Worth 45 minute drive to fill my bulk needs and selection of fish, wines exceptional.

Costco employees have always been so nice and helpful, and that was made more apparent now that Im recovering from foot surgery. Im still in the no weight bearing stage, so I needed an electric cart, and they were very accommodating. Employees would ask if Id like help with a heavy item (or anything that was too tall), which I greatly appreciated! The store is always so clean and service is fast! The cashier and I also had a nice conversation. Very satisfied with my experience! :)

Weve often had good experiences with their staff. We forgot to bring in a mask and one of the persons in returns gave us one from their drawer.They have some vegan options and appear to be stocking more, so we will likely visit more often as these offerings expand.Minus an occasional freedom loving, maskless customer (during COVID), they offer great quality product for reasonable prices.

Great variety. We found what we were looking for and a few extra things. What I purchased seemed of good value, but not like it was in the early days of wholesale membership shopping, and I see inflation hitting everywhere.Store leadership needs inspiration on traffic flow management of people driving shopping carts as too many good citizens struggle with a range of courtesy issues, ranging from block the isle obliviousness that backs up and irritates, to flat out hostile, aggressive cart driving like a consumer driven shark frenzy. Most Americans do not enjoy shopping as a full contact sport.Now I know, to be fair, that some of this critique is really cultural, as the absence of common courtesy when shoppers are in heat is considered somewhat the accepted norm, but it appears to be increasing, of which I summarily reject this trend; if patterns and flows and norms of courtesy could be inspired or even psychologically engineered using colors and small lights, music, little arrows and dividing lines on the floor, small signs like, be kind to one another or please keep your carts from blocking the aisle and, or adding courtesy patrol/counseling to all staff in their training plan, or even a dedicated resource on the floor, like a smiling elderly lady that could encourage people towards kindness, friendliness, and awareness of others and keeping the flow, well then, possibly all out road raging in aisle three could be assuaged? Unless, of course, NASCAR style, final lap Talladega shopping is what you are reaching for? But I must assume the best.I read somewhere that if you provide more human care and inspiration, indeed love into the regular check in with all staff, then that kindness and good-heartedness would extend to the floor and indeed even into the culture; so the leadership has the first domino in the chain on this environmental factor, that some have noticed does indeed shape culture. Just an observation.But please, please, please, do not continue the practice of asking 72 frenzied shoppers with overloaded carts in consumeristic heat to approach, all at the very same time, and completely unguided, to funnel into six cues of self-service scanning at the front of the floor. Please.Clearly some of this is pandemic related, but if we meek and honest shoppers could get a little help from management to reinforce the Texas values of friendliness and courtesy towards one another, or at least a little protection from the hyperdominant portion of our society when approaching the Zebra scanning equipment, then I would have to lobby Google requesting they enable a sixth star for submitting reviews.

Definitely need to come back here and stock up an anything and everything you could want. From Meat to clothes and electronics this place has it all.

This location is extremely popular as it serves Cedar Park, Leander, Brushy Creek, and even Round Rock. The premise is very safe and well stocked. As usual, they have great deals on seasonal things like kayaks, grills, coats, etc. checkout is always very quick, especially when going through self checkout. Only issue I have is the accessibility of the property. There doesn’t appear to be direct route, but instead requires driving through a couple of driveways or strip malls to get to.

We go to this store a lot. Masks are required. But they have good staff and product.

My family and I always seem to have negative experiences in this store. Setup is disorganized and its hard to find what we need; large crowds of people rushing throughout; checkout lines with folks winding here and there; and checkout attendants pushing you through quickly while making you fireman rush to bag your own groceries without assistance. Really dont know why I bother paying for a membership, as Im not sure what positives my family gets out of it.

Best farm raised salmon for the price, and my dogs do very well on the Kirkland all natural dog feed. Always a clean store and very happy they opened sev self-serve lanes. Really made all the difference!

Plenty of parking in a great location. Not cheap anymore, but there are many items worthy to be purchased at Costco, like meat and eggs for example. Great fuel quality at a discount!

How can you not love costco? Our last trip the lines to check out were so long but the employees did a great job getting everyone out quickly!

There is so much they are lacking i dont know where to begin. There dessert area didnt have much to chose from. They didnt have a selection for can sodas a different varieties per say. No selection for cold cuts at all or philly cheese steaks sandwiches i mean come and get with the program.

Limited selection, staff doesn’t have a clue where anything is. If you need bulk conditioner but not shampoo - this is your place, no rhyme or reason. Just very haphazard, none of the items that are similar are in the same place and very limited selection. One day there is almond milk, the next day there isn’t even a spot for almond milk. Price comparison the majority of items are actually cheaper at HEB. Thankfully I was able to cancel my membership after 2 miserable trips.

It was so crowded that it was hard to get through the aisle. Things have been moved making some stuff hard to find.

They are always so nice here!I also forgot my mask and they gave me one.Id give 5 stars but the food court is such craziness these days and they put our hotdogs loose in a larger paper bag instead of foil that would make sense. I just hope the bag is meant for food service.....

We love to shop at Costco. They have quality products at the right price. The lines may seem long sometimes but they move very quickly. Ive never waited to checkout more than about 5 minutes.

