Don’t waste your time with this dealership. They are dishonest, have zero customer service and do not care about their potential customers. Had an appointment to look at a vehicle (which I would have most likely purchased) that was exactly what I wanted. A crew cab Ram 1500 with the 6’4” bed (hard to find). Even though I set an appointment, they still suggested I come in as soon as possible. So I took a day off of work and went to the dealership from Denver (40 minute drive). I arrived about 15 minutes before they opened. Upon opening I went in and was informed the vehicle had been sold. The next day I was called by the salesman who was supposed to work with me. They hadn’t sold the vehicle; they transferred it to their loaner fleet. He informed me that the vehicle was going to be available once it had 3,000 miles on it. Moral of the story, don’t waste your time with these guys.

Would be zero stars if I could. I recently had service done at the “new” CR Dodge/Ram dealer. They never called with updates, never told me the truck was ready, and wouldn’t stand behind a well known issue of the exhaust manifold bolt breaking causing exhaust leaks. Worst part is they failed to tighten the steering shaft linkage which almost completely backed out. If this would have happened at highway speeds you can imagine the outcome. I would not go here for any service on your vehicles.

Went in on a Saturday and was not rushed or hassled in any way. John Cook provided an easy going, no pressure, enjoyable visit. They were very fair when it came time to negotiate and the closing/financing process was equally pleasurable. Would definitely come back here if they had a vehicle I was interested in.

When it comes to my experience with this dealer, I wish zero stars was an option. I ordered a new Jeep here earlier in the year. Prior to its arrival, i offered to come in multiple times to hammer out the details related to financing as I had a special set of circumstances related to my purchase. I was told it was not necessary as they understood what i wanted.When my vehicle came in from the manufacturer, I came to the dealership to finalize everything. They were completely unprepared for me and said we needed to do something other than our discussed plan. We even had to redo all of the financing paper work that I had filled out for them before hand. The dealer made my experience a hectic nightmare when they easily could have made it a quick, painless experience.During the process of reworking the details of my financing, my sales person, Rick, told me that the way we were doing our deal would save me thousands of dollars. Shame on me, I trusted his math. After getting home, I recalculated things and our deal COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN EXTRA TAXES. It has also cost me hours of my time trying to figure out how I can reconfigured the deal so I have the simple pleasure of having my car registered to my own home address.The finance team at Castle Rock CDJ was the absolute worst as well. I watched the finance joking in his office with co-workers for 90 minutes while i waited for him to bring me my final documents to sign so i could take my new vehicle home. This was all after all my paperwork had been completed. They wasted my time because they could.I have reached out to my sales person, Rick, in the past to see if there is anything the dealer can do to help make this all right. Ultimately, I have been left with empty promises that he would follow up with his boss and get back to me. At this point, I have been ghosted.I couldn’t recommend doing business here less. I regret it every time i drive remotely close to the dealer. Someday, I will have to walk back into the dealership to use a service package I bought, that’s bummer. I would order my Jeep from any other dealer in Colorado if I had the choice to go back in time.

Very nice people in the service department. Had them program a key fob for me for a used 2008 SRT8 Jeep I just bought and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. They also cut the key for me for free! I will definitely be back.

Horrible service. I brought in my brand new Jeep Gladiator for service because the transmission was already leaking fluid. When i got home(i live 4.5 hours away in the mountains where its already snowing) i realized i had no 4wd because the technician didnt reconnect my 4wd linkage. I called to complain and got a call back from the service manager Danny Shoup. He apologized and said hed call me back asap with a solution. That was over a week ago. Ive tried calling but Danny seems to have trouble answering the phone.I have a $57,000 2WD Jeep because of this irresponsible establishment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

I have only walked away from the service department at this dealership disappointed. I purchased tires here and had warranty work done on my Ram Promaster and when I took the tires to a trusted place to be swapped to summer, they told me the lugs were far overtightened and advised me to bring it back to the dealership. When I took it back to the dealership to have the tires swapped; they told me that one of my CV boots was torn and that it would take 450 dollars to replace (expensive but not unusual for a dealership price). I decided to take it to my trusted Mechanic again and they showed me that neither CV joints or boots had any issues (and didnt even charge for a diagnosis).In addition to all of this I have found this dealership never picks up the phone and some of the staff can be really rude.I would not recommend this service department for anyone who owns a Ram, Jeep, Dodge etc. and instead I would recommend they visit a more knowledgeable and more honest mechanic.

My SO and I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Ranger 4x4 from Castle Rock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and had a fantastic experience. I saw the listing on Consumer Reports website and called immediately. Although they were closed on Monday, Tricia Nunn, contacted me back immediately and got me arranged for an appointment on Tuesday afternoon to see the vehicle with Aaron Dryva. They held it at the lot until I could test drive mid afternoon. We felt absolutely no pressure from Aaron at all and had an overall very pleasant test drive/purchasing experience. Derek (cant remember last name) with the finance department was also a fantastic help. Comparatively to other car lot finance people I have worked with, he was far less pushy. I would highly recommend Castle Rock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone. Even though we drove all the way from Northern Colorado, the trip was absolutely worth the experience.
