The folks were very helpful and did a great job installing a new windshield on our 2009 civic. I wish I could remember the guys name to give him the credit he deserves. It might have been Ryan. He spotted that one of the windshield wipers was undersized and offered a new pair. I had purchased the wipers several months back and used the book to choose them. The book was wrong. They work much better now. The side seals for the windshield had rotted, which is a common problem for the car so he showed me how they are installed and let me know that it was unfortunately a dealer only item. I took some pictures, ordered them up and installed them with ease a few days later. Overall, great service, great communication and a great experience. With so many larger businesses treating customers like using their service is some sort of a privilege, getting the treatment we received from Safelite was a real treat! Highly recommended. Cedsr Rapids,, Iow; Real problems with install and service. Paper towels, razor blades and old black chunks from old seal left on dash. I called, and I was told that the wrong windshield ordered for an install for the week before was not their problem. But yet at todays install,, they said it was actually the same one they had the week before.. Then installer glued the mirror mount backwards,, and had to have heat gun brought from shop to correct problem.. Our windshield wiper deicers stopped working (shorted out) from a defective windshield installed by Safelite a few years ago. Safelite came and replaced the window free of charge under their lifetime warranty. We couldnt be happier with our experiences with Safelite. Not only do they provide great windshield service when needed but they also stand by their work. Ryan, our technician, was very friendly and prompt, too. We highly recommend Safelite!

Efficient. Professional looking and well- maintained space. Offered complimentary refrigerated, bottled water. Follow Covid-sensitive practices, for those concerned. When an unintentional problem arose with a vehicle part, told me about it, showed what happened and told of their plan to replace and resolve it free of charge, so demonstrated integrity. Went above and beyond by washing other windows and not doing the minimum with the broken glass in our vehicle. Only complaint (which seems wrong for something they didnt even have to do) is for the job done cleaning my windows afterwards. If youre going to go above and beyond and make note of it to the customer, then it seems it should be done well and not half-heartedly. In my case, the little triangle glass by the mirrors werent done on either side, some spots on the glass were smeared and not wiped clean away and the glass edges were still dirty. Didnt earn a four or five star there.. However, did it affect the job they were asked to do? No. Overall, highly recommend!

Safelite Autoglass can no longer repair glass in automobiles. They used to be good, but unfortunately they stopped doing what they used to excel at. If they happen to have it in stock, they may be able to help, but they are quickly running out and apparently winding down business operations. Good luck.

The representative that came out to do the windshield was just awesome he was very polite very patient and did an awesome job you are to keep more people like him took about an hour and it was down so professionally and quick thank you Safelite I will recommend you at all times

I wasnt sure if we were going to be able to save the windshield or replace it but he did a great job of reviewing the options and then repairing the cracks beautifully. Terrific service on-site. Lady at the front desk is not welcoming. While waiting in the waiting chairs for my repair, there is a moving COCKROACH on the floor! Not to mention having to worry about Covid-19 there are cockroaches running around here gross. When my repair was finished you are not gone over with what was done you are given the keys and told. “Here you go”. To me it’s unprofessional compared to any other car dealership service.Mike is a great worker If you do have to go through this place!

The only word needed to describe my experience with Satellite Autoglass.I set an appointment online for afternoon on the same day, checked my car in at the appropriate time, and an hour later- whammy- new, crackless windshield.The staff was friendly and the service prompt.- I would highly recommend and will always come here for my auto glass replacements.

I had to have my windshield replaced after it was cracked down the middle. I called Safelite and the customer service I received was exceptional. My appointment was scheduled quickly, and as soon as I walked in the door, they were right there to work on my car. The work was done very well, and quickly. I was also thought the website was great, and gave an accurate estimate for having the windshield replaced. Overall it was an amazing experience, I did however just want to note, that while it says they have a lifetime warranty- that warranty doesnt cover the glass itself, but rather the work done on the car.

I needed a new windshield. I was able to make an appointment quickly. Because of the weather I needed to take the car to the shop instead of the on site repair. There is nothing that could have been done about that. They were still able to get me in as soon as I could get the car there. Upon my arrival I was told that the front part of the car would be cleaned and vacuumed inside and the windows would all be cleaned. I could not pick up the car until just before closing. The windshield replacement looked great. But in the harder to reach areas the car had not been cleaned and I ended up wiping up the dust and some fine grit. The dash had not been cleaned at all. Also the inside and outside of the drivers and passengers window had not been touched. Maybe I misunderstood. I now have driven in down pours and no leaks. Like I said, the installation looks great. Just disappointed in the clean up they told me would happen.

They got me in on my time and finished quickly and did a fine job.

Took my Audi A4 there and they had no respect for it, tore up the inside of my door to get to the glass instead of cutting it from the bottom, quoted me wrong so I never filed an insurance claim, on top of that they use screwdrivers instead on plastic tools when taking off the door panel giving me multiple scratches and dings on it, on top of all of that they’ve worked on my car 4 about to be 5 times bcz they didn’t install it right the first time and my bill was still 220$, you could find more honest work elsewhere.

Came in to have a chip fixed on my windshield through my insurance. When he started up my car decided it would be necessary to rev the engine as loud as it will go until it hit the rev limiter. When he pulled it inside the shop I could clearly hear the engine rev as loud as it will go again. I am at all not happy with that factor I have let my insurance know Ive let the shop know. The chip was fixed properly and in an extremely timely manner plus they washed my windows which was a nice compliment but does not take away from the fact that there is no reason to rev an engine like that especially if they do not own the car. I am very unhappy.

