Dollar Tree is always good to go to, but today this store seemed in disarray, quite disappointing to see the mess, things and items displaced, items on the floor and in the middle of each rows, and apparently no one seemed to care. I’m sure today is an isolated event due to Halloween being tomorrow, but wow, the places needed some care.

Dollar tree is always 5 stars. Its usually very busy in there, but worth it. Lots of stuff for the kitchen; the food containers are awesome, I get a couple every time Im there. Arts and crafts, batteries, reading glasses, toothpaste, aspirin and candles are always a good choice. Get your spices at Dollar Tree! Who wants to spend $4 on garlic salt - they have a great selection of all sorts of spices. Plus its the only place local to get Jamaican beef patties!

The guy at the register is always to friendly and quick.

Shelves and coolers are never stocked. No matter what day of the week it is, this store is like a ghost town with empty shelves. Go somewhere else.

I just called to request an item lookup and the associate who answered immediately said no. I asked if someone could call me back later at a better time and again immediately received a no. There was no offer of an alternative and no apology. This is very poor customer service.

Yall, this place was tore up from the floor up. Theres nothing on the shelves, theres boxes everywhere, and you can hear the staff talking in the office while one cashier has a line of eight people. Goodness.

I tried to go inside on June 13th. The door said OPEN and a sign was posted stating they’d be open until 8pm. Both of the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. Why can’t they have accurate hours?

Cheap, great store for select items, friendly staff

I love Dollar Tree! If you catch them at the right time of the month, you can get the best holiday decorations for very little money at all. If you need batteries, this is the place! People may worry theyre not fresh and die quicker. Let me tell you, as a prior employee, wed get new batteries in every week. Theyre probably fresher than youd pay top dollar for elsewhere.

I want to love it, but every time I give it a try its the same disappointing thing. Shelves are always empty and their floors are always dirty. Not all Dollar Trees are created equal.

We need a more updated store in Castle Rock. So many things they dont carry and store is so used they are out of a lot of merch.

Really unprofessional staff. Tried to get some balloons for my daughters birthday and they’d rather gossip about their weekend plans than help their customers.

Dollar Tree is always a treasure hunt. I have noticed during recent visits that stock is scarce. I am sure there are reasonable explanations. Regardless, the checkers are fast and friendly. I am a fan.

The employees seem miserable! They are incredibly rude! Place is NEVER clean! Never stocked! And only one check out line every time which makes the check out line supper long!! Friendly staff. Don’t have common items most dollar trees have. Drive furtherChanged to 1 star after I nicely asked an employee that was coming straight at us, to put his mask on as he was coughing and he said “it is on.” The man was clearly sick and kept arguing with me and telling me not to yell. First of all I was not yelling. I simply asked him nicely to put his mask on. I will drive the 20 miles to go to a different location!

Unusually busy today (Saturday) and only 2 cashiers. So lines for checkout were very long. Otherwise, inventory was well stocked. Shopping there always makes you feel like a baller. Two bags full for less than $20.

I drive for Uber heading out on the Super Bowl day and I realized while trying to place a bet on the game and work at the same time I didnt have a cord to charge my phone and Im 50 miles from home. And its a c cable. Thats why I dont let tree all of them are so great pay full price when you have two good cables at home or for $2 to see cables that will definitely do the job for the day thats whats so great about Dollar Tree store. Why two cables because I had to open up a package to see what cable fit my new phone I know how do I not know that. About to phone two weeks ago still didnt know what size cable I needed I figured open the package and check. I would have bought it no matter what. Also everybody if you like black licorice, wallabys black licorice. Spelling is probably wrong. Anyways 2 packages equals 10 oz for $2 at Walgreens same licorice is 399. Im not a big Liquors guy but this is the best Ive ever had soft truly delicious another reason why I left the Dollar Tree there was some very good deals there. The only problem I see sometimes is theres only one cashier and a long line because someone has to be stocking the shelves that are always telling so quickly anyways I know I write a lot of stuff and I know I dont punctuate because thats cuz I talk and text and I cant stop my mind to punctuate. If you never been to a Dollar Tree you need to go because its not bunch of junk everything from birthday balloons ice cream now some of the stuff of course not high quality but when you need a cord for a dollar get you through the day cant go wrong.

Good store but I always buy too much because everything is a dollar! Parking is good. If entrance off of Allen Way is backed up, go down to Front Street and go around the back way.

I absolutely adore the dollar store here within town. The staff is always so kind and well stocked. Never any hassle and always egarly able to help. Everything a $1, hehe imagine that! The dollar store! They along here have strong work ethics, and clean environment.

I need to learn to stock their shelves in order items. Theyre always sold out of the most everything and for Castle Rock you think they would have a cleaner store. Employees take no Pride and their job and the checkout line is usually really ridiculous and they never bring up another person to help check out.

Employees are friendly and helpful, the place sometimes carries name brands in small quantities but is worth a dollar. Usually well stocked unless after holidays or certain hours. Overall this is a great store.

Worst Dollar Tree I have ever patronized. Everything is all over the floor, boxes everywhere, disorganized and they dont have much at all. All my friends who go to DT in different cities tell me about all the cool things they find there. Ive never found any of them in this store. Some employees are nice, some are rude. I wanted some balloons blown up and the woman pointed at the ones already blown up (which were not the ones I wanted) and said to pick from them that she want going to blow up any special ones. Really?

Every thing for a dollar. Lots of cheap items. Great for kids parties etc. We get the grandkids coloring books, crayons... Anything you wont worry about losing at the park..

The store is very organized the staff is very helpful especially tracy/Crabby she always has a smile on her face shes very helpful when you need to find something and wont hesitate leaving her register to help you carry your stuff out or even open the door for you to come in all the other staff greet you when you come in with smiles and hugs

A great place to get items for your house. Not food but plates, bowls, and cups are what you should get. Phone cases have some good designs on them but they only sell cases for iphone and Samsung. If you have a phone that isnt either of those brands then dont worry about cases or tempered glass covers.

Dollar trees are great, but a more consistent restocking program is needed. Sometimes you come in and youre able to get everything you need and sometimes it seems like a lot of the shelves are empty and youre only able to get half of what you need or less, and that is frustrating as a customer.

Nosy, type-casting employee. You dont need to ask about the name on a card for an $11 puchase. Ive cashiered for retail and food and bev, its not necessary and its an invasion of privacy.But hey, Im glad you got to feel important today. :)

It is 9:15 and the store is not open yet. A.Dozen people outside more have left. Really bad business. It is now 9:20. Store us open but person can not check anyone out. Not cool. Someone should be fired for this.

This particular dollar store is hit or miss. They almost always have a big mess of merchandise they are putting up, and I have never seen more than 1 register open.

Dollar tree items fit every budget, I bought Haagen Daz ice cream for $1 a small cup. Greeting cards and laundry detergent $1 each.

If I could rate this dollar store a zero I would simply because of the staff The cashier was busy talking to her friend while I was waiting for balloons She kept me waiting for a while and then made me go to the back of the line even though I was there way before any of the other people who got up to the line It wouldve taken her 30 seconds to ring up my order after blowing them up especially since no one else was around when I started The staff here is always been unfriendly and the selection is terrible
