Coffee and drinks are great when they are made right. Employees are too much involved with themselves and make so many mistakes. We order a hot chocolate and got a cup of steamed milk instead and no whip. Unfortunately that was the latest mistake of many.I also don’t appreciate asking to post a positive rating for a free drink.

I love this place! The staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable. The coffee is awesome. I always go through the drive-thru, and even if theres 12 people in the line Im never there for more than 5 minutes. Such a great experience.

One of the best coffee shops I’ve been to! My husband and I aren’t too picky, but couldn’t decide what to get and everyone got so excited to make something special for us, and both our drinks were delicious! It was great to go into a business where the atmosphere is so friendly and fun and the drinks were exactly what we were looking for.

My daughter and I love this place! The coffee is not bitter or overwhelming. They have an expansive menu of coffee, pastries, bagels, smoothies...so many options! The staff is quick, proficient, always ready with a kind word. The Frappuccino doesnt deflate like some other places. I am extremely picky about my coffee and this coffee is in my top 5 favorites.

Coffee is good but a little dirty inside - floors were mopped with dirt and flies all over the place. Yuck! Grabbed a coffee here inside and staff didn’t acknowledge people’s presence for several minutes. Thought I would support something smaller instead of ‘Bux but today’s experience made me question my decision.

Of all the Black Rocks in the region we always have the best experience at this one. All locations are friendly however the food and coffee at this particular location has that touch of something special.

NOT a quite coffee shop for someone looking to work and make a few calls. Music isnt too loud but their machines are suuuuper loud. Menu is pretty limited too and not really healthy options.. Im sure its a nice spot in some scenarios, but not what I needed on this working morning

Cool hip place! Loved the atmosphere here, as many others have said, it has an urban re-claimed feel thats really cool. The carmel truffle mocha that I got was delicious and they have cool merch to boot. The prices arent bad and slightly better or comparable to Starbucks but the sizes seem much bigger here, so more bang for your buck! Will definitely go again!

Went on mothers day and the staff were helpful and very friendly. Made us feel welcome and even though it was busy, didnt have to wait long for our drinks.

I know this COVID review, but Ive visited them before all this and now too in a drive thru. But their employees are very friendly and non franchise-ish (think Starbucks). The coffee tastes yummy including the cold and specialty ones. Their drive through is quick. And they also have member points that you can rake up quickly for freebies.

This was a great spot to grab coffee and knock some workout with a good amount of seating good drinks and good atmosphere.Rest rooms were clean and I appreciate that a lot.I think this would be a great alternative to some of the other coffee shops around town.

I honestly wish this could be 5 stars. This is one of our favorite places to go. We have been going by once a week since they opened. Their drinks are amazing, the coffee is great and usually, the service is fantastic.Unfortunately our last experience was not great. If it had been our first, we wouldnt be coming back. We went by for one of their special $3 chiller promotions. While its understandable that they ran out of the ingredients for a special drink, it is surprising to me that they did not offer a comparable drink for the same price. Instead, it felt like a bait and switch. Rather than spending $9, the tab was $17. To top it off, when they did give us our drinks, they told us the wrong ones. When I questioned it, they said they simply said them wrong but we had our drinks and were good to go.I understand the stress of food service and I tend to be pretty understanding. I leave gratuity each time we go through, but this time it didnt feel warranted. Im sure that well go again. We do love the coffee here and this isnt the usual experience, but unfortunately it made a greater impression than the dozens of positive ones we have had.

Ever since weve discovered this place we have never been anywhere else for coffee. I always get the Iced Irish Coffee, thats my favorite!

This place had the best employees. I was having a rough morning and the young man working the window took the time to chat and be friendly despite the busy environment while making drinks. I didnt catch a name but he burned (hopefully superficially) his hand trying to cheer me up talking about the hand warmer at the window and I really appreciated the effort. Sorry about your hand!