I have been a big fan of Costco. I like the way they improve the shopping experience. Self checkout with the scanner gun has become my favorite as well.I am reducing the star to 4 because of immature avacados. This take months and still not ripe. They should push vendors to pack the mature avacados properly like apples and mangoes with carton boxes, instead of keeping immature avacados. Current ones may save waste for Costco, but definitely making customers loose money on Avacados that are not usable, or at least not usable in a timely manner.

Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful! Its really crowded most days, especially weekends. My I really dont have a complaint about the store itself. The customers always seem to be rude and not respectful of personal space, let alone social distancing.

Optical department at this location is wonderful to work with. Had a poor experience purchasing frames and lenses from the Research Blvd location. Came here to gain insight into one issue, and look into options to correct a different issue. The staff member was extremely knowledgeable about my questions, and offered great solutions for my needs. All with a helpful and happy attitude, and provided her service with a smile. Will definitely come here again for my optical needs.

Very busy, but still very clean and well managed. The bathrooms are clean and the toilet paper is of surprisingly high quality for a public toilet.

The only complaint I have with Costco is they dont have enough handicapped parking spots. Im sure they complied with the laws covering the amount of handicapped parking spots, but there isnt enough in my opinion for the size of there parking lot.

So excited we got a membership today! You can get a Gold Star membership for 60.00 or Executive membership for 120.00. Friendly staff, plenty of items to buy from furniture to food, tires, clothes, you name it! We spent a couple of hours looking around and getting a chance to taste test the food samples! There was a salesperson around every corner divying up delicious delights! We must have been hungry because we bought a sandwich melt to share and took two hot, freshly cooked pepperoni pizzas for the family for 9.95 a piece! Better than a gym membership! But still get a walking work-out!

Very rude cashier. I dont always have money on one card and needed to pay separate using 2 different cards and she didnt even ask how I wanted it separated. She was just in a rush and rude to me and my mom.. When I specifically put it seperate with some big stuff on the basket and other on top. She was really mean she scanned everything together. Costco is so great! You have to be careful, because its easy to reach checkout and realize youre about to spend a ton of money. From bulk groceries to eye glasses service to cheap lunch while shopping, Costco is our go-to.

Very neat and clean store. Great selection. Had everything we were looking for and more. So excited to have gotten some avocado trees from them this year!

Due to the amount of shoppers, they have had lines outside waiting to enter the store. Dont plan on quickly getting in and out. They are well stocked but are limiting quantities on some products. It is still a good place to shop if youre needing a stock up.

Dont like this location. The personnel at the door always seem to treat people that arent of a particular background pretty poorly from what Ive experienced.

Costco did a great job handling the crowds during the many crises faced this week. With power and water out for many, lots of people stood in line outside, waiting to pick up essentials. The Costco associates stayed cool under pressure and everyone I interacted with was kind and patient as they worked to keep food stocked. Ive never seen the lines moves so quickly at checkout. Great experience during a rough time.

They require masks be worn by EVERYONE. They know it protects their staff as much, if not more, as it does their customers. I appreciate that business model and I feel more comfortable trading there.

Senior hours till 9:45 there was like 5 people in the store... wasted my time .... no thanks.... always too crowded ... nothing but bulk junk... the only thing I recommend is the optical department- they are good...Update: i added back a couple of stars because the people were really friendly during the big snow storm

Trying Costco this year as opposed to Sams. Probably will go back to Sams at the end of Costco membership. Why? Not as organized, no cokes in bottles, and other items. Does have a good clothing selection.

Normally have no complaints however today I was witness to a cart pusher or employee pushing carts out run over the greeter checking receipts, and when the greeter said something he said I said move the guy pushing carts said. I will also be calling the store manager as well, because a cashier also had an attitude with another customer. People do not want to see this kind of behavior. What is going on with this store? It has gone downhill the last year.

2 of 5 stars because 2 of the 5 people that assisted us on our visit were polite. The other 3 acted like they didnt want to be there. I didnt drive there from Temple for their spicy attitudes.

Costco is the best. Hands down

Love our Costco at Cedar Park. The only possible down side is that items may come in larger quantities than you might really need or have room for at home (toilet paper and paper towels are just one example) but if you can find room to store them the low price is really worth it.

All products are always in stock and I happy with it. I like that carts always clean and personal always polite.

I’ve shopped Costco in Cedar Park for the last 5 years and one of favorite place to buy my meat. However the last year I’ve noticed a decline in the meat quality! In fact it has become second rate to most of my local grocers! It appears to me that what used be considered their select grade is now their choice grade and what used to be their choice grade is now their prime grade! I recently bought a package of prime filets (5). Not only were they tough as shoe leather, they were full of gristle! In other words I paid a premium price for what was marked prime which in reality was a low grade choice at most. Got me once! But never again! I know your game!

Some girls at the refund center called Courtney and (I think) another named Orianna or something had HORRIBLE customer service. I felt they were didnt want to help me based on race or age.Ive had help from all other Costcos about Price matching besides from this one.

I love Costco. Only issue I have is their layouts can vary. We used to live in round rock and go to Cedar Park Costco. We are now in Georgetown and go to pflugerville where the diapers and baby wipes are in the front are by the pharmacy. Not the end of the world but a logistical difference none the same. We also get better gas prices at cedar park.

Surprisingly well stocked right after winter storm Uri!! Everything was neat and organized, and the cashiers were super friendly and helpful. Extremely good experience!!

If you want a quick trip to Costco, go in the morning or afternoon, if you go after 3pm it gets pretty crowded, The costumer service/returns line is extremely Slow, so be ready to wait.
