I always been a fan of Marshalls before Ross dress for less came. I had only two shirts to purchase from the Ross, but if I go to Marshalls Ill purchase junior size tops 5 of them. Im 6ft tall and skinny so its extremely hard to shop. Ill recommend Marshalls to anyone. Decent prices, great customer service.

It was very obvious that the cashier didnt want to be there. She literally did not say a word during the transaction. Normally I dont like using self check out at stores but I feel like a robot would have had better customer service skills.

You know they didnt have the sweats I wanted there was a great selection for mens larger selection for women and then there are of course the sections where you can go search they always have a larger section for women than mens always disappointing but you know what you cant argue $15 sweats

Our cashier, Kim, was absolutely amazing!!! I dont even know where to start with her. From the beginning of the transaction to the purchasing, the whole experience was Wonderful!! She has an an amazing personality, and my partner and I were in awe of her personality and customer service skills! She was extremely personable, vibrant, and just a sheer joy to be around. My partner and I left the store in utter shock of the amazing customer service we received! We talked about the experience for at least 15 minutes after our visit. She just slapped us with sugar so to speak, lol, and we both left just feeling really good and happy about what had just happened. I am still amazed about my experience today. My partner and I shop at Marsalls quite often and have never had such an unforgettable experience as this one! Seriously, top notch! My partner and I both work in customer service and are going to use this experience with her as an a training tool with our coworkers. Its not often enough these days that you walk away feeling so inspired and just overall joyous! Unbelievable! I never, ever fill out surveys, but our moment was just too great not to! You have a true gem on your hands. Wow! 👏 💎

I went in to return a couple of items, and was impressed that they had a sign stating the maximum occupancy AND had an employee keeping track as people went in and out. The line for purchases/returns was long but the line moved fast and staff was great!

Yes. Prices are great but we stood in line for a good 4 to 5 mins with nobody in front of us waiting to check out, all while about 6 staff members stood around getting attitudes with each other about breaks. Not one of them.Even stopped to say .... be with you in just a min. Made me and my kids feel so uncomfortable

No stars is what they deserve for horrible customer service. Nobody I know is ever going in this store again. Cashier was too busy chatting while everyone else was working. People like that need to let real people who need jobs work. Worst customer service probably in a while. Just the carelessness of the employees in there Both Marshall and TJMaxx need to retrain their employees and teach them how to customer service ✌️.

I had heard online about them having extremely cheap makeup, so I visited the place to find out if this was true. While they do have makeup, it is not extremely cheap. But, they do have a pretty good selection of it available, and the place is very clean overall with friendly staff. I will definitely be visiting it again in the future.

I really like this store, there are great deals for great stuff. The three stars comes from the fact that at the store I was charged 5 dollars extra to use their plastic bags. I was not asked if it was okay to use this bag or not, nor was I informed that I was being charged an extra 5 dollars.Please be aware of this extra cost when shopping here. As for the store, please do better about training your cashiers to inform people of these extra costs. I would have gladly paid for a reusable bag or simply hand-carried my purchase.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Horrible. Definitely do not recommend and will never come back! Well over 30 minutes in line, only 2 registers open. Myself and many others left our purchases due to the ridiculous wait!

Clean and nice to be in. Well organized. Has novelty food that I dont see anywhere else. I consistently find good plus size clothes.

Overall all good experience, but its hit or miss as with any TJ Maxx, Ross, Nordstroms Rack type stores. They will have good prices & lots of stuff for everyone in the family. Also good sales and markdowns all throughout the year. Yet customer service, quality employees with a knowledge of merchandise, and overall willingness to make the customer happy to return is their main flaw. The Spokane store staff, or at least a select few on display showed not much interest in obtaining if another Marshalls in the area carried the specific item they had in their store that I wanted in a size they didnt have in stock. I couldnt get anyone to call another store to ask if they even had what i was looking for. Also when i asked if i could get online or call the other surrounding area marshalls on my own time to check to see if they had what i was looking for, the Spokane staff couldnt obtain a sku number or stock number, RN or any helpful info to be able to do this simple task myself. Then the teen retail-guru informed me that by calling other Marshalls to ask about stock on hand it would be pointless since they keep no logs or records of the brands they carry or freight that they receive. i dont think thats how it works but ok if you say so. i was less than impressed with their not so hot customer service.also the cashier at the end of our transaction (and a different employee entirely) tried to throw away the gift card I used, actually going so far as to throw it into the garbage and hand me my bags and tell me to have a nice day before I had to ask for it back because there was a remainder of nearly $90 left on it! im still not sure if this was an accident or this was an employee trying to nonchalantly come up on my nearly hundred-dollar gift card... just fyi make sure you get ur gift card back if its got a remainder left on it cuz it could very easily end up not back into ur wallet if ur not paying attention

Love shopping at Marshall’s!Although TJMaxx usually has more to offer if you are shopping for baby clothing.Sometimes I can find cute items for my baby at Marshall’s but it’s usually a hit or miss because the selection isn’t very big.I spend hours in Marshall’s though 😊 Great selection of household items, beauty products, men’s & women’s clothing.

I was returning some things, so I got straight in line, being the only one, there was a new cashier and im guessing the girl who was training her, Alyssa was the trainer, the new cashier was helping a customer, but Alyssa was in reality doing nothing. I stood there for about 2 minutes before the customer was done and the new cashier was about to call me over when Alyssa decided to teach her something in that moment, I waited another minute, then Im guessing her manager, told them they had a customer waiting and Alyssa told her that I just showed up. Then the new cashier asked her for help because it was a gift receipt for a return, Alyssa half trained her by telling her what to do and walking away when she still needed help, then without Alyssa even asking me if I wanted my return in cash or in gift card, she decided to just tell the new cashier to put it on the gift card. Alyssa did not make eye contact with me at all, I dont know if she was just having a bad day, I dont know the situation, but I felt like it could of been handled better.

This wasnt my favorite Marshalls. Everything was very picked through and more disorganized than other Marshalls. The service was good, however.

They carry big brands for less. Plus if you hunt for shoes you can always find some really good ones here. They have a lot to offer, from clothes, house items, pet items, toys, shoes, and tons of smaller around the bathroom and house items.

Had a very rude worker comment on what I was wearing. Its none of her business if Im wearing a sweater in summer I do not get super hot and it really wasnt a warm one. She should know this working in a clothing store but doesnt have to be belittle me and make comments how Im weird. Ill try to avoid this cashier from now on.

All I wanted to know was the policy because I cant find my receipt for an item I purchased and the lady kept telling me quote I cant authorize returns over the phone.
