Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They also have loaner tools and will take your oil for recycling. Cant beat that!

Went to by jumper cables Thursday 10/14/21 ended up just getting a battery elsewhere went to return the cables and was told it would go back on my card after it not showing up for a couple days I went back to the location Sunday 10/17/21 just to be told I can’t be helped because my refund had already been processed never coming again if you hire employees that steal money

Wasn’t impressed with my experience at this location. Normally when I go to an Autozone (I have been 3 times this month) I am greeted and assistance is always offered. I don’t typically need the assistance, but it’s always appreciated that they are there to help. This visit was very different. I was searching for my product which happened to be on a display right in front of their check stand. I didn’t necessarily need help (either wise I would have asked for it) but the employees were just standing there at the check stand talking about schedules and overtime. This was fine and didn’t bother me too much, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged or just a friendly “let us know if you need any help.” What really bothered me was that after I checked out and was attempting to leave the store... one of the employees (he appeared to be a manager or shift lead) was literally standing in the “out” labeled door with the door cracked and he is smoking a cigarette. Maybe go where customers can’t see you when you need a smoke break and especially don’t stand in the one door where customers are able to exit your establishment smoking a cigarette. I prefer Autozone to other auto parts stores, but I will not be back to this Cedar Park location.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, fast and friendly

I went in with my alternator that I had struggled trying to get its pulley nut off myself, they were so kind, attentive, helped me get the old pulley off and even put the new one on! I was so amazed at their service and generosity! I was honestly turned away at a competitor not far away, saying they couldnt help me. They deserved all the stars! My classic car is running because of them today!

Outstanding service yesterday...It was a bad day for my battery to die; I was headed out of town for a long duration trip. The team at store 6297 at Parmer and 1431 tested my battery, helped me pick a new one, installed, and tested the system. Quick and friendly. Thank you!

Best auto zone i have been to by far the help me with everything i need

Very bad experience this week. Ordered an air filter on their website for next day delivery. It arrived (FedEx) next day. The box was the products store shelf box, not over-packed into a sturdy box. The box was crushed, ripped apart, the box ends were open and someone attempted to hold it all together with shipping tape. I did not attempt to open the box. Instead I went straight to the store for a return. They refused because their website receipt did not have a bar code. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I have pictures. Beware!!

My car battery went dead when I was inside the bank which was luckily next door. We got lucky with the nicest employee there today, Dan. Dan is the man guys! He helped us jump my car off and then checked the battery. Unfortunately it didn’t start after checking the battery but he was super cool and appreciate his efforts. We were able to get my battery out ourselves, walk over to Walmart, walk back over to Auto Zone, fixed it ourselves and left. Dan had to go after helping us originally, and we were not very impressed with the rest of the customer service at the location, otherwise totally a 5 star experience for Dan. A good dude.

The Cedar Park location have always provided me with top notch service. Knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend this location.

Excellent service. I went for changing the Battery for my honda car keys, the associate not only changed it by herself but gone out of her way to help me with my other issues in my pressure cooker valve with her other associate gentleman. I would certainly recommend this store for all your needs. Though I needed oil change for my Honda car but they dont do it otherwise I would have done it there. Anyways the overall experience was very pleasant. Thank you AutoZone.

This is the best AutoZone in the area.They are knowledgeable, and unlike other locations, know how to keep employees long term.This location has helped me to find stick parts for vehicles, as well as ordering out of the ordinary parts, from a multi fit hitch receiver to skull novelties such as great shifters, valve stem covers, etc.

My husband who just had major back surgery and came in and asked after replacement of our gas cap.if they reset the check engine light. A simple no would have been fine. However, Dave was extremely rude and hateful all because of a question. We spend alot of money at this location. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Didnt matter that it was not something they do, but, customer service is important. So rude. Never again.

Admittedly I havent had to come here in a while but the last time I was here I needed new wiper blades and was so impressed by how friendly the clerk was who even installed them for me. In fact I hate going to auto parts stores because I rarely have positive experiences dealing with the employees but whomever is running this location is doing a great job.

Never have the parts for my American truck in America. We ship here. You come back three week. You pay now. Credit or debt?

If I could leave no star I would. Mitch .S in a striped collared shirt looking like a manager was nothing acting like such. He was no help when day prior I called for my alternator and another manager said No problem bring it in and we can swap it out I even made sure they had one in stock and they did. Now Mitch .S is lying on the phone to his manager or whoever is above him saying I was not willing to talk to the General Manager when those words never were said from my mouth. I even corrected him and said I never said that 3 times as he continuously lies to who he was on the phone with. He was very disrespectful and rude.
