My wife and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Midwest Mattress for our new bed. We worked with Richard and he was very helpful when it came to picking out a new mattress.He steered us toward a few different options and was helpful in providing details about the difference between each mattress, and what the different warranties were and covered for each option. He even suggest we look around at other stores so we knew what we wanted. After visiting a few other stores, we were already headed back to Midwest Mattress to purchase our bed. We bought our Mattresses at the Iowa State Fair last year. They have been wonderful, but decided we did not like the split King. I emailed Mike S. about it and he got back to me right away. No questions asked he is replacing the 2 twin mattresses with a regular King Mattress just like them and I have some store credit now for bedding. Mike is just wonderful and very helpful. The sales staff at the Coralville location was very helpful and did an excellent of answering all of our questions. We had an issue with the mattress once it was delivered but the delivery crew and sales staff we easy to work with and did everything they could to fix the problem. I was very pleased with their customer service and the delivery crews were extremely friendly and helpful.

The store staff was great. Very helpful, and not pushy at all. Our delivery was scheduled between 12:30-3:30 and they showed up right on time at 12:25 and even had helpful reminder texts/automated phone calls confirming delivery details. Went to the location next to Walmart and the women there was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve meet . She actually recommended stuff to help my knee pain from work on top of helping me find the specific mattress I wanted locally so I didn’t have to wait a week for delivery.
