A friend rated this place highly and now I see why. I dropped off my poor laptop, expecting certainly better service than I usually get at another place that invariably ships my computers to California for repairs. But I was blown away when they called 3 days later as promised having already fixed the problem for a very fair price. Thank you so very much for the fast diagnosis and correction of the laptop issue.

He fixed my computer faster than he thought he would and for less money… I had to do a tuneup on my laptop and it was probably the best $85 that I’ve ever spent because now it runs faster than maybe when it was brand new… Computer solutions is the place to go. James is even going to come to my house next week to install my ring doorbell and hook up my printer.

Didnt even try, took one look at the hardive and console I had brought in and said he couldnt do anything upon that cursory glance, wouldve liked a real or at least full diagnosis before being told its broken and to get a new one...unless he can really tell whats wrong with an electronic by simply holding it. Edit: it really mustve just been bringing it in at a bad time, because it was worked out amicably and is affordable; handled swiftly and professionally.

Wow, three months and three different shops told me the data was unrecoverable, James asked for a week and recovered 90% of it, lost a few pictures is all. Best computer repair Ive ever found, I will be back!!

Over a year ago James tuned up my laptop that had been getting slower and slower. It ran like it was brand new! That laptop finally died this year and not only was he able to save all of my data, but also found me a hell of a deal on a brand new laptop that was way cheaper than my previous one. I waited a month to write this review, in fairness to the owner, so see if I mellowed out about my terrible experience. I took my Mac in, there was a system error. After a month, I found out they sent it elsewhere, they dont work on Macs! Dont take your Mac here! Once I got it back, they had changed the password and didnt know what it was, so I had to shlep the computer back down there so they could take it to the guy who actually fixed it to find out what the password was. That took another 10 days. I called these guys literally 29 times over a period of 2 months. The only good thing I can say is the owner did deliver the computer to my home finally. I certainly cannot recommend them.

I had a bad day last month when a police officer deleted my dashcam footage which showed another vehicle changing lanes into me. I went to this place and they recovered my data incredibly fast and called me as soon as it was available. They showed me the data in question on a laptop to show that the correct video was recovered, and not only restored my original file but also gave me a copy.

Rather its a simple solution or a complex one, James and his team are able to get any computer working. I have only allowed James to work on my computer, he has done an A+ job. My laptop was running extremely slow and it got to the point where I was unable to complete anything on it. Computer Solutions took it in and fixed it for me within a few days. The owner talked with me over the phone to help me understand the possible problems my laptop was facing (needed new ram and a new processor). I brought the computer in and dropped it off to him Tuesday and he had it done and even the screen cleaned by Thursday. He was quick and professional and kept me informed every step of the way.
