Twice last week I went to the Sherwin Williams on Plum Creek, both visits were outstanding in customer service! Both Matt and Lylea helped me get perfect color matches for a beige and later a blue; they really took time to get it just the way I wanted it. Both Matt and Lylea were extremely friendly and professional, moreover they actually know about paint and painting! The product was fantastic, they have earned my business!

Walked in and was helped immediately. Brian helped me out! Would recommend this store for anyone looking for all of there painting needs.

Decided to see what options they offered for garage floor coatings - we were doing a small laundry room floor and the local big box stores did not have tintable products. We had a great experience here - the clerk was extremely helpful explaining how the product worked, tips for application and helped us choose a color. So friendly and efficient.

Very fast and courteous service! We were offered coffee while we waited for our color to be made and there was a nice place to sit and wait. The young man who helped us get our paint even brought it out to the car and put it in the car for us. Those 5 gallon buckets are heavy! I was very pleased with the price too!

I worked with Patrick. Him and his partner were very knowledgeable. Just from doing business with them in the past commercially they helped me out and shook some paint for free. They just have good customer service. Thanks guys

I cant say enough for the staff at my Castle Rock SW store. They are always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. My husband and I havent bought any paint other than SW in the last 13 years. We tried another paint brand for painting our diningroom, and couldnt get the right color of red, and it was very streaky. After two coats, with a poor outcome, we went to the SW store in CR and they helped us out. One coat and we loved the color. Weve been buying SW paint ever since.

These folks were extremely helpful when we re-painted our house in Castle Rock a few years ago. Our HOA has very strict and explicit rules about repainting, down to using the exact paint as original at the homes construction. The people at this Sherwin-Williams Paint Store had created a notebook of all the original paint schemes in our subdivision, complete with the exact mix instructions to replicate the original. They fixed us up right away.We will definitely return to this store when it is time for another repaint.

The cost of a gallon of paint is beyond the reach of the avg consumer....$90.00?? Really? I have had good customer service in the past but the Castle Rock store had ONE person with a line back to the door (all this while the new store in town, which is not open, had three people who were basically playing with their phones). I left an order for 4 gals of paint to be picked up the next day and got there and had to wait AGAIN for them to mix the paint. Bottom line, good product, really bad service,

Their customer service (at the Castle Rock and Highlands Ranch stores) has been great. They were ble to match another competitors colors (Ben Moore). We recently used SW for the exterior paint colors for our home and it turned out fantastic.

During this strange time of health scares and social distancing, Sherwin Williams has certainly made me feel positive about buying from them. The employees of the store in Castle Rock, CO have bent over backwards to help me both professionally for my place of employment and for me personally as I paint various rooms and the exterior of my house. Matt and Chandler seem to appreciate my business and facilitate me picking up everything I need.

If youre looking for paint, please avoid this place. When I arrived at the store, there were two people behind the counter, neither of whom acknowledged my presence. When i did not find what I was looking for, I asked if they had any colors in addition to the ones on display. I was told they had no other colors, that they were all out on display. I pulled some samples from my pocket that I had received from a color consultant and said I couldnt find any of these Sherwin-Williams colors on display. Then the man asked me for the names of the colors and went to a large file cabinet next to the display samples and pulled out the ones I had asked for and closed the drawer! I wont bore you with the details, but the staff was well beyond useless. They were irritable, argumentative and unavailable. They seemed very annoyed to have a customer in the store and tried several times to put an end to any purchases I might have had in mind. Avoid this store!

I have been using Sherwin Williams paint at various locations around the country for the past 18 years and it never disappoints! Excellent paint, excellent service & a small business experience.

The Parker store where I live has become atrocious so I thought Id try the Castle Rock store. Great customer service from Chandler.I highly recommend this location.

Great knowledge about their paint products and color selections. This is a better quality paint then you can buy elsewhere, its worth the difference in price. Especially if you are using it outdoors! stains and exterior trims - save yourself the trouble of redoing the work with an inferior product.

Very professional and fast. Wide selections of paint colors and finishes. Water base urethane the best, and of course the most expensive, but makes perfect surface without using the roller. easy to paint on small surfaces. Was used for interior window sills.

Poor customer service from two different employees both times I’ve come into the store. Don’t both coming here for help or guidance from experts. This store mixes paint, nothing else. Your better going to Lowes.

Sherwin-Williams is a great company but this location has some management issues. Both times I’ve gone in there’s been a long wait and only one worker, he does great job but he can only help people so fast not fair to him.

Go to the Castle Rock store and talk to the mgr his name is Ed and he will take good care of you and provide great knowledge on the right paint you need.

Fairly small SW store but still have a fair number of products. If you are looking for something really specialty you might have to try elsewhere. For example very specific acid stains were not carried.

If you train your people to be able to properly respond to customers. (need to be knowledgeable of your products -paint)

The paint is the best ever and the people who work there are even better!! They are so helpful and friendly!

Sherwin Williams is a great story for your paint needs a, its a smaller shop but I have only left without finding whatever painting related supply that I needed one time, and that was a random paint sprayer part, which was totally understandable.

Great service. They even had a coupon they used to save me a little extra.

The parade was going right in front of their property and many of the cheerleading girls needed to use a rest room. The staff was curtious and allowed everyone to utalize the facilities. I will definatly come back to sherwin williams when i start my painting project in two weeks

If youre looking for wallpaper, please avoid this place. When asked where the wallpaper was, the staff pointed us to a corner where the sample books are stored. Then, when asked on the different varieties the store had, the staff shrugged their shoulders and said they knew nothing about wallpaper. Instead, he referred us to the companys website. We stayed there for about 15 minutes looking at various samples without any other asssitance before we decided to leave. When looking for wallpaper with this company, my advice is to use its website and save your time and gas. The staff is useless in this area.

I called two hours before I picked up my one gallon of paint. When I got there I was in line for over a hour and they didnt even have my paint ready. And every time I go in they only have two people working. There management needs to figure out something.
