was determined that the vehicle had an exhaust leak which was audibly noticeable (which requires a new exhaust manifold) and that the front ball joints were bad (requiring new upper/lower control arms on both sides). Reached out to CB via their website before I posted this review to see what their response would be and have not heard back. Thus this review.UPDATE: Must have got our wires crossed, never got the first two messages. Was able to talk with Tim today. He offered to refund the cost of the inspection and we had a good talk in regard to the items that were missed. I appreciate him taking the time to reach out to me and make it right.
I have actually recommended the Christian Brothers in Castle Rock to many people just in the few days since I’ve taken my car in. First, the shuttle service is what drew me in. Luke was a pleasure to have as company for the 10 minute drive. I truly appreciated being able to text to see how everything was going, as I don’t care for talking on phone much. I loved the online breakdown of what I needed, that I could choose what I wanted to do, and how I was told point blank, when I called, that one thing needed truly to be done, and the others were maintenance only and may have been done elsewhere in the past. I called the last place I took the car and they told me what was done and when. I appreciated the pictures, like the dirty oil, it’s taking it from subjective to objective. Plus I had a hint of an idea what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed, and that was exactly what I was told. I was a little bummed at first that the diagnostic fee was not put towards service (like it is everywhere else), but did not mind as much after knowing I was treated fairly and my car was looked after. I called at 5:50, 10 minutes before closing, paid my bill and was able to pick up my car after hours because of my crazy work schedule! A+ in my book, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

I switched to Christian Brothers due to dishonest service and unnecessary charges from other local automotive shops. They have been more than honest and fair about all the work provided for me. I had an incident where after I got an oil change my car card encountered issues after driving it home and parking it. The manager Tim without hesitation provided a tow truck and brought it back to the shop for inspection. The team was able to source the main problem and take care of everything for me. Very professional and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with service for my vehicles. I would recommend them to everyone!
Tim at Christian Brothers called back within minutes of me leaving an Email requesting information on the manufactures required maintenance for my wifes 2016 Audi Q3.Pictures of the dirty cabin filter, engine air filter and old spark plugs where included with the finished Courtesy Inspection Report and invoice.
Very professional walked in told them what i thought was wrong with my truck! Said they would inspect it and get back to me. They got back to me super fast with a detailed inspection list of the good and bad. Once i had time to review the inspection list they asked what i would like to move forward with if any at all with no pressure. I felt the price was great so i moved forward with the work explaining this was my work truck. Man was i happy with saying yes. They got my truck back in no time and running great! You guys rock! They provided me with a comprehensive review of my vehicle and suggested other services that were needed to keep my vehicle (which has over 340,000 miles on it!) in great working order! They were extremely professional, polite, respectful, honest and on time!!
Ive used this shop in the past for an oil change and small things. It seems that this is all they are able to handle. My CEL was flashing on my wifes car and these guys suggested 1500 dollars in repair. They quoted that it was at the mileage that the tune up of replacing spark plugs as well as fuel induction service citing the maintenance manual for Honda. After receiving that quote I decided to have the car towed to Honda, they stated there were no code to be pulled. I called CB back to see if they cleared the codes, they simply stated the technician suggested the tune up due to misfiring on all cylinders. With no data pulled from the computer to further diagnose, they sent this quote over. At Honda I was informed that the services offered me havent been part of the maintenance manual since 2003. CB charged me 140 bucks for an incomplete diagnostic, that would have probably done little to remedy the problem. The test they performed took maybe an hour. Honda has been diagnosing for the past 5 hours and is charging me 52 dollars. The inability for CB to properly diagnose this is rather disheartening. The fact that they quoted a maintenance practice that was stopped over 17 years ago is another red flag. The best part was the FI service quoted is normally reserved for GDI vehicles because of the inherent nature of GDI. It was a 140 dollar lesson, but Ill be sure to never go back there again.Edit: You folks have enough time to respond to my reviews but not enough time to respond to the email sent yesterday. Seems a bit odd that you can respond to separate reviews but can’t answer and email. I guess perception is reality in your business practice as well as your shotgun maintenance practices.

Christian Brothers has never done any unsatisfactory work on my car, but I cannot recommend them because they are overpriced in my experience. They quoted me $341 to replace the battery in my car. I bought a battery for $120 and did the work myself in under an hour with zero experience. They also quoted me $437 for outer tie rod end replacement and an alignment. I paid $318 for this exact same service at Independent Auto Care in Parker.
Went in for our first visit with them and zi was so impressed by the coziness of the office, but even more so by the kindness and helpful nature of the staff! I am 36 weeks pregnant and came in with my two year old daughter, and they accommodated us so well! we will definitely be going back!

The report was very detail oriented and thorough.Tim was in contact with me after I received the report and we openly discussed a game plan to fix some things. They were also able to provide quotes for everything. Highly recommend these guys!

These gentlemen are ethical and I know from personal experience that they have gone out of their way for people in need.They do great work, let you know what you can wait on to get fixed, and they are cheaper & better than other mechanics in town.I have been a difficult customer in the past, none of which was their fault. Sometimes the unexpected gets diagnosed and I havent always been good at handling that with calmness. Figured out that BMW had extended its warranty on this part/issue and told me to call the dealership and they should fix it for free!!!4, They gave me a first time customer discount5. I had my BMW X5 services here for oil change a few months ago and noticed my car started leaking oil... I called here to see if they could take a look Since they were the last to do the oil change and they told me over the phone that they would charge me to look at it.. well I took it to schomp bmw to have them look at it and during their inspection they found that the O-ring used at my last service was a NON BMW part and was a “aftermarket o-ring” that caused my oil leak.. and cost me $400 to fix and could completely ruin my car! Don’t advertise that you do luxury vehicles and then not even use correct parts! Don’t bring your car here unless you want to pay to fix it later!

