The guy that installed my device at the cedar park location was 100% awesome. Call center extremely poor though. I got reschedule multiple times. Then when I went to my appointment finally I wasnt in the system.
Worked to get me a little before my scheduled appointment, knocked everything out way faster then expected and was very friendly & helpful.
They removed my interlock today. Took them about 15min and cost me $48.71. They seem to pay their employees well.
I’ve never had a problem with my device and have always received great service by both The local shops and the corporate office. There were a couple of times when I needed assistance and they were very helpful with me. Once I was going on an out-of-state trip and was able to find a Smart Start Where I was going to take care of my calibration there. I hope you never find yourself needing this service but if you should they are one of the most reasonably priced and reliable.
They get me in and out courteous and professional..but Im ready to get on to the next phase without...liked when they took cash fast and easy...better have money on credit card and if you dont have one...the hassle of..The vanilla card
Despite the unpleasantness of the whole ordeal, I could always count on a smooth calibration, good service and a smooth uninstall.
