Always love this Starbucks location. Drinks are made more consistently then other locations in the area.Baristas are usually cheerful and always being a smile to my face when greeted. Highly recommend :)!

I’d like to start off saying that all the Starbucks in my area do pretty good but this particular Starbucks location is very exceptional in all the greatest of ways. The group of technicians that I have encountered at this location has changed the game with their excellent customer service. I truly hope that the individuals that work at this location receive the best that Mr. Starbucks has to offer their employees because they truly ROCK! As a consumer they give me exactly what I’m looking for when I spend my money 🥰

Not half bad! They’re constantly running out of tea here, even when there aren’t supply chain issues. I’ve been coming here for a year and have never been able to get a peach green tea. However, the drinks are consistently good and the staff is nice.

We decided to go in this time, rather than wait for the drive through. Once inside, it took a long time to be greeted and waited on. On the plus side, the drinks were good. Just longer than anticipated wait times and slow service.

They were quite busy so it took a while to eventually get my drink. They put whipped cream on mine which I dont like. It would be a good idea for them to ask if the customer wants it or not. Nevertheless; they make the best iced mocha!

0 consistency with making drinks.Filled my entire cup to the brim with ice & barely any coffee, what a freaking rip off.

Just wondering why everytime I go to this location and get shaken espresso I pay Venti prices but get a Grande amount. Always about 1 1/2 inch of air at the top of the cup...blairsferry location NEVER shorts my drinks like you guys do!

Every time I come here they are closed when theyre hours on google say they are open. Some days they are closed all day and somedays they dont even open till 2. Regardless wont be wasting my time here anymore

This was just a drive thru stop, window girl wore a mask and was kind and polite. If you get a chamce to be waited on by Maria she is fantastic and will make your day but seeing her here has been hit or miss😢 Chicken bacon sandwich was a bit odd, bread to meat ratio was bad, full pieces of bacon were gummy and wouldnt break so your sitting there with bacon dangling out your face. Latte consistent as always

I understand it gets busy, but seriously I should not have to mix my own freaking drink. Every time I come in to this location or blairsferry, they hand me my cold brew with chunks of heavy cream still in it. Stir it!!! This happened to the customer in front if me today & she looked absolutely disgusted and proceeded to stir her own drink to the right consistency as well. Come on people.

This Starbucks is the most knowledgeable in the area! I know my order is always going to be perfect. Its also the most busy, so, only visit if youve got time to wait!

Friendly staff, and wait is as expected for one of the only Starbucks in town. Drinks are always on point! Props to staff for being industrious and quality-conscious at the same time.

3 stars because I always have a longer than expected wait. Been to many Starbucks in bigger cities that see way more traffic, and they seem to manage the waits better. Even ordering online, the past 2 times Ive waited 10 minutes past the communicated ready time. At least the drinks are consistent and what youd expect, or theyd get 1 star...

I visited this Starbucks every morning I was in Cedar Rapids. I really liked the layout of the space. It made it very nice for working on a notebook computer while enjoying some breakfast. The food and beverages were typical Starbucks, but the staff was definitely top notch. Very friendly and engaging. I also found the other customers to be quite friendly and engaging. I guess it is contagious here.

I have been here for 45. minutes I ordered one drink, ONE DRINK. AND IT HAS TAKEN 45 MINUTES. I really hope the CEO shuts down this Starbucks and quits his job. Not to mention one of my friends drinks was split in half, IN HALF. This Starbucks is a Shane compared to the one a mile away in Target, MUCH BETTER.

Suggest the drive through, made the mistake of going inside and ended up waiting over 25min. to get one drink. Inside wasn’t even that busy, had 3 customers ahead of me. Seems they pay more attention to getting online orders done first as numerous people came in and picked up. Needs more staff.

Popular but not too crowded. Beverages are very tasty. Try peach green tea with lemonade.

Great drinks and service, only issue is the que each time, far too popular and need to get a few more in town. I would stop more often if it wasnt such a time commitment. I know, I can use the app, but hard to plan when running errands and dealing with life. Will certainly be back!! Its worth the wait if you have time.

Long wait times!

I bring my own cup trying to be environmentally conscious. And they dump my flat white in my cup and throw away the cup and plastic lid. Not to mention I pay for a crafted coffee and I get lazy attempt.

Today was upsetting I ordered a frappuccino a caramel crunch frappuccino and for some reason they gave me a hot caramel cappuccino with my name on it. the drive-thru was closed so it was super busy in there so I didnt want to make a scene but I never said anything about hot. I never get hot coffee so I know I didnt say hot. and this is the third time this has happened.

You can tell the staff are passionate about what they do. They never act too busy to answer a question (even when they are busy). Store is always clean and drinks are always top notch. Your coffee will be served with a smile here. Gets insanely busy here sometimes so watch out during those peak hours!

Latte was very good this morning. Looked like they might have been short a barista, but wait wasnt bad. A few more smiles would be helpful :)

Staff during the week is fantastic and they get to know you. Weekend staff is ok but probably should understand the process better or have more experienced people training for the weekend staff. Otherwise great place to stop and get your favorite coffee!!

