I love this place. The woman (owner?) that works there is very nice and accommodating. She always puts me on the right path when I am sending important documents or packages. She know her stuff and always has a great attitude. Ive been coming here for years, and will continue to patronize this place for many more.. This is my go to post and shipping spot. They provide excellent personalized customer service. The ladies who staff the location in Castro Valley are very friendly and always helpful. Each time I stop in to pick up my mail they remember me and call me by name. I also appreciate the extra layer of security for my mail and package delivery.
