Friendly staff, clean units, excellent security. Moving truck is a major plus! And much cheaper than public storage. Just wish the unit had an individual light, it’s a little dark in there. Hallways are very well lit though, all run on timers instead of motion detectors. The lift is great cuz it works for starters 😂 and I love the fact that there’s a gate leading straight to it which makes it easier to take multiple loads from the truck.

I find Castro Valley Storage (2479 Grove Way) under Rachels management a delight every time we interact. I had been told dont be fooled by their low rates. Its a come on because theyll raise them the first opportunity they can. Well, I have had one of their largest units for over two years and that is simply not true. The open-hearted staff not only provide a truck & a dollie to help you move in; but is kind, flexible, compassionate and supportive every time we connect. The place is clean, safe, well lit with convenient hours of access and lovely caring staff. Who could ask for anything more?

From the store at Castro Valley, excellent customer service by Rachel as a manger and Alexandra by co manager. They really make as feel comfortable. And de service they offer is the best as well. So good combination guys keep going.I do highly recommend this place.
