The sales lady was super awesome. She answered all our questions, she was knowledgeable and willing to help. Its conveniently located in the outlets and usually have good prices too.

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF GOOGLE WOULD LET ME!I am from Indiana and was in town visiting a friend in Castle Rock. On Friday October 26th we decided to go into the Sunglass Hut to look for a pair of glasses for my wife. She found a pair that she liked and we purchased them. The next day I noticed that my debit card had 2 withdrawals from the Sunglass Hut for the same amount....Essentially I was charged twice for the same pair of glasses. I called the store and they told me that they were having issues with their system and the charge will fall off once all charges were posted by my bank. The following Tuesday I checked my account (at this point I am back home in Indiana) and both charges were posted. I called again and the employee at Sunglass Hut then called their credit dept, too which they told him to tell me that it will still fall off, but if its not off by Friday to call back. I waited until Friday (its been a week since the original purchase) and both charges are still on my account. I call back and the rep that has been helping me is not in yet and I am told he will call me when he comes in. He never called...I called back the next day (Saturday November 3) and talked to the rep and he said the wrong number was given to him. He then tells me that its a corporate issue that Sunglass Hut is having across the country and he advises me to contact my bank to put in a dispute. The rep did call me back Friday November 9 to let me know that my issue has been escalated to get it corrected as quick as possible.Today is the 19th day since I purchased the sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut and nothing has been resolved. I have purchased sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut for years but I can say that will NEVER EVER purchase sunglasses from this store again.

Riley really doesnt want to work.Nathan was disrespectful!Dont waste your money. Its not worth the trip to the outlets when they charge the same price as others and if your like me, I hated the glasses and tried to get a refund after only 2 weeks of having the glasses, but they refused to refund me. The magic scratch fairy must have put a microscopic scratch in the lens. The glasses where put on 1 time and put into the case so we could return the next time we were close to Castle Rock. I cant wait to see them in court. They will rip you off too.

Worked here up until November because I was on medical leave for cancer and to have surgery. My GM there Colin said my job would be held for me as soon as I got back and recovered. Come to find out I was fired without notice. No call from my GM, company anything! There’s a reason why this store (other one included run by Riley) is going through so many employees. They must’ve been too cowardly to tell me themselves as managers should! Jason the DM is probably one of the biggest jerks I’ve ever worked for (I say that lightly) Terrible company. Don’t get your sunglasses through this company. Don’t work for Luxottica.
