The ladies were very quick and friendly, and helpful for a particular situation. Drive thru time was short, and the staff, efficient. Their eagerness to please was very sweet, and their drinks were perfect!Highly recommend, and will return.

Customer service was great but the coffee is not. The coffee flavor its self was not a good flavor. I ordered an iced carmel macchiato and there was no trace of carmel flavoring.

The coffee was very very very strong, the bagel was microwaved, and both of us got a quarter sized dollop of cream cheese in a sauce cup, I was unaware plain store brand cream cheese was in such high demand. The customer service was nice until we got our drinks and we had no idea which one was which and couldnt help but laugh because its just 2 cups of coffee that was made look like a calculus exam. The girls are very sweet but extremely poorly trained. Still better than Starbucks though.

This place is too close to my home for my pocketbooks liking... but what a delightful temptation :) Thank goodness they have a punch card! Ive never had an issue with underfilled beverages or poor quality treats, the individual sliced gluten-free breads are amazing as are the cake pops, and the hot chocolate is a family favorite. The staff has been super friendly and efficient, have never had a problem with order accuracy. Highly recommend!

The drive-through on Apr 24 was top notch. The two young women working it were friendly and super professional from the point of taking our order to completion of the transaction. The drinks were delicious. We will be back.

I love Ziggi, and its nice having another Colorado-based business in the neighborhood. The people who work there have been consistently wonderful, and the food and drinks Ive tried so far have been very good, especially the breakfast burritos, which seem to always be available. The sheer number of options to choose from ensures youll find something to enjoy (hopefully). If youre looking to support a local business, be sure and give Ziggis a try, if you havent already.

I love this place for a number of reasons. The staff is always friendly polite and joyful which I love. They seem to have a great menu with gluten-free options as well. Coffee tastes MUCH BETTER than that burnt Starbucks junk.

This was some of the worst coffee I have ever had. Almost tasteless, mostly watered down with some milk. I think they forgot the Carmel.The server at the window was great, thats the only reason they get 2 stars.

Employee wasnt wearing mask properly. Coffee was watered down. Employee also messes with mask before pouring coffee. So gross.

I found this place as I was heading to Denver and made a pit stop, typical coffee shop with all young girls working behind the counter chatting and looking at there phones, and actingas if I was a inconveniencesCoffee was average and the blenders were good. The sitting area was clean and spacious.

Lots of delicious choices, and the peeps are always great. I just wish the long line was a little faster, and there were non-sugared, fruit-based choices for kids.

3.99 for a triple espresso?! significantly more than drinks with more ingredients mysteriously... Thats also over a dollar more than Starbucks charges. It was given to me as an iced Americano, so super watered down and shots didnt taste like they were pulling quite right (may be the quality of the machine) Honestly tasted like mcdonalds iced coffee.Personally its a turnoff for me when places ask me directly if I want to add a tip - no obligation but Im smiling right in your face waiting for your answer. Although I get that the baristas make more money that way. So I ended up paying $5 for three shots of espresso, wont be returning sadly.
