Had a nice chip in my windshield and these guys did an amazing job. Cheapest price ($65), but certainly not the cheapest quality of work! They told me it would take 45 minutes to fix - took less than 30! Very, very happy with the end result and the (extremely professional, and courteous) service. GO HERE!

I had a leaky windshield on my Ford Expedition. It was because of severe rust around the windshield. They did a great job of sealing it off and put in a new windshield. Price was extremely lower than expected.

I took my car to a tint shop to have the rear tint replaced. The tint shop took my car here to replace the whole rear windshield because the tint would not come off,I picked up my car at the tint shop to find the seal had a good half inch crooked gap at the bottom where it was cut to remove the old windshield. They reused the seal they ruined.I went back the next day and showed it to the installation expert. He said wow who did that? When I informed him it was done here I was told what do you expect when you use used parts?Take your business anywhere but here.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Scheduled an appointment and wasn’t able to get in for service for a week and a half, I completely understood this due to the recent storm. However, I was told that I had an appointment on Wednesday on first come first serve basis so I got to the store at opening on Wednesday, called late afternoon to check on the status because I hadn’t heard anything. The lady up front rudely told me that if they hadn’t called then it wasn’t done. Ended up picking up my car that evening so it wasn’t left outside with a broken widow/no tarp overnight. Returned Thursday morning at opening and was told it would be done Thursday for sure as there were only 3 cars in front of mine, mind you this was the day after my scheduled appointment. I again called late afternoon to check the status, I was told I was the next car to be fixed and that technicians were staying past close to get caught up and that my car would for sure be done that night and I would be called to pick it up. 8:30pm I still hadn’t gotten a call so decided to drive to the shop. My car was no where to be seen, a delivery guy was able to tell me it was in the shop, however there was no staff at the shop and I hadn’t received a call that it wouldn’t be done that night like I was previously told. So frustrating that they advertise 1 day service but we are on day 3 and my vehicle is still not done and there has been very little communication about the status of my vehicle!

Had a shattered rear windshield. They ordered the window and had me in the next day. Only took about an hour and was the cheapest in Cedar Rapids. I will definitely be going back the next time I need an auto glass repair. Thanks guys!

I work for an insurance agency. I had a customer come in w/ a cracked wind shield. I used our glass claims system to pick them as a repair facility. It allowed me to schedule a MOBILE apt. I called AutoGlassNow to confirm they got the details for the claim...the lady who answered the phone (Megan i believe?) was incredibly rude, told me the system did NOT allow me to schedule an apt, when I told her it did and I can send her proof of this. She argued with me about calling the mutual customer to reschedule his repair time...she said they were not doing mobile repairs as of now. I explained that wasnt my fault/issue as the claims system obviously thinks they are. She hung up on me at this point. I sure hope my customer is going to be taken care of. I will NEVER send another customer to this facility if that is the type of service they are receiving.....terrible, rude and unprofessional.

Did a good job of replacing a windshield and a more reasonable cost than other providers.

Took a bad rock hit to my Nissan Murano cracking windshield in my line of site. Called every glass shop in Cedar Rapids or tried to anyway. It was hard to talk to a live local person. Called Auto Glass Now at 3:00 and spoke to Linda. She promptly quoted a great price and had me in at 9 A.M. the next morning. The shop was busy and Linda and the installers were hopping. I told the installer to take all the time he needed to do a great job. He said I appreciate that and that he’d do it right the first time. Aprox 1 hour later my Murano windshield was done and we gave it another 1/2 hour to cure before driving home. The windshield looked exactly like the OEM glass with top tint, and shade strip by the rear view mirror. Installer did a good job replacing mirror, satellite antenna and remote start sensor into new glass. 2 thumbs up for excellent service and price.

Skip Safelite. Just go here instead. I dont really do reviews often, but thought I should here. Honestly, the fact that there were so many positive reviews was suspicious at first. I called in on a Saturday and they got me in on Wednesday. They quoted me for $199 + tax, and thats what I paid. They gave me exactly what I needed, no more and no less. They didnt try to tell me to spend more than 5x the price on OEM glass like Safelite did (after they broke it in the first place).I could tell when I walked in that this wasnt some big nationwide corporate-owned chain. Yeah, its a franchise, but I feel like if you put your own money in to get started, you actually want to be there and put pride into your work. Youre not just hiring any person who applies - when I was looking for jobs, another auto glass company contacted me several times, despite literally no experience in anything car-related. That shouldve been a red flag for me before I let them touch my car to begin with.

The person working the counter was very friendly and helpful. Quoted me on Friday and got me in Monday. It was half the cost of Safelite and the exact same glass that I had previously with all the sun tint and everything. Only took about an hour to complete. Highly recommend.