I used to love Black Rock, they would make my drinks with love and care and extra caramel, but I order on Doordash all the time and I swear they have been giving less and less and less and less caramel drizzle on my caramel blondie chillers. Even if I ask for extra, still barely any. Boring, bland. Time to get my coffee elsewhere. I will just make it at home I guess.

Great consistent coffee!

Their lobby’s closed right now due to COVID but tried this place for the first time using drive-thru! The MINT CHOC CHILLER IS SOOO GOOD! Starbucks Fraps taste more like sugar... uhhh there’s definitely COFFEE in my Chiller! The employees seemed really friendly & cheerful tooWill definitely come back when I’m in the area. :)

I go to this place almost everyday, I love their coffee and their staff is amazing. Super friendly and interactive. Their croissants are the best of their food options in my opinion, but their burritos and donuts are delicious as well. Definitely reccomend!

I like the whole vibe of blackrock, the staff are nice and its always fun to ask them their phone battery percentage and then tip them that amount and make their days. The coffee is good, its just better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros (.)

The barista lied to me when I questioned her about it but shorted the espresso in the drink she made me this past Tuesday night. Her mistake was combining the milk and espresso in a separate container at a greater volume than the target cup required, thus, leaving espresso in the mixing cup and rendering my drink mild after I paid for an extra shot. Also, because of where the espresso machine is located in relation to the drive thru window... I watched her do this.. then lie to me about.

Employees are always very helpful and the place is very clean. They have every type of coffee you can think of at a reasonable price.

Drink was overly sweet and didnt taste like the extra shot was added, unwilling to give it the wifi password (because lobby was closed.... you can still get it outside) and out of nitro cold brew.

I have never been inside but this is a daily stop for me on the way to work. The staff is always friendly! The drinks here are very good. I have no tried their fuel drinks but coffee and teas are on point. The strawberry smoothie is the best thing Ive ever tasted in my life

Definitely a trendy place. A cool mix of concrete, big art, and subway tiles. The huge 15 person round table gives it a unique social atmosphere.The coffee is good. I had a Mexican chocolate mocha with a nice touch of spice. Several of the menu items are unique, and the prices are better than the big name places.

Ever since Black Rock opened it almost completely eliminated my consumption of Starbucks. Coffee and the atmosphere is great. I love that they make a lot of their drinks in an XL size, some of those same drinks Starbucks would refuse to make it that large. I also cant think of a place that Ive been to that has a friendlier staff! Employees there are awesome!

Fantastic coffee, and energy drinks! My favorite flavors so far are green apple kiwi, and raspberry watermelon. Its all so good though, you really cant go wrong.. The hard part is skipping a couple days.

This is a nice change from your normal coffee shop. The layout is nice, its not overcrowded with furniture. They have a decent selection of coffee and energy drinks that all taste amazing. The employees are all energetic with positive attitudes. It go out of my way to go here, worth it.

Ive had four different drinks here and each time asked for half-sweet. I really need to ask for 1/4 sweet. I cant imagine what these must be full-strength!! I came in for ☕ and I got 🍭🍬🍭🍬🍭. 🤪 Im sure once I order right, Ill love the coffee.

Loveeeeee the coffee here! Theyre iced mochas, fuels, and lemonades are so so good. They are a bit spendy, being a little more than Starbucks. But, their drinks are worth it!!

Love the coffee here. I usually get a muffin top or other treat to go with my Blondie coffee. Nice atmosphere here, too, especially if youre able to grab the seats by the fireplace.

Besides the great coffee the staff is fantastic.

So far so good. Ive had there regular coffee and the Mexican mocha. Both decent. I like there logo. Reminds me of the Rockstar logo. Too much maybe.

Maybe they are trying to get the high school kids into this place because the music is so loud with too much base to try to make any phone calls or to meet someone to conduct business. Also there are no soft seats or at least cushioned seats to be comfortable. The line moves so slow because they only have one register; never come here if you want to get in and out quick; . . . wont happen until they add at least one more register. Unless they make some changes I will stick to Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Crowfoot, Lost Coffee or Daz Bog; any place but this place.
