Castro Valley Storage is a great place to store things. I moved my things from another national storage chain, and was pleased that the rates at Castro Valley Storage were significantly cheaper. If you’re a senior, you get a 10% discount. The facility is in a great location, is modern, the grounds are very well managed, and the staff is friendly, professional, and supportive. Martel is the manager at the facility that I have used, and he has been SUPER professional and very supportive. I’ve used a number of other storage places, before, and I can say that this one is top notch! You can rent there with confidence!

This storage company is one of the safest and respectable companies around the Bay Area. Family, friends and myself a like has been a customer for some years now (7 plus). Very close to Hayward, Castro Valley and San Lorenzo. If operating a business or just doing your Hobbys, being that close to open safe roads and freeways, that matters. Im sure this location in Castro Valley is for you (best), even a good walk from BART. You will find professional customer service and serious maintenance personnel, putting their best foot forward, to ensuring your Priceless items are respected and secured. Everytime the bill is due, its money well spent. if there let them give you the same peace of mind, Ive received.

I had two units for about two years. I would highly recommend this storage location. The staff was great, the storage was clean, dry and rodent free. The security gate and systems were always working. We had zero problems with them in the two years we used them. Very pleased with them.

Had my stuff here from august 2020-December 2020. Just a few months between moves but I had a great experience with Castro valley Hayward storage and would store my stuff here again. Both staff members I had communication with were very friendly and accommodating. The staff also does a good job keeping the place very clean.The price seamed fair and reasonable compared to other storage prices I researched in the area. I got a second floor storage unit to save a bit of money and it was very easy to access with the elevator and complimentary moving carts.They also rented me their large moving truck which was less than what I would have paid at uhaul.

I love Castro Valley storage, the on site manager Martel is the absolute best, hes friendly, funny and is totally on top of things when it comes to managing the place along with the rest of his well trained staff.I would highly recommend checking the place out if your in need of a storage unit-its clean and all the units are alarmed so you have peace of mind knowing your stuff is safe and sound. I give the place 5stars and if you rent from them youll know exactly why I say its the best. Thanks Martel if not for you I would take my business elsewhere.

The service was wonderful! The manger Martel (I believe I spelled his name right sorry if I didn’t) he was very kind and thorough about the process. He showed me a few different sizes and how to access the facility properly. The prices are great in my opinion and I would recommend going here.

Clean and well lit. Secure. Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices for the unit size. Onsite Rental truck is extremely convenient.

Do not rent from them. My storage was robbed and they had something to do with it. They took the screws out the wall and were able to get into my unit. They got me for over 17,000 dollars worth of stuff. I used to really like this place. I a m very disappointed with the way I was treated after I was robbed. Ive rented a storage from them on and off for at least 15 years and they are going to treat me like I was lying about being robbed. If they were really being coroperative they never would have tampered with a crime scene and allowed the suspects back in to there unit and completely clean me out.

Very nice clean and safe. I love the fact they will let you used there truck for 4 hrs apart of renting the space, and after that its 5$ and hour please check again not sure if they still do this. But love this place and affordable.

Love this place, just wish the gate could still be accessible untill 9pm instead of 8pm. An hour would make a difference for me since I get home from work just about 8pm. Im sure theres others as well....

What I like about this place is the alarm system. You need to key in your code to get in to deactivate your units alarm. To reactivate, you need to key in the code going out.The only negative is Lighting. At least in my hallway, lighting is poor. Within my unit, I use a flashlight.