This should be the first and only place you need a quote from. They are by far the cheapest place for a windshield replacement, by over $100!!! I was literally left speechless by the quoted price for a new windshield for my truck. And that never happens to me. Lol. So dont waste time with any other company, just start right here and make an appointment. Plus the lady I talked to was awesome! I wish I knew her name so I could blast her all over and get her a raise or bonus. Lol

I had a windshield replaced in February 2020. After 5 weeks, I noticed a crack in the windshield in the bottom right corner. I took it to them and the guy that helped me that his professional experience was that there was a chip in the window and that someone tried to fill it (whatever that means). An interesting dialogue followed where he basically told him in his professional manner, that I was a liar. This business is lacking the ethical value I hold myself too and therefore I will advise you to avoid them like the plague. In over 40 years never needed a window replaced and now 2 in 5 weeks.

I called all around town to get a windshield and these guys were a $100 cheaper for the exact same windshield as everyone else. They also installed it the next day unlike the 5 day wait that I would of had for the other places. They were really nice and respectful. I would happily use them again

Fast service, great price. Over the course of 260000 miles on my vehicle my vehicle in the last 8 years I have had 3 windshields. This one snuck up on me as it was a chip in the black part of the window that I missed. These guys got the window at the price I payed about 6 years ago for my first one, noting my second window was about $60 more than the first. I chalked it up to inflation. I got my first two replaced where I lived before locally, but its good to know that these guys beat the last price now about 3 years from my last window, and I payed less. To top it off these guy had it done in about 90 minutes. I can say I compared this to the big national chain that advertises and has the mobile tracking app, and it was $200 less that them. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment set up that had to be cancelled and they were understanding. I set up my second appointment for Wed. at 330. I got to the shop at 315 the guy said you are a little early we are just finishing up a rear window it wont be long. At 352 my car was still sitting out on the lot, at that time I went to the counter the guy was on the phone. He put the person on hold and asked me whats up. I stated I need my keys. He again asked whats up. I stated I need my keys I have to go. He looked up at the clock, I said its going to take you an hour to do the install and i have an hour drive and I have a meeting I have to be at. The guy got some what upset and nasty during this and stated it would only take us a half hour to install. They have good prices and unfortunately I was not able to use that as I didnt did my windshield installed. It should be noted there were 2 people in front of me and their vehicles werent done yet so who knows when my car would have been taken in. If a business falls behind on appts they should let the customers know what is going on. I would have happily rescheduled and not sat there for 22 minutes for no reason, I am giving them from 315 to 330 for free as i was early. I expected a follow up for the confusion.

After 5 weeks I got a crack in the corner of my windshield. His professional experience notissed a chip in the window that someone tried to fill. Noone touched the truck since I notissed it which I told him. His ethical value certainly doesnt match mine and I will avoid this business like the plague. Too bad 0 stars doent exist.

I called and talked to a gal and got a quote for a windshield replacement, when I arrived the gal behind the desk starts yelling at the guys in the back, you need to come out and talk to this lady, you quoted her the wrong price for this windshield she then proceeded to stomp off to the back and then comes back out going on about they quoted you wrong and the price is and we can do it for this plus tax. After witnessing all of this and the way she carried on my thought was I dont want them to touch my vehicle. I left. Very poor way to conduct business on her part. Not to mention when she stood up her pants were undone. Did not want to give one star but you have to so it will post.

Went in on Monday for an estimate and spoke with Lynda. She was very helpful and listened to my silly questions. Scheduled the appointment for Wednesday morning at 9am. I was VERY pleased with the outstanding customer service I received and how well done my new windshield is! She even replaced my tore up wipers! Hopefully I never have to replace another windshield but if I do Auto Glass Now is where I’ll be going again!! 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was here during this situation and there are a few things i would like to make clear. the young lady behind the desk first of all is very nice and professional.and she did not have her pants undone she stood up and her fly was undone which she apologized for. I really dont think she knew her fly was open. secondly whoever was in the garage was using power tools hence the yelling as soon as the power tool were shut off they were talking. Thirdly i dont know anything about the pricing but i do know that it was a mistake she did apologize for and try to make up to that women. That lady was upset the cost was more. Mistakes happen. I honestly do not see anything that young lady could have did differently my windshield was installed with zero issue and with the best customer service and price in town!! Thank you!!

Windshield cracked on my Subaru and they were able to pencil me in the next day. The service was fantastic and they make sure that you are cared for to the higher standard. The prices are better than any other place in the Cedar Rapids area.

Broke more than they fixed. Replaced my rear glass but broke the lift gate button and a lot of the plastic tabs on the interior plastic panel trim. They played coy about not knowing why the lift gate button didnt work upon replacing the glass (it worked before taking it in). I got home took it apart and found they had broken the lift gate button and tried taping it back together. Duh.

I had to have my windshield replaced and chose them due to the low price I was quoted. At the first appointment, it was discovered that the replacement windshield they ordered for my vehicle had been chipped during delivery. They explained the situation, showed me the chip and ordered a new one to be installed the next week. They were honest and apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. Friendly customer service. I will go back if and when the need arises.