Whether youre going through the drive-through or stepping inside, you can expect efficient service from a highly organized and super-friendly staff. If you see more than 10 cars in the drive-through, I recommend you go inside. Its quicker.

It is a good place to grab coffee. They have a good dark roast. I like the Carmel macchiato. Its a little to sweet for my taste, but it is good if you know what to get.

Have bee to this location quite a few times. Always fast service and delicious coffee.

Starbuckkys the lines are long bc its all drive though but if you time it right youll get lucky

Very comfortable and quiet tonight (5:45 ish to 6:20). Fast service and pleasant crowd. Probably this way every weekday at this time of day.

Love this Starbucks in particular! Love everyone in this facility and how caring they are about their customers! If you have any issues with your drink or anything inside or outside dont be afraid to ask any of the employees to lend one or more of their helping hands!

Been to a lot of Starbucks. This is one of the busiest Starbucks that Ive been to but the service is without a doubt the best. The crew seems to work really well together.

I go to this location frequently, and today I discovered a bug in my drink. I went back in and the woman working just said yeah that happens when you go though the drive through. I was not offered my money back or any type of compensation, or a serious apology, she just laughed it off basically and said she didn’t want it back.Edit- I ended up calling corporate to inform them of the issue and the employee and they have compensated me and will be looking into the issue.

Cannot say enough about the spectacular staff at this location! As a daily customer at multiple locations, this particular group of baristas are by far the best in the business. Cant wait to see the new store!

When I go in to try something new they are always nice enough to help me figure it out. I recently found a tea that I really love all because they were patient enough to help me and deal with me not knowing what kind of tea to get. I know i can go in and try something new with the help of the employees letting me trying things before I buy something

So I went through the drive through and I asked if there were any drinks like the Nitro Cold brew with sweet cream and the associate was incredibly unprofessional and kept giggling I was very confused as to what she was giggling for. I got my coffee and it tasted quite terrible I asked for extra sweet cream and it tasted as if there wasn’t any cream in it. Very disappointed because I loved that location.

More room for meeting, studying, or working. Mobile pickup is much easier after the remodel, too. Be careful of the drive through line; it gets long and messed up, despite new arrows painted on the parking lot.

Be prepared to wait if your going through the drive through in the mornings. Thats no disrespect just the reality of things.

The slowest in town and the taste of my drink is not always consistent from this location. Friendly people though.

I go there for one reason only, a young lady named Randy. She is why that place is great. Always makes you feel welcome.

Its starbucks, long line in drive thru and inside, but I wanted a matcha green tea latte and had time to wait. It was made correctly and warm.

I must be the odd ball out but I have never gotten a coffee that liked from Starbucks. When its cold, a warm coffee always sounds good but I am always disappointed when I decide to give Starbucks another try. Oh well, I guess its just not for me.

Came in around 4:15 pm to get coffee, and was very disappointed. There was a long line in the drive-through, which I sat in for 5 minutes, and only advanced 1 vehicle. So I pulled in, parked, and went inside. There I stood in line, and noticed 10-12 people waiting for their drinks. While standing inside in the line for 5 minutes, I realized they hadnt handed out a single drink yet to those waiting. The staff was all joking and having fun, which is great, except when it comes at the cost of being able to serve your customers. After the line I was in had not advanced I left and drove to the other side of the lot and visited Scooters. Very disappointed with this location.

Come here almost everyday after I take the pups to dog park. I get a coffee or tea and my dog gets a puppaccino. The drive thru staff is always super kind and quick to answer my questions or find someone that can. If my dog could give a review she would say 10/10, loves the compliments. 😜

I cant express how wonderful this Starbucks is compared to the SW Starbucks in Cedar Rapids. Every time I stop in everyone is always so friendly and nice! They hold conversations with you and actually acknowledge you when you walk into the door even if their busy!

I was there and sat inside w a friend from about 10-11:15 a.m. I chose a drip coffee and when I regrettably didnt care for it I was able to replace it with a different roast- no problem. Strawless-YAY! My full support for this move. I feel like it used to be easier to find drinks on the menu.... ? Anyway, great job!

I can be rather indecisive when it comes to ordering at coffee shops. Im used to my black coffee I make at home so I wasnt really sure what I was looking for. I treated myself to Starbucks after a long Saturday work day and luckily had a very patient barista named Carrie help me. She listened to me ramble about the random things Ive enjoyed in the past, giving her words like flat, Americana, blonde, shots etc. She eventually pieced together a drink that she let me taste test and make changes if I wanted. We landed on a Vanilla Blonde Flat White. Im drinking it right now and loving it. Thank you Carrie for your patience and great service. I might have just ordered a black coffee if you werent there!In short, great coffee, great service, clean store, nice environment, happy & polite workers, and an experience worth sharing.

These baristas seem very rushed and like they need wayyy more help in there. Whenever I come in theyre like robots. There isnt a ton of emotion, especially compared to the Blairs Ferry/380 location.
