I had a very pleasant time shopping here at Hobby Lobby in Castle Rock. With all kinds of home assortments, you can easily loose track of time in trying to find that right piece for your home or for others. The family was super clean and organized, the staff and employees were friendly, helpful, and courteous, and COVID adherence were in display. I highly recommend others to visit this location to enjoy some great home shopping.

Amazing store! We had no idea of the large size and selection until taking our grandchildren to Hobby Lobby. Also, very courteous and knowledgeable staff made it a pleasant shopping experience. We moreover discovered that Hobby Lobby carries a large selection of Day Spring greeting cards, a plus if you are trying to find greetings with a Christian message.

I am by far disgusted by the manager in this store. As I was checking out I witnessed him approach a young lady at the cash register and he was talking to her about a paper she turned in, I find this very inappropriate and unprofessional being that there is a time and place for this to be discussed yet he proceeded to say knocking on the counter as he said each word “for future reference don’t do this at your new job” (what did he mean by new job.) The young lady was so calm and respectful she just agreed and continued doing her job. She still said to the person in front of me have a nice day with watery eyes and a shaky voice after being degraded the way she was, I felt for her. Wow!!! Hobby Lobby YOU really needs to do some research on YOUR management, I know for a fact I will not be coming back to this store.

Great place. Long lines. Manger would jump to help. I heard her say her boss is trying to cut hours . So I guess sacrificing customer service is not as important!

Sometimes the staff is in a hurry or distracted, so they can come off as rude. Other than that, Ive always had very good experiences at the store. They are well-stocked and quite clean.

When we walked in at 7:30 we were immediately told closing call had been made. They close at 8. I told them I was getting one thing, an embroidery kit. I was told to go ahead. I am disabled and walk with a cane. After rushing to the back of store and out of breath with face mask on, they had a very poor selection. No purchase and we left 10 minutes later. While on phone in parking lot we continued to watch people arrive to shop until 7:56 p.m. and Not one person came out before we left. Not ever going back.

Id rate this store lower, but cant because of 2 employees (Leslie and manager Kim) removing sale signs 2 hours before the the store closed. We had no idea what was on sale. Variety is great, and will continue to shop here.

Store is clean and staff is really nice and helpful! Carts are being disinfected and you need to wear a mask. They have an employee at the front making sure of this. The people on the other hand are just crowding in and not keeping the distance so much.

It’s since store it also has nice stuff and it’s pretty affordable, the employees are nice also, my sister works there and she likes it so I say it could also be a good place to work.

This store had a few more things than a closer store. People are nice. I really appreciate that. Its a tiny thing but with my PTSD, its a big thing.

Hobby Lobby is my all time favorite store! I love the selection of craft and decorating items as well as gifts. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Worst cashier on earth. Had 3 items to return with the receipt. Only credited 2. I caught it. Had to call a manager to correct it. Rang up the 3 items I was purchasing. Reminded her TWICE about my 40% coupon. Closed the transaction without the coupon. Had to wait til another customer rang up their transaction so she could return my one item to take off the coupon. Have to wait 7 days for my credit on my debit card. Oh and their card reader didnt work until the 3rd time and tried to blame my BRAND NEW card. Never again.

This store had a very large selection and I loved the customer service. Everyone that I came across was super friendly and very helpful. I walked in 15min before closing and they still welcomed me in instead of telling me they close soon and to hurry and make a selection to leave. So thanks guys. I will be coming back here again.

I honestly love this Hobby Lobby. Im here at least twice a month. The only reason why Im only giving three stars is because of how supervisors speak to their employees. I understand that if an employee does something wrong they need to be told, but it needs to be done in a professional manner and not a reprimand in front of customers.

This store is always well kept, kind employees, and stress free shopping. Ive had to make many exchanged and returns here and they are always so helpful and understanding.

Super busy this time of year but staff and service was great. Went in for several items. Found all but the one important color yardage to complete a project. Christmas galore to decorate this year.

Looks like I will be going back before X-mas next year to score some discounted wrapping paper... I asked a store associate and they mentioned Hobby Lobby starts marking it down to 50% off the week prior to X-mas and it usually sells out by X-mas.

Ive been an avid shopper of this location for years. I purchased about $300 worth of Easter items in March, and was planning on returning two small items that didnt work out when covid hit a few days later.I had a 6-month-old baby who was immunocompromised, and called the store to see what my options were as I didnt feel comfortable bringing him into the store with me. I spoke with a woman who identified herself as a manager and who assured me multiple times that as long as I had the tags attached and the original receipt that I would be able to return them after the 90 day return policy due to the crisis (assuming covid lasted that long).My baby had his immune system tested 2 weeks ago and we were thrilled to hear that he was no longer immunocompromised. I wanted to wait a little longer just to be safe, so I waited the two weeks and then called Hobby Lobby this morning to make sure I could still bring my items in; I was told no. Despite having the original call log, all the details of the call, the items in the original bags with the tags attached and the receipt, they were less than understanding.Hobby Lobby has the best items around but I wont shop at a store that wont honor their word. Sure Im out the $, but if they had just told me from the beginning I couldnt return it, then it wouldnt have bothered me. But going back on what you said isnt cool, in any situation. Most stores are helping customers out with covid, but not Hobby Lobby. Guess it takes a crisis to find out what places value their customers.Will be shopping somewhere else from now on!

I purchased a few items today and I was rang up by Lynda M this afternoon. When I placed my 5 items on the register counter, Lynda told me “You know only one of these items is on sale right?”. I looked at her and said “okay?” And she said “Oh! Just checking”. I found it quite offensive that she felt the need to tell me the items I was purchasing were not on sale as if I were to have a problem With paying full price for the items. I am not sure if this is a common statement to make to customers or just to me as I am half black and half Mexican. Either way, I sincerely hope her remark was merely for a good reason but it definitely did not feel that way. I hope this is addressed with Lynda.

Not impressed with Hobby Lobbys response to the COVID pandemic. Nothing wrong with the employees they were just following orders from higher ups. But the company was putting their employees and customers in danger just so they could get more money.

Found the lights I wanted and stayed away form the Christmas crowd.

I havent been in a Hobby Lobby in over a decade. Stopped in yesterday and was pleasantly surprised!!!The selection of fabric is incredible, prices are reasonable, and the staff in the fabric section was great (I feel bad I didnt get her name). Thank you, Hobby Lobby, for coming to our community. I will be back (probably more often then my husband would like)!

This is a beautiful store. Great attitudes from employees and very helpful.I enjoy that the store is closed on Sundays and closes at 8 everyday. I plan on applying for a supplement job there because its close to home and I like their vision.

Love this store! They have a variety of craft supplies from scrapbooking to sewing to painting and woodworking. Their shelves are always stocked with an abundance of supplies for any craft you are interested in, as well as a wide variety of home decor. Their staff is readily available to answer questions and offer advice. I frequently visit this location and have always seen the manager working alongside the employees.
