Great service! Fixed my hard drive crash and salvaged all my data. Fast and he comes to pick up and then brought back my laptop all in a few days. Very satisfied customer!

I called for information on a Y-adapter for a power supply to provide an additional 8-pin to add to the already available 6-pin power cable for my graphics card. The guy who answered the phone was very short and basically hung up on me. Not really sure what the problem was, I have a problem that needed to be solved. He assumed my power supply was out of date and didnt support my card....it does, it just needs 2 connections, a 6-pin and an 8-pin. Guy said he wasnt at his office and didnt even sell the part I was looking for. He ended the call with try Micro Center, they have that stuff and he hung up. Not very professional at all. I try to purchase and deal with a local computer company when I need things versus ordering from Amazon. I like supporting local business but it is hard when you are rude.
Called for a quote and he gave me a solution. Will defiantly use these guys next time one of our computers needs more of a repair. Thats guaranteed! He could have charged me a diagnosis fee and wasted my time. Shows what kind of service they give Here!
Worst customer service and phone manner I’ve ever dealt with. Took my computer in to get the charger jack replaced and then he says my computer won’t power on, really, there was nothing wrong with the operation when I dropped it off, he was then implying that I was lying. Just his whole manner and the way he treats customers is terrible. Didn’t even try to negotiate or cover some of the cost of the second part. All i can say is beware
