Hi my name is Nancy and I recently moved here from Florida. I swiftly got a job as a caregiver and was desperate for the appropriate attire. It was suggested to me to come to uniform destination outlet store bu multiple people. My first shopping experience, Matt was eager to assist in my endeavor, which felt overwhelming. He was so intuitive and guiding me throughout the store, explaining the different types of scrubs, shoes, stockings etc. Matt was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, he was very patient. When I landed in the dressing room with so many choices I asked if the girl could help. This is when I had the pleasure of meeting Andrea! She is a superstar! She help me make the decisions on what to buy and she was the icing on the cake! Thank you Matt and Andrea. I have since returned to the store on multiple occasions and also had the pleasure of meeting Mae. She’s adorable, very helpful with the variety of products and made good suggestions. I just got hired to work at a dentist office and had no idea what to do or what to wear. I went to Uniform Destination in Castle Rock at the Outlets and wow, was I blown away! The owner, Ali, took time to show me many different brands of scrubs to help me find the best fit for my body. When they didn’t have the color in the store that I needed, she made an online order for me and it arrived in a timely matter. I received a phone call for pick up and everting was perfect! The customer service, ownership, quality, and professionalism is top notch here. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for great scrubs!

I love this scrub store everyone’s very welcoming at entry, there’s lot of varities as far as sizes so that’s always a plus abs every time they have some sort of discounts which is great, if you get a chance check out joy scubs they are super comfortable abs affordable:)

I love this store. It is huge and you can probably find just about anything you need in this one place. The prices are good too. Every time I have been in the store there has been a sale of some sort. Their sale racks are always full of great stuff.I tend to be a creature of habit and love black scrub pants. They have so many different kinds (brands, fit, features). They just have a huge selection. If they don’t have it they will get it for you within a couple of days.The people working there are always friendly and helpful. They know their stock and know what is available. There’s no waiting forever while they hunt something down. It’s a really good shopping environment. The store is always clean.Every Christmas my husband gets me a gift certificate from that place and I love it.Try it out, you’ll be glad you did!

Very, very, did I mention very disappointed in customer service. I bought a pair of scrubs, exact same brand and style I have purchased before so didnt try on before I laundered them. Well, the pants were huge. Went to exchange them and was told no exchange because I had washed them. Shame on me for not knowing this policy. I didnt want my money back, just a pair of pants that fit. I will buy my scrubs elsewhere from now on-bummer :(In reply to your response. The majority of realtors? I didnt buy real estate, I bought scrubs. The majority of retailers, brick and mortar, as well as online, treat their customers better than this. I understand its policy. Word of mouth, good and bad is the best advertisement, you blew it.

I usually go to the Castle Rock location and have always had a good experience. There are many brands to choose from and lots of sale items. I need tall sizes and have always been able to order these through the store and pick them up. Great prices too!

Great Selection of tall scrubs with a variety of items on the clearance rack. Multiple brand names to choose from. However for shoes they sell only two brands. Large or wide shoe sizes are not available on site.

Had a great experience at the Caslte Rock Outlet store. Friendly staff, huge selection and great deals (shopped just after Thanksgiving). If you need scrubs this is the place to go to get them.

Originally I ordered on line but was worried that the items would not arrive on time so I emailed Ali and got a quick response and was given a couple of options, one which included going to the Loveland store and pick items there in exchange for order(the web site didnt show needed items available in store). I went to the Loveland outlet store and I received the best customer service I have received in a long time The two associates thathelped we were very helpful, friendly, efficient, willing to do what was best for me even though it was not the easiest.