Wow, these guys are good. I had never been to CBA but had heard good things. I brought my car in on my day off hoping to get it taken care of. After taking in my car they offered to shuttle me back to my house! Amazing customer service! I dropped the car off around 9 am and was told I’d have a quote by lunch. 50 min later I had a quote! Price was fair and not over the top. I was also told the work would be done by the next day at close. By the end of the day I dropped off it was finished! Never been to a better mechanic and the customer service is bar-none. Won’t take my car anywhere else
Late model vehicles do not require much in the way of service, but when that time comes, there is no better service provider than Christian Brothers. I had a loose trim piece, so the manager took it off for me without my waiting. Otherwise the tire needed to be taken off to reattach it. So next time I get tires rotated, I’ll have them out it back on, Very helpful to me since I didn’t have the time to have it reinstalled. Great manager, great business...honest!

I found Christian Brothers on-line and worked with them to pick up and inspect a car I was interested in (also from on-line). I never met them, but they were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. I actually waited to write the review until my own mechanic had looked at the car and done the work. My mechanic agreed with everything Christian Brothers found, and the charges were almost identical. So, I can say without hesitation that these guys are top notch!

Great customer service from the first phone call to picking the car up a couple days later. They were amazing, I was experiencing some cooling issues on a road trip from California to Colorado, I have had no issues on my way back California. We use Christian Bros often, but customers should be aware of deceptive advertising/promotion practices. Most recently they advertised a $59.95 synthetic oil change, but no where on the ad did they mention it does not apply to a European car. They did inform my daughter of the difference before performing service, but bottom line is we paid ~$76 more for oil change than the promotion and got less service as they didnt even rotate tires as the promotion was offering.
We have all of our vehicles serviced here. Christian Bros is an honest establishment and they stand by their work. I do wish it was easier to get an appointment though. I really feel like we need another Christian Bros in Castle Rock.
When I called about a problem with my Ford F-150 the Service Advisor indicated that they had seen my problem three times in the past week. I asked what the cost or repair would be but he said he could not remember how much it was and could not find the other repairs in there system even though hed done three this week. He indicated that I had to come in, pay $130 for the diagnosis and then they would provide an estimate. No thanks, I pay for trust and expertise and I dont trust someone who has selective memory loss and no expertise. I will go elsewhere and so should you.

They are ALWAYS friendly and concerned about their customers time, money, and circumstance. They do business with a focus on honoring God in their work. They have done this in my estimation. Im grateful for their work.
Best atmosphere in an automotive shop waiting room ever. Staff made sure everyone was comfortable and had a cup of gourmet Keurig coffee. Service on my vehicle was outstanding. They even left it cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Shuttle service home and courtesy call when the car was done. Incredible warranty on their work. Wish this was a national chain. Every community should have a garage this courteous, honest and competent. Sets the bar far higher than any mechanics shop Ive ever visited anywhere in the world.
I took my car in for a wheel alignment due to excessive wear on the right front tire and to diagnose a slight noise I was hearing. They inspected the steering suspension, wheel bearings and drive shaft bearings but could not positively identify where the noise was coming from. They performed the wheel alignment and informed me to move forward with tire replacement and see if the noise reduced afterward. Unlike some car service shops they didnt tell me it needed an expensive part replacement only to find later there was nothing wrong with that part at all.

I came to Christian Brothers with my 2013 BMW which I had just bought 31 days earlier used. The car experienced catastrophic engine failure from a failed oil pump. I was in communication with Alec from the start when the car was towed to the location, and he was amazing! I received consistent and timely updates on the work AND the status of my warranty authorization. The warranty company I was covered by was a nightmare to work with. They were taking forever to grant any work, and my car was sitting on the Christian Bros lot for about 3 and half weeks before they received authorization for the replacement engine. The entire time Alec was super helpful and completely on my side. He pushed the warranty company to get me a BRAND NEW engine and turbocharger from BMW with a warranty. He fought for them to take responsibility for the replacement parts. I felt like Christian Bros had my back, were pushing for me to get what I deserved from my warranty, and ensured that they wouldnt take anything sub-standard or do any work they didnt feel comfortable with or confident about. Alec answered all my questions, cared about my situation, and was just overall genuinely kind! Once the engine was replaced, Marty held onto the car one more day to ensure that everything was completely set and there were no issues. When I picked up the car, I felt so relieved and trusted the work they did. From start to finish the car was on their lot for 4 weeks. It took them only 4 days to do the work. It was amazing the patience they had for the situation with the warranty company, and then to expedite the actual work was fantastic. I cannot thank Alec and the Christian Bros team enough. 10+ stars all around. I will be back for service.
Really great service and I felt like I was given the facts without being pressured into something I didn’t need. Pricing felt reasonable, but I didn’t shop around for the work I had done. Every staff member was great and not one tried to “mansplain” to my wife about the vehicle. That alone is a mark of a good establishment.