Overall it was a pretty painless process. If you call to get a quote I would ask to be connected to your local safelite location. When I first called I was connected to a call center for safelite, and while the man was seemingly very helpful and prompt as it turned out he gave me a quote based off of a completely different car model, make, and year. I did repeat multiple times that the windshield that I needed did not have after market options available yet and I asked if he was sure that the price was correct; which he reassured each time that it was the correct part I needed. Only after I got off the phone and reviewed the reference number did I see that it was for a different car. I called back to fix the quote and they connected me to Heather at the local safelite office. She was great! Knowledgeable and quick, she apologized for something that wasnt her fault and fixed the mistakes. They were flexible with our work schedules and the installation process was so easy that I didnt even know when it happened. 10/10 would use again.

​I was wary to schedule an appointment with any company when I needed to replace my windshield. Reviews were hard to come by and nobody I knew had any personal experience with local companies. I ended up scheduling with Safelite and I had a fantastic experience.I called my insurance company to file the claim and they then transferred me to Safelite customer service. The appointment was a breeze to schedule and customer service was phenomenal to work with. Scott was my technician- he was very professional and thorough. There was a second person who worked on the windshield, but I never spoke with him so Im not sure of his name. He did clean the outside of each window.I received a confirmation phone call and email, 2 reminder emails, and a text with Scotts information. I certainly wouldnt forget my appointment!

The mobile service came out to fix my car yesterday with a small rock chip. Never received a message when it was finished. When I came back out to my car there was a large crack, and no one notified me that there was an issue with the repair of the rock chip. My sheet said my vehicle was vacuumed, and there is dirt all over the carpet in my car. I called the technician and left a message to discuss what happened with the repair and didnt receive a call back. I called the Safelite number and was offered to schedule an appointment to replace my windshield at my cost since the repair wasnt successful. Im not going to reward poor service by giving them more business. Very disappointed.

I came here to get my windshield replaced it took an hour which is reasonable, but when I was ready to leave I noticed lots of left over glass inside my car on the dash and on the floor. Which is weird because I thought they vacuum glass out. My A pillars were left dirty with black dirt. So they obviously werent mindful of what they were touching.Would not recommend. Waiting room was dirty and so was everything else in there.

I called Safelite to fix a chip in my windshield. It couldnt be fixed so they didnt even charge me for the visit/repair attempt. I subsequently had them replace my windshield. They did an excellent job!

We just got out of our appointment and they were fantastic! We went in with a cracked winshield. They filled it with resin and even vacuumed my car. When they came back they said they were not going to charge us at all for the service since they were unsure if the resin filling would hold since it was on a crack bigger than what they usually fill. Thats right FREE. Mark was fantastic to work with. Thanks for the wonderful service!

Great people/Great service

Great experience at a reasonable price. I dropped my car off in the morning and walked to work, and received a call saying it was done about an hour later. The final price was what I was quoted, including a discount due to my insurance carrier. Not only did they vacuum the broken glass out of my car, but they vacuumed the whole car and washed it.

The service was amazing. Timothy was prompt, explained everything in detail and was extremely nice. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!

Terrible product, quality, and service. Small chip in our windshield for 30 days, decided to pay $50 for the guaranteed repair in case it were to ever get worse.Next day after repair, the chip split across the windshield...The Safelite national guarantee only means that the $50 you already paid for repair can go towards a new windshield therefore, they WANT THE REPAIR WORK TO FAIL, because then you are already $50 into them and will have to use them for a new windshield.I was totally cool with them and gave them plenty of opportunities to meet in the middle to make things right, and got nothing but lip service. I would have been MUCH better off just leaving the chip...

Great job, quick service and it feels good not to have to look at that broken windshield anymore.

So far NOT impressed and I am still not done dealing with them. The technicians even admit that they order wrong windshields all the time which is a waste of everyones time and then they dont call you back when agreed upon to re-schedule with the correct windshield forcing you to call them and go through their excessively long automated phone answering service. I sure hope they are better at replacing the windshield then they are at ordering them. I would find someone else except this is who my insurance insists I use.

What a joke, our rear lock/handle assembly quit working due to glass getting into it. Honda said it wasnt even cleaned out and that was the cause of failure. Waste of time to go thru customer service to help out. They offered to clean it out more (after Honda already had done it and replaced the part.) Wouldnt be so mad if Honda hadnt said the lack of cleaning it out was the cause and how safelite kept going in circles making excuses.

There was not a single vehicle in for service at the time. I wasnt as disappointed for getting a rock chip on my windshield as I was about the service I received. I refused to have any business with this location and turned down their offer to setup an appointment for a future.

Service delivered with the quality, and time as promised. Facility had comfortable chairs in the waiting room.Location is also within walking distance of local diner for breakfast.

I cant say enough great things about this company. This morning at 9am I received 2 rock chips on my windshield from a trailer that had debris fly from it on the interstate. After talking to Safelite and confirming my insurance company covered the damage. Safelite had all the repairs done on site at my home about an hour later! I am extremely impressed with their customer service and repair team!

I saw the mobile van starting to work on a co-workers car and stopped to ask the tech what they would charge to fix the molding around my back door window that was falling down. He stopped what he was doing and fixed in on the spot, no charge!

Made an appointment to have two semi windshields replaced the same day so i parked them that day so they would be there and they never showed up and never called. Manger was suppost to call me next day after i called and complained and he never did that either. Will never go back after working with them for the last 12 years.
